Yume POV

So much has been happening......

I hope everything will.....--

"Yume!"
"They're gonna be here soon."
Honoka says.

I nod my head.

"So..... Explain what we're doing again?"
Subaru asks.

I sigh.
"I'm getting everyone here at different times. Brec will be the last one to get here. Than we'll all fix everything."
"But..... Are you sure it's gonna work....?"
"To be honest....... I don't know... But I have hope! And I hope that it will all work out!"
(I'm sorry I've been watching too much Danganronpa....)

I yell. My fist lightly closed

My hand shakingly make their way to the door knob. Knowing that on the other side is a sad, angry and depressed Brec....

I wish Subaru was here to comfort me but he had to leave....

As I open the door I put on a shakey fake smile.

"H--Hey Brec."
"Hey Yume...."

I instantly notice that Brec's hair is WAAYYY shorter. Instead of it reaching beyound her back it's up to her chin. But I decide not to question it. I have a feeling it has something ti do with Riku.

I lead her to the living room and immediately she see's Riku and Ryuu.

"I'm leaving..."
"Brec!"
I yell as I grab her hand.

"Sit."
I say as I lead her next to Honoka and Shiro.

"Stay here you all. Subaru make sure no one leaves."
He nods his head as I quickly go to me and Honoka's room.

"Where is it...?"

I say as I look for a note Riku had sent to me once. Telling me about how much he loved and cared about Brec.

"Ow!"
I yell as something falls on my head. I look ovee to the side and see the files that my doctor gave me.

I slowly reach over to them.

"I've never checked them..... I always had a bad feeling about them..... But now..... I have to know..."

I slowly pull the file out of the orange paper package thing.

As my eyes read everything on there.

My eyes widen. As anger builds up in me....

"Liars......"

3rd POV

As Yume opens the door she stares dead at the floor. A dark aura around her. Anger building up inside her.

"Yume?"

Honoka says as she walks up to her.

"Are you okay?"
"..te you....."
Yume mutters.

"What?"
"Liar...."
"Huh?"

Yume looks up at Honoka. Pure hatred in her cold stare at Honoka. Honoka's face turns into worried and confusion.

"You're suCH A LIAR!"

Yume yells as she lightly/pushes Honoka.

This causes everyone to stand up from their spots. Especially Brec. Who's face is covered in fear.

"Yume......"
Honoka says. Her voice shaking.

Yume looks down. Her bangs covering her eyes.

"You lied to me...... This whole entire time...... You lied....."

Fear builds up in Honoka. As her face reads that she is terrified for her life....

She didn't read the files right!? I thought I hid them.....
Honoka thinks in fear.

"Y--Yume.... Wha--What are you talking about?"
Honoka says. Her voice full of fear and stuttering.... Her eyes wide and full of fear.

"I KNOW!"
Yume yells. Her face flying up and meeting with Honoka's eyes. And her voice full of anger and hatred.

"I KNOW YOUR REAL NAME!"
"Wha--What..... What are you talking about.....?"
Honoka's voice full of fear.

"You never wanted to be friends with me....."

"Yume--"
"Your name....."
"My name.... Heh... It's Kousaka Honoka... You should know that....."
"NO IT'S NOT!"

Yume gives a cold stare at Honoka. Tears falling out of Yume's eyes.

"I....... I know your name's not Kousaka Honoka!"

Yume stares at her as the atmosphere changes drastically. Honoka and Brec's eyes widen in fear.

As one thing flashes through Brec's mind.

She knows....
She read the files....
She knows the truth....
About all us....

"Your real name....."

"YOUR REAL NAME IS NIJINO HONOKA!"

Silence
Dead silence as everyone's eyes widen.

"And Brec...."
Brec flinches from the hatred way Yume says it.

"......Born on March 3rd..... At 7:30 am........ And 3 mintues later...... With.... The same people.....

She looks up.

"I was born."

She looks over at Honoka.

"Nijino Honoka.... Born on August 3rd..... With my mother.... But with a different father..... The father that lives here........

"Nijino Honoka..... My half sister....

"And Nijino Brec.... My biological sister.... Also known as...... My twin...."

Her glare travels to Shiro.

"That's why you reacted that way when you first met me....."

"Shiro this is Nijino Yume."

His eyes seam to widen a bit. His eyes quickly look over to Honoka and she just nods.

"You knew..... You knew thIS ENTIRE TIME!"

Tears falling out her eyes.

"You never wanted to be my friend.... You only felt like you had to because...... We're...... Sisters...."

Honoka slightly walks over to Yume and tries to place her hand on Yume's shoulder. Yume slaps it off.

"I hate you...."
Yume mutters.
"Huh?"

"I HATE YOU! I WISH I NEVER MET YOU!"
Yume yells as she runs out the door.

Honoka stays still her body starts shaking. Yes it was true to the fact that Honoka and Brec knew the whole time. Including Shiro and Riku. Meanwhile everyone else had no idea.

About the truth of these 3 girls....

Yume POV

I wake up on the couch. As I prop myself up I rub my eyes. I had asked Subaru and Koharu and Laura etc. To see if they wanted to hang out. I needed to clear my mind.

Of course that doesn't that I'm still not angry. Knowing Honoka for a whole year--living with her. And her never bringing it up.

Now that I look back, there were actually some hints to this.

When I first met Shiro and he gave Honoka this look while she nodded.

When Brec said she was adopted by Shiro's family.

How me and Brec got so close in such a short amount of time

How Riku wasn't that shy to me when I first started talking to him

It makes sense now.....

