Your turn

Natsu P.o.v:
"Why are there two thrones prince Gray?" I asked, turning to look at the black haired boy in front of me.
He paused for a second as if having a debate with himself and then tapped his nose twice in a way that I knew meant 'that's for me to know.'
The structure to my left was huge and made entirely from, what my first guess is, ice. It had two floors, the bottom one complete with a small kitchen, living room and the 'throne room.' The second, from what I could see without standing on my tip toes, had a large bedroom that took up the entire top floor.
"It's just for effect.. I do have an actual house... just so you know."
"It's beautiful."
It's a well known fact that Gray's an ice mage, one of the only few left in existence actually.. but I never imagined that he'd be capable of something like this.
"Come on, I'll give you the grand tour of the place." He said, nodding his head to the side as indication for me to follow.
He showed me the living room first, there was a small pool table in one corner and a vending machine in another, a small flat screen TV was hanging from the wall above the fireplace, opposite which two leather armchairs sat.
I furrowed my eyebrows at the fireplace, what's the point in having something that you could never use?
"Like I said, it's just for effect." Gray said, noticing my confusion.
I nodded and he took me around the rest of the palace.
We came to the bedroom last. There was no bed, surprisingly, but there was a large sofa, which sat opposite another TV. There was a bookcase that reached the ceiling, said object almost collapsing under the weight of what must have been hundreds of books.
"Holy shit. This place is amazing Gr- Prince Gray." I smiled as we walked back downstairs, playing along with his little game
"Why thank you. Care for a refreshment?" He asked, walking to the vending machine in the living room and kicking it, making a can of soda fall down into the compartment below.
I shook my head no and sat on one of the armchairs beside the machine.
"So Natsu... tell me about yourself."
"I'm surprised, I thought you knew all about me stalker?" I teased, my mouth twisting into a smirk as he glared playfully at me.
"I'm not a stalker! I'm just well informed... anyway, tell me."
"Okay how about twenty one questions? You're not the only curious one." I asked as he sat in the armchair next to mine.
He nodded approvingly and thought for a second.
"What's your favourite colour?"
"Red, what's yours?"
"Blue. What's your biggest fear?"
"Heights, yours?"
"Also heights."
"How tall are you?"
"5'9" and yourself?"
"U-um.. also 5'9" what's your favourite food?" I asked, a little on edge, I'm only just noticing how similar me and Gray really are.
"Ice cream. Obviously. What's yours?"
"Ramen noodles. Do you have any siblings?"
"Nope but I know you do."
I smiled, yeah he'd met Sting already, I wonder what he'll think of Wendy and Gajeel... not that he's going to meet them or anything.
"Um... Gray it's still your turn." I said when Gray hadn't replied after thirty seconds.
"I know... I'm thinking." He said softly. He was looking somewhere over my shoulder, clearly lost in thought.
"Come onnn slowpoke." I said, beaming at his calm expression.
"What are you doing to me?" He said quietly, making me tilt my head to the side in confusion.
"I'm not doing anything?" I said, posing it as more of a question than a statement.
Gray's eyes suddenly widened, as if he had come to a realisation.
"S-shit did I say that out loud? My bad... I didn't mean to. Um, h-have you got any pets?" He stumbled over his words, his cheeks slowly growing an increasing shade of pink.
I looked at him for a few seconds, studying his features properly and watching his face fall as I didn't reply.
"I-I'm sorry Natsu, I didn't mean for it to-"
"You're cute when you're flustered." I cut him off suddenly, he looked confused and then shocked and then confused again.
"I-um t-thankyou?" He said, his cheeks, that had slowly been turning back to normal, flushed pink again and I smiled.
"I don't have a pet anymore, but I used to have a cat called Happy..." I frowned as I remembered my first real best friend and how he had run away.
Gray was returning to normal now, and he nodded in acknowledgement.
"Your turn."

Sorry about that. I've been really busy with an apprenticeship and school and family drama but hopefully I'll be updating regularly now :)
Also, the part in this where Gray asked about favourite colours... Yeah, their answers are important for the future plot so remember that.
