A/N: Chapter dedicated to Dulinna

Palbi's POV
We enter the training room and I begin to dig out weapons from the chest. "So you want to tell me what that whole thing in the hallway was about?" Sassy spoke up.

"I was told Ben killed Kylo, but what really happened was Ben quit being Kylo."

"I wanted to tell you." She whispers.

"You knew?" I stand and face her.

"Yes and I wanted to tell you. I've been trying to tell you, since the incident."

"What incident, my head injury?"

"They stole your memories!" Sassy shouts at me.

"I don't believe you."

"Look into my mind then." Her eyes begin to beg me. "Do it! Look into my mind and watch Hux and Snoke take your memories and replace them." I hesitate, afraid of the truth. "Do it!" She shouts at me.

"Get out." I yell back with clenched fists. "Get out of here!" We lock eyes and I feel the fire burning inside me grow.

"Get out Sassy." I growl.

She turns and walks out of the training room finally.

I sink down to the floor mat. I don't know who to trust anymore.

Ben's POV
I sit on my cell bed, but glad I'm not in an interrogation chair.

The prison is a mixture of grunts and snores from those sleeping or finding a way to work out. Sometimes echos of boots is heard as guards on rotation pass.

I begin to meditate.

Luke... Luke can you hear me? Uncle Luke?

Ben?

Yes, I'm here.

Ben, where are you what happened?

I'm abroad the Finalizer, it appears they've hijacked Rey somehow. She goes my Palbi Ren now.

Snoke is stronger than I thought.

Did Finn, Chewy, and everyone else make it back okay?

Everyone, but you appears to have returned.

I plan on returning and bringing Sassy along.

She's alive?

Yes, she's like Rey's roommate of sorts.

At least she's alive. When shall you return?

I don't know.

Palbi's POV
"Supreme Leader Snoke." I call out.

His hologram appears before me. "What is it Ren?"

"I would like to do some village checks as the Commander of the First Order. Show people who their new ruler is."

"Very well Palbi. Do not destroy any villages without cause though, we are still trying to form a couple new bases while we work on a second Starkiller Base."

"Thank you." I bow and he vanishes.

I stand and leave. Once out I walk to the Command Bridge.

"Palbi Ren sir." An officer greets me. "Who is to be taking Hux's position?"

"That has yet to be determined." I walk away and observe the room in mild chaos. They have no leader here.

"You, contact Hangar 2 and tell them to prepare for my arrival."

"Yes sir." The officer replies and hurries off to a communication panel.

"Who's a lieutenant in here?" I ask out loud.

"I am." A rather quiet voice says.

"Come forth." The room goes dead quiet and a small man with dark hair and frighten eyes comes over. "State your name."

"Lieutenant Mitaka, sir." He takes off his cap.

"You're too quiet to for my requirements, but you will do for now." I walk past him and eye the room that stares at me. "General Mitaka is in charge of this Bridge until I find a reasonable replacement." I address the officers in the room, making sure they catch his promoted title. I turn back to him and the room goes back to talking. "You will follow my orders or meet my lightsaber. Just because you were promoted this easily, doesn't mean your job is any easier. Got it?"I sneer at him.

"Yes sir." He stutters.

"Good. Now get this room under control and working to full potential."

"Yes sir, right away sir." He says with a sound of nervousness to it.

"Say it with confidence, these womprats need a leader, don't make me regret promoting you. You didn't earn it, but I need you to act like you have. Understand?"

"Yes."

"Yes what?"

"Yes sir." He says proudly.

"Congrats on your promotion, General." I smile behind my mask.

"Thank you Commander." He says with confidence and I see him hold back a smile.

I hold out my hand and he shakes it.

"Now I shall let you get to work."

"Yes, excuse me." He says and walks off. "I want confirmation on Ren's Hangar request stat!"

I turn and walk away, making my way to my room.

Once inside I go to my room and make sure everything is in place. Bed made, clothes taken care, and redo my hair. Once my hair is done I slid my helmet back on.

"Sassy?" I call out standing in the living room. "Sassy?" I call again.

With no response I walk over to the bookcase and open it.

"What the hell?" I cover my eyes.

"Shit. Get off." I hear Sassy tell Nines.

"I'm so sorry Ren." Nines starts apologizing.

"I.. I didn't know. I'm sorry I walked in... I thought- I don't know what I thought. I had no idea."

"I'm sorry I should have told you, but I didn't know how you'd react." Sassy says.

"Ok we're decent." Nines says.

"I hoped the right time would come, I just didn't want you to find out like this." Sassy says.

"Didn't want me to walk in on you getting fucked?" I stare at her. "I didn't want to walk in on that either." I withdraw my helmet. "Care to explain what's going on between you two?"

"Nines is my boyfriend." Sassy says nervously.

"Please don't be mad at her." Nines pleads me.

"I'm not mad, just tell me next time." I say. "If there's a next time."

"So um... what did you need?" She brushes a strand of hair back.

"Oh, I was coming to tell you I'm taking off for a few days to go do some village check-ins."

"Oh okay."

"Will I be going as well?" Nines asks.

"If your girlfriend doesn't mind." I look over at Sassy.

"Don't let me get in the way of your work."

"Then I shall be going." He smiles.

"Great, now who is Captain Halo?" I ask.

"Oh she got promoted while you were gone. She was trooper HA-1100, nicknamed Halo."

"Makes sense."

"She's pretty cool, I'm friends with her."

"Glad to hear that." I reply. "Now we should get ready, Hangar 2 is expecting me."
