a/n: woohoo im so hyped for act two! here's a short prologue! Only 1355 words, God, school killed me today- First day and we already have so many projects and assignments, along with two new subjects: Consumer Chemistry and Research and Statistics- which is completely different with Research, so we have two Research subs ughh, enjoy.

six months has passed.

"So, John." George took a deep breath "Let me get this straight."

"You mean let me get this gay." Kira snorted.

George ignored her comment "You have been sleeping besides Hamilton eversince you came back, he always took you out for lunch, you always look after him and accompany him, you both act so lovey-dovey and cuddly-cuddly with each other and call each other pet names but.." George inhaled.

"You aren't together?" He finished, his eyebrow twitching.

John looked away, a blush creeping onto his cheeks "Well, he never asked me out.."

"I call bull!" Kira raised her hand.

"But you have kissed." George deadpanned, but his expression changed when he saw John's disappointed face "Right?"

John breathed in and smiled awkwardly "No..."

"Wow, you've known each other for eleven months already and you still haven't kissed yet?" Frances muttered, but her expression was still stoic.

John slightly smiled, it's been six months since Martha died and Frances did not take it well. She often spent her time locked away from everyone else, mourning all on her own. But she has been trying to get better since Hercules' eighteenth birthday, although she hasn't been smiling and talking much, going out of her room has been a huge start.

"I don't think he likes me that way.." John muttered, looking away with a pained expression.

George opened his mouth to protest, but then he remembered how Alexander strictly told them not to tell John about his true feelings about him until his birthday, so he just shut his mouth.

"Well, if you excuse me..." John stood up from the table "I need to go finish my assignments."

George pulled out a familiar notebook "It's done."

John went beet red and snatched the notebook away from him "What did I tell you about looking through my stuff without ny permission?"

George smirked "Don't worry, I won't tell your doodles and writings about Hamilton on the back of your notebooks-"

"SHUT UP!" John screamed as he ran away from them, heading out towards the garden.

George sighed, pinching the tip of his nose "I swear if they don't make out soon I'm gonna kill myself."

"Patience, my dear George." Kira purred playfully "The Lams Canon arc will start right after this prologue."

"It better be." George hissed "I'm getting tok impatient with them, I mean- Six months!? Seriously!? Dude you literally have the power to let them fuck right now! Why won't you do it?"

"It's called building up the drama, George." Kira argued "It's a basic writing thing."

"Tch, you're not even a good writer," George muttered "Can't even write a proper death scene for Martha."

"Oi," Kira glared at him and looked at Frances, making George quickly regret what he said "Sorry, Frances.."

"It's fine.." Frances replied, sighing "I don't mind anymore..."

George frowned and looked at Kira "So, when's Lams gonna happen?"

Kira sighed "I never should have told you about the fourth wall."

The last few months were hard, especially since two of our most beloved people have left them for good.

Adrienne's funeral was held in France, and when Lafayette told their family about it. They have completely disowned him, his family told him to never show his face again right after the funeral, and that hit Lafayette, hard.

Hercules was helping Lafayette during these times, he tried his best to mend his broken heart and Lafayette couldn't thank him enough, even though Hercules thinks that all his help wasn't satisfactory.

Then, when Hercules' birthday came along, he immediently asked Lafayette to be his boyfriend, and of course- The frenchman said yes.

Maria is currently living in heaven as well, eversince they came back- Eliza quickly asked her to be her girlfriend, and she happily accepted.

The Reynolds Scandal has been cleared out as well, and James Reynolds was sentenced to prison for that.

She worked it out with her Godparents, and she permaneantly moved in with Eliza in the Hamilton estate, visiting her Godparents every now and then.

James has also been mending, and Jefferson was being a big help to him as well.

He has been taken to a proper psychiatrist, and is now taking his daily dosage of happiness to help with his depression.

Then, after a few months- Jefferson has finally convinced him to go see his family, and his parents were more than happy and relieved to see him.

His parents talked it out, cleared out all the misunderstandings and told James how much they love and miss him. They invited him to dinner along with Jefferson, who gladly accepted their relationship when they mentioned it during dinner.

Samuel and Charles has been living happily with Mr. and Mrs. Schuyler as well, Catherine and Philip are now together once again after five months, and they got married again last September, days after Hercules' birthday.

Samuel and Charles skyped the gang every once in a while, and they both acted like a real couple after a few months as well, John and Hercules even assumed that they were already on a secret relationship, which was never confirmed by the both of them.

As for their studies, Samuel was assumed top of his class, and John and the others studied in a famous school in New York and managed to grab a scholarship as well, which made Alexander relieved.

Their school started during September, and they still lived in the estate with them since their school was a bit near.

The orphans were overjoyed to see John and Hercules back, and they were more than happy to join Frances in their family, though Frances denied. Still shaken with the fact about the death of her mother- She didn't even mind when the orphans call her Frances instead of Francis. But John guessed she liked hearing her real name since her mother always called her that.

But she was mending, she really was trying with the help of everyone around her, especially George, who has taken a huge liking towards her.

But Aisis, they loathed each other. Nobody knows the reason why but God knows how scary their arguements are.

Alexander bought Martha Manning's cafe and took over it's business, Hercules and John continued to work there even after Alexander's attempts to stop them, but they insisted because they wanted to keep their promise to Martha.

Kira was still Kira, her relationship with Francis has improved though. They stopped fighting physically and just fought with words instead, there wasn't a day where they didn't roast each other- But even though they always fight, everyone can see how much they treasure their friendship with each other, and how much they care and look out for each other in times of need.

Peggy and Charlotte could never be more happy, they were always together 24/7- They were inseperable.

Angelica is still single, but she's been recieving a lot of mail recently from a guy with the abbreviations of T.P.

Alexander has completely changed. He becane nicer, more human instead of monster. He started being kind to workers, but his life threatening threats never stopped.

But everyone could tell how madly and deeply he was for John, and it just grew every single day they were together. But, of course- John was oblivious to all of it, even after all the signs Alexander gave.

The older man decided to confess when he reached the right age, but as time pass- So was John's hope. He was starting to believe that there was no chance with Alexander at all, and is slowly and painfully trying to get rid of his feelings for him, but he keeps failing.
