"Hey... is this seat taken?" A voice beside me aked softly. I was in the school library trying to relax.

I shook my head no, not looking up from the book I was reading on my phone.

"What's that you're reading?"

I inwardly sighed and went to the next chapter.

"A book."

"You're reading a book in the library huh? Wow, give an award to Mr Smartass over here."

I smiled slightly, they called me Mr.

"Are you sure it's a 'book' you've got there?" They asked reading over my shoulder.

"Looks like a fanfiction to me..." they snickered as an extremely sexual sentence appeared on the page.

"Oooh a yaoi. I didn't know you  were into that kind of stuff flame for brains?"

I felt my face heat up as I locked my phone.

"What do you want asshole?" I said, willing my face to return to its normal colour.

"Ouch. That truly stung. And after all my generosity too."

I sighed and turned to face the stranger, before freezing in my seat. Gray... Of course.

"Oh... I uh... I didn't know it was you."

"It's fine. You're bad boy attitude only adds to your attractiveness." He said with a smirk.

Of course my face flushed immediately and I looked away to try and hide it.

"Well this has been fun, I need to go and sort out my friend that's making a fool of himself again. Seeya later Natsu." He said and I watched him walk over to Loke. Who had, not for the first time, been slapped in the face by some random girl.

Loke said something and Grays laughter drifted across the room to my ears, the blush that was a dark red had faded to a slight pink as I looked at him. He was leaning against a bookcase with a smile that could make angels sin.

"Well that's what you get for hitting on every girl you lay eyes on." He said, and I could just hear the friendly love in his voice.

"Fuck you Fulbuster. You're just jealous I get all the girls." Loke hit him playfully in the arm.

"Sure Loke, you keep telling yourself that."

"It's true!"

"Loke I can assure you that if I swung that way then I would have all the girls you could possibly imagine and you know it." He snickered and I froze... Gray is... gay?

Well that's a plot twist if I ever saw one.
(A/N: Lmao Natsu don't even try and kid yourself)

Loke laughed and I smiled sadly. Well... Gray is one thing I can take off my wishlist.

"Your boy toy is staring at you." Loke snickered and they both turned to look at me, I noticed I was infact staring and bushed darkly again before setting a book next to Loke's hand on fire.

He yelped and jumped back before looking at me.

"What'dya do that for!?"

"I am not his boy toy thank you very much." I said with a smirk.

Loke grumbled something under his breath about 'stupid dragon slayer' and I set another book on fire, this time right next to his face, which sent Gray into a second fit of laughter at his reaction.

"He has a sense of humour I'll give him that."

The bell for last period rang out harshly, cutting off Gray's laugh and I groaned.

"Hey Natsu, you have physics now right?" He asked, the smile not gone from his face yet.

"Stalker." I said with a smirk before nodding. How did he know that though?

"Can I walk with you?"

I stood there stupidly, staring at the two boys in shock.

"Uh... Natsu?"

"What? Oh... um... you wanna walk with me?" I said, still a little confused.

"Sure, why wouldn't I? We're friends now right?"

"Friends..." I repeated quietly. The idea seemed quite alien to me and it took me a few more seconds to actually respond, realising as I did so that Gray looked rather nervous.

"Um yeah... we're friends...and y-you're free to join me, if you still want to."

His expression relaxed as I answered and he gave me a toothy smile.

"Great! lead the way."

I smiled hesitantly and nodded.

"Sure..."
