Rey's POV
"You know you had almost the exact same expression the first time I did this to you." Ben smirks.

I narrow my eyes at him, but relax that it's him and I'm not being captured.

I force pull at his grip and he let's go, probably knowing he will lose.

"Should I be worried about passing out and waking up strapped to a chair on a frozen planet?" I joke.

Ben chuckles and Apollo does too, although I'm sure he doesn't fully understand.

"You know, this is where Rey," Ben looks at me, then back to Apollo, "your mother and I first met. In that same way too."

"You were trying to scare her?" Apollo giggles.

"Well no, but... actually yes." Ben laughs. "And she shot at me."

"You guys weren't always lovers?" Apollo questions and I walk over to a boulder to sit and motion them to join.

"No, your mother and I were actually supposed to be enemies." Ben tells him, as he takes a sit next to me.

"At least that's what the Resistance and First Order wanted." I correct him. "We have a force bond though that is stronger than any other known bond to us."

"Yup and that's why I will always be with you." Ben kisses the top my head. "Okay who's hungry?"

"Me." I hop up and Apollo follows my lead.

"Follow me. I know the way." Apollo grabs my hand and begins leading me back to the Falcon.

"Ow." I hear Ben hiss and tumble.

I giggle and stop Apollo, going back to Ben him up.

"Need help?" I offer a hand to him, as he begins to get up, accepting my hand.

He stops however.

"Rey, I will always need you. I promise to be there whenever you need me. I will never leave your side and if we are taken apart there is nothing in this galaxy that will stop me from returning to you. You're where I belong. Will you marry me?"

Tears build on the brim of my eyes and my smile doesn't feel like it will fade for hours. "Yes."

Ben grins and picks me up, swinging me in a circle.

When he sets me down. I pull him by his neck into a sweet kiss of passion and love.

We part for air and rest our foreheads together.

Ben is where I belong.

He pulls back out the ring he had offered me while on his knee.

I stretch my hand and fingers out and it slides on perfectly.

"Oh Ben, it's absolutely gorgeous."

"It was my mother's. My father actually picked it out." His brown eyes glaze into mine and I swear I'm dreaming.

I must have been kidnapped. This isn't real.

I pinch myself to make sure and Ben laughs at my action.

"So it's official now?" Apollo asks.

"Is what?" Ben asks and picks him up.

"That your my new parents?"

"We could be your parents if you want." Ben tells him.

"I want that." Apollo smiles.

"Then we are your parents... Officially." I hug Apollo, my son, and Ben, my fiance.

Poe's POV
I pass my X-Wings along with the others with Finn and BB8 at my side.

We trail along the path back to Maz's Castle and make our way in to find the General.

I spot her nervously looking around and her eyes meet mine.

"Poe, Finn. I need to asks favors of both of you. " She says to us.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Well it appears our forming base on Crait has been compromised." General Organa tells me.

"What are we going to do?" I ask.

"Well, we didn't just land here to refuel." She informs me. "I made a deal with a smuggler, who was able to get his hands on some ski speeders. I need your squadron to take those directly over to engage the First Order."

"What kind of power are we going up against?" I ask.

"AT-ATs." She sighs. "We dealt with them a while back, in the beginning days of the Empire. Their weaknesses are the knees and sides. Their viewpoint is limited to in front of them, so stay clear there."

"Anything else I should be aware of?" I ask before I head off to inform my team of our new mission.

"Yes, we are sending Finn undercover with one of our technicians."

"What?" Finn and I say at the same time. I look over at him and the thought of him being gone on a mission without me actually hurts more than I thought it would. I actually didn't think his would happen.

"Where to?" Finn asks cautiously.

"The First Order's new base. You'll be undercover as an officer, so no one will question you." Leia tells him.

"Why do I need to go?" He asks. "Why can't this tech do it himself?"

"She needs someone who knows there way around in the First Order, can keep her out of trouble, while she steals some data plans that we need."

"Okay, I guess I can do it." Finn sighs.

"You'll be fine." I rub his back.

He gives a sad smile and the General returns her glaze to me, when one of her assistants hand her a piece of paper.

"It's the Crait base... It's been infiltrated. They want the okay to burn documents." She stares at the paper with an expression of thought. She turns back to the woman. "Transfer all files on to one data tape and get it out of there."

"It may not all be able to-"

"As much as possible." She addresses the woman, who then scurries off to pass the info along. "Poe, I need you to leave as soon as we get our ski speeders, they should all be fully loaded. I didn't pay for them to let us down so easy." She says with a slight grin, remaining me of a certain smuggler gone war hero.

"I guess I should let you go." Finn tells me.

"Yes, excuse me, and good luck." General Organs excuses herself.

Finn and I begin to walk over to our crew who is all settled together awaiting my orders.

"I'm gonna miss you." I tell Finn, as I slide my hand in his.

"I'll miss you more." He counters.

"Nope, because I'll be thinking about our future I'm fighting for and your safety." I counter back.

"Well I don't have to worry about you because you're the best pilot of the Resistance. You can survive anything, if you can fly anything."

I smile seeing what he did there and bring his lips to mine.

I pull away after moments of passionate kissing that leaves me breathless. "I have to go." I whisper.

"Yeah go show them why you're a big deal." Finn smiles.

"I'm not the big deal of the Resistance.  You got that covered." I wink.

Finn shakes his head. "I'm not a big deal."

A/N: I have so many more ideas that it appears this book won't quite be ending in the next few chapters. I hope that makes you all happy :)
