Freddy
(Sorry if it's lazy. I had an original one, but then that got deleted, so I have to rewrite it. :/)
(WARNING: SUICIDAL MATERIAL. If you do not want to read that type of thing, just go to the bottom where I have presented a basic layout of what goes on in the chapter. Thank you and have a lovely day.)
Freddy looked frantically for Bonnie and Foxy. He had already torn posters off of the wall, uprooted lazy floorboards, turned carpets, pretty much turned the entire place upside down. Where had they gone? He remembered Gold taking Bonnie away, but what about Foxy? The only evidence for him was when Chica said something about Mari carrying him toward the painting . . .
But Chica had gone to investigate the painting. Where was she? She had most likely gone to search for more clues, but she really should have stayed over by the painting.
Freddy had to see what was up. Maybe there was something around the painting that would lead to Bonnie and Foxy. Freddy ran over to the painting and reached out to the frame, trying to take it off of the wall and--
He shrieked when everything around him changed. He breathed profusely, backing up against a cold stone wall, which also made him scream. Everything was so dark now. Once he had finally regained his wits, he examined the area.
The only light in the dark hallway was bright red, like the very top of a flame. It was at the very end of the long hall. First, he looked around to see if there was any other way out, feeling the walls to check for a door. There was nothing but the hallway down to the red light.
He stumbled forth blindly in the cold stone hallway, inching closer and closer until he escaped the hallway and found the source of the red light.
He looked into a room. It was circular and had a floor that slanted downward from all directions toward a stone pedestal. A bright red orb floated above it, releasing light and pasting onto the walls.
What was he to do? Grab it? Pick it up and leave? Nothing? What would Freddy do? He couldn't seem to think straight. It was all so confusing. First he had touched the painting and was transported here. Now what to do?
Cautiously, he reached out to the orb to grab it, almost feeling its smooth surface. Right as his fingers made contact, he yipped as everything changed instantly. He squinted, as this new environment was brighter than the last one he was in.
It was so . . . beautiful.
He could feel long green grass brush his brown pants, flowers in perfect bloom in all directions. He saw multiple clusters of trees dotting the lush landscape. The beautiful sound of a river flowing nearby seemed to carress his cheek softly like the warm wind that brushed by. He smiled and looked to his right.
What he saw next wasn't pretty.
All three of his friends were standing in front of a deep chasm, too far wide to jump across. Each of them looked down into it, absolutely silent. They all shivered.
Freddy couldn't believe his eyes. He had to stop them before they did anything else. Frantically, he dashed through the long grass towards them. Bonnie, who was in the middle, raised her right foot over the edge. Freddy leaped forward as he saw Bonnie falling. He stretched his arm out and grabbed her arm at the last second. She hung over the edge limply, as though she was already dead.
"What were you thinking?!" Freddy yelled, cotton breaths tearing through his chest.
Bonnie looked up at him, her eyes full of fury. "Why did you stop me?!" she yelled. "I hate you, Freddy!"
"I just saved your life! Come up, now!"
Chica, who was to Freddy's right, softly cooed, "She's right, Freddy. In fact, she's too right. None of us like you."
Freddy was so shocked that he almost loosened his grip on Bonnie. "What?" he croaked.
He felt something ram into his side. With an oof! he fell to the side, still holding tight to Bonnie. He scrambled back to his hands and knees and looked up at Foxy, who had just kicked him.
Foxy smirked. "Maybe he should go in."
Chica laughed. "Yeah! Freddy should go in first!" Chica leaned over the edge and called out to Bonnie, "Hey, Bonnie! Kick your legs and make Freddy fall in with you!"
Freddy was horrified to see Bonnie smile. "Yeah!" Suddenly, Bonnie started swinging, making Freddy almost fall. He held his ground and squeezed his face together, trying to stay up along with Bonnie.
"Stop!" Freddy screamed. "Can't you see it's--"
RIIIP--CRASH! Freddy suddenly felt a shower of soil on his back. He turned arond and was horrified at the sight he saw.
The ground was completely ripping apart, dirt and flowers flying everywhere. Giant lacerations on the surface of the Earth stretched out across miles.
The ground under Freddy was soon being lifted. Adrenaline surged through him as he held on tight to Bonnie's arm. He found that the ground had tilted and he was flying through the air along with everyone else.