Before I leave I check Honoka's room to see if she's still here. She's not.

As we walk it starts raining.

Just my luck....

I sigh as Koharu pops open a umbrella.

We all stay close and huddled together.

"Yume. You seam low. Is something wrong?"
"Hm? Nothing....."
"Your hair and skin seam really..... Low on color..."
"Oh. That's just one of my symptoms. I'm fine."

Even though honestly..... I'm not.... Mentally or physically....

As we're walking I feel my phone vibrate.

I pick it and see the caller id on it.

Rin 😺

I look at my phone for a few seconds.

"Yume-Chan?"

I look up and gently wave my hand.

"Go on without me. Don't worry my phone's water proof."

Koharu nods as they continue walking. Just a bit slower.

I answer her phone call and place it up to my ear.

"Hello?"
"Yume! Oh thank God you answered!"

Rin yells. Her voice full of worry. And in an instant, I know that something terrible as happened.

"What's wrong?!"
"I--..... It's Honoka....."

3rd POV

Almost in a instant. Everything stopped for Yume. Everything seamed to be going slower.

And out of nowhere as the rain falls on Yume's clothing and skin, her phone slowly drops from her hand as she stands in shock.

Her eyes widen. Full of fear and regret.

"What's wong?!"
"I--..... It's Honoka....."

Yume tensed up from the name.

"What happend?"
"The bus! The bus that she was on! It got into a car crash!"

Yume freezes.

"Yume she's at the hospital right now! You need to get here!"
"W--Wh--Which one....?"
"The one that you and Brec go to for y'alls check-ups!"

Me and Brec.....?

"Hurry!"
"B--But why.... I don't really see why--"
"Yume!.......... She's in a coma....."

Subaru hears the sound of the phone making contact with the ground and turns around.

"Yume?"

Yume slowly bends down to pick up her phone. Her expression remaining the same.

"What room....."
She asks.

"308! You don't have to check in you can--Yume? Yume!"

But Yume wasn't listening. She had already taken off. The hospital wasn't far from where she was. In fact it was very close. If she ran she would be there in 3 minutes or less. It's not even a mile away. Just a block away.

Subaru. Seeing his pre-girlfriend running immediately ran after her.

"Yume!"

He yells as he grabs her hand.

"Where are you going!?"
"Honoka's in the hospital! I need to see her! No! I have to see her!"

And just like that she twistes herself out of his grip. And runs as fast as her legs carry her. With Subaru and the other chasing her.

As Yume enters the lobby--her legs and chest buring like as if they're on fire. She quickly runs up the stairs.
Hoping to see her older sister. Subaru right behind her tail.

As the numbers 308 come out into Yume's eyes along with a wide window. She smiles..... But that smile doesn't last long.

She see's wires hooked up to her. And a breathing tank. Rin in front of the window and turns around to see her.

"Yume!"

Yume breaths heavily. But ignores the stabbing pain in her chest.

"Let me see her....."
She whispers loud enough to be heard.

"You can't.... Only family can see her. Nobody else.

On the side of the room. Yume catches a worried Shiro trying to comfort a sobbing Sora. Riku and Ryuu stand next to them.

"Let me see her."
Yume says. More louder this time. And more bolder. Her body bending down from the pain in her chest and legs.

"You can't....."
"Let ME SEE HER!"

Yume yells as she launches herself foreward.

Subaru runs in front of her holds her back by doing this certain type of hug.

"Yume! Listen to Rin! You can't see her! You're not related to her!"
"Yes I am....."

The atmosphere changes.

"I am.... I'm... I'm her.... I'm her sister..... I'M HER BIOLOGICAL HALF-LITTLE SISTER! I HAVE TO SEE HER!"
Yume yells. Her voice cracking. Tears falling out of her eyes. Just like the rain outside.

This grabs everyone's attention. All her friends. Even a few strangers.

"I'M HER SISTER! I HAVE TO SEE HER! IT'S MY JOB TO--TO ALWAYS BE WITH MY FAMILY! TO NEVER BETRAY THEM! THat's why...."

She says. Her voice starting to crack. As she falls to the ground along with Subaru hugging her.

"That's why.... I have to see her..... It's my job... It's....."

She stops there. Her crying screams into Subaru's warm chest. As all he can do is hug her tight and rub the back of her hair.

And after awhile it works. Subaru pulls away from her.

"Are you ready to see her?"
"Mhm...."
Yume replies. Her face red from crying. As a few tears still fall down.

Subaru get's up as Yume pushes herself up but.....

"Subaru...."

Yume says. Fear in her voice.

"What?"
"I can't get up....."

His eyes widen in fear.

"I--I can't feel my legs....!"
"Didn't you take your pills!?"
"Yes but...."

Realisation hits her....

Her legs can't work anymore....

The pills don't effect her anymore......

She has to be hospitalized.......

"Subaru...."
"Yeah?"
"Can you get my doctor....."
"Why?"
"Because...... I--I....... I have to be hospitalized....."

Subaru's eyes widen.

Yume turns her attention to Shiro.

"And Shiro...."
"Y--Yeah?"
"There's another reason why you're here. And I know it's not because of Honoka!"

He flinches.

"What's Brec's sickness.......?"
"I--I--"
"I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW!"

"After all.... I am her twin."

Yume says as she looks at him with a tear jerking smile as more tears fall down her face.

"Her sickness..... Do you really want to know....."
"Yes.... Please...."

"Her sickness...... Is....... Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome...."

Yume's eyes widen.....

"Also known as.......

Aids......"