The ground surged closer. Freddy braced himself for the incoming impact. Finally, he smashed into the ground, dirt and a little blood on his face. Bonnie, Foxy, and Chica layed crumpled around him.
Chica looked up at him, her eyes fiery. "It's all your fault Freddy!" She turned back to everyone else. "Split up and jump into the cracks! Freddy can't track us all down if we split!"
Freddy screamed above their shouts of approval and the other sounds of the ground exploding upward around them, chunks of dirt still flying into their eyes. "Why are you guys trying to jump down there?! Don't you want to live?"
Foxy answered this time, his amber eyes piercing Freddy's. "You are the reason we're trying to jump. You don't actually like us."
Freddy had tears in his eyes. He wanted to sob. He did like them. They were his friends. They were his friends. "Guys, please! Don't jump! I care about you!"
Chica had already gotten to her feet and ran toward a crack in the earth, avoiding the many ground explosions that looked like landmines had been placed under the earth. "No you don't!"
"Chica, stop!" Freddy yelled, sprinting after her. He caught up to her fairly quickly, but she had already jumped off of the edge. Without thinking, he jumped as well, quickly landing on a dirt platform. He reached out for Chica and grabbed onto her hand as fast as he could. With adrenaline surging through his body, he pulled her up to the ground. She looked angry, giving him a cold look. Without saying anything, she turned back around and tried to jump off. Before Freddy could stop her, the ground suddenly sprung upward, sending both of them back up to the surface.
They landed on the ground with a hard thump. Chica looked at him again. "You can't save them either, Freddy." She was pointing behind him. He turned and saw Bonnie and Foxy running toward the edge. Why was he the cause of them trying to jump off?
Freddy stood up and ran after, yelling back to Chica, "I will save them! And you will be saved too--"
An explosion rocked the air beside him. The impact flung him to the side like a discarded piece of trash. Freddy fell to the ground and felt the moist shower of dirt pepper his body. His ears rung and his body ached. Maybe Chica was right. Maybe he really couldn't save them.
Blindly he shouted, "STOP!"
The earth stopped rumbling. The cracks stopped traveling, and he could feel that Bonnie, Foxy, and Chica had stopped trying to run away.
As the dirt cloud cleared, he looked around. He could see lava bubbling up through some of the cracks. Fire burned parts of the meadow and everything was very much destroyed.
He continued, as he already had his audience with him. "Do you see what has happened? I kind of get the feeling that the reason why this place is destroyed is because you guys are trying to kill yourselves! Stop it and just . . . just . . ."
Suddenly, all three of his friends were right next to him, each one smiling. "Oh, Freddy. You're the cause of all this."
Before he had time to react, the ground started to explode as a whole, dirt, flames, and lava flying up everywhere, enveloping everything. Pain was all Freddy knew as he blinked.
Suddenly, he was back in the room underneath the painting. His muscles ached and he could feel multiple wounds on his face, arms, legs, and stomach. He found that his clothes were all dirty with dirt and his shoes had worn out.
He sighed and coughed hard. At least he was back.
He examined the room again and found Chica, staring at him from the other side of the room. The room had been even more searched through. He realized that she had also been looking for Bonnie and Foxy.
Freddy croaked out to Chica the one thing he had been wondering the entire time after he'd returned: "Do you hate me?"
(OVERVIEW:
Freddy has searched the entire room, but hasn't found anything. When he realizes that Chica is gone, he goes to the picture to investigate, but is transported to the oh-so-familiar hallway with an orb room, but this time the light is red. When Freddy touches the orb, his simulation-thing is in a bright and beautiful meadow. He suddenly sees his friends on the edge of a cavern, looking down. They all seem to hate him. The entire ground suddenly starts to break and explode. His friends are escaping and almost falling in, and Freddy is trying to save them. When he realizes he can't do anything, he shouts for them to stop. He accuses them of being the cause of al the violence on the meadow. They soon all appear next to him and accuses him of the same thing. After this, the entire meadow blows up and Freddy is back in the same room with the painting. He sees Chica, but no Foxy and Bonnie. He then asks, "Do you hate me?"
Happy now? Thank you and have a lovely day.
