SHEA'S POV
  

Nagising ako at puting kisame ang unang bumungad sa 'kin. Anong nangyari? I thought I was with Ice then he showed something like a golden dust—

"Good thing you're awake. Kumain ka muna."

Agad akong napatingin sa nagsalita. It was Fire, sitting on a couch in the corner of my room while reading a magazine. Tumingin ako sa bed side table at may nakahandang pagkain na pala. I don't know the dish but the aroma is quite good that makes my stomach groan. Alas-diyes na pala ng gabi.

"Bakit ikaw ang nandito?" tanong ko.

"Master asked me to. Bantayan raw muna kita habang di ka pa nagigising. Kumain ka na. Niluto nya 'yan para sa 'yo."

Napatingin ulit ako sa pagkain sa mesa. He did all this?

Bumangon na ako at sinimulang kinain ang niluto ni Kiyan. Fudge, ang sarap. Taste like heaven. I never knew he can cook this good. Na-miss ko tuloy ang luto ni mama noong dito pa ako nakatira. Di na ako nakapagsalita dahil pakiramdam ko gutom na gutom ako. Parang nawala yung lakas ko kaya kailangan kong kumain ng marami para maibalik ito.

I drank the glass of milk na kasama sa pagkain kanina and I've never been satisfied. That was the best food I tasted.

"Masarap no? As expected from the Master. Ang sarap nya talagang magluto." sabi ni Fire matapos kong kumain.

Humarap ako sa kanya. Naka-uniform pa pala ako.

"Anong nangyari? Where's Ice?"

"He's on his room. Natulog lang sya simula pa kanina hanggang ngayon. Kanina ka pa namin hinihintay pero hindi ka parin dumarating. Kaya lumabas na si Master upang hanapin ka but you were unconscious when he brought you here at buhat-buhat ka nya. What happened?" paliwanag nya.

"Did he say something? Nasan na sya ngayon?"

"Tinanong lang nya kung nandito ba kaming lahat. Tapos inutusan nya akong bantayan ka until you wakes up. Sya na ang naghanda ng pagkain mo at hinatid dito. Nandon sya sa kwarto nya."

Napatingin ako sa tray na ngayo'y wala nang laman. Sa mga nangyari kanina, alam kong kumikilos na sila. They are after me at mukhang tama nga si Seraphina. One of them is from the kingdom of light.

"Thanks Fire. Magpahinga ka na rin. I'm okay now."

Ngumiti sya at nagbow bago umalis. Muli akong napahiga. That dust...

What was that? Si Ice ba ang traydor dito? Bakit bigla akong nanghina? Am I getting weak dahil ba malapit ako kay Kiyan?

Speaking of Kiyan, niligtas na nya naman ako. We're not in good terms and he is my opposite pero niligtas nya parin ako. But why is he asking Ice's name? Nakalimutan ba nya ang pangalan nya? Ugh. What a stupid question Shea.

The door creak open kaya doon napunta ang atensyon ko. Napalunok ako when I saw the person who opened it. Di ko alam ang sasabihin ko. Bakit ba kasi sya nandito?

"Are you okay?" there's a hint of worriedness in his voice or was it  just me?

"Y-yeah."

Tumingin sya sa tray na nakalagay sa gilid ng kama ko at saka umupo sa couch malapit sa 'kin.

"They used the dust I gave them. It was only suppose to repel you away but they use it to attack you."

Gulat akong napatingin sa kanya. Wow. So they use repellant now. Ganon na ba talaga sila katakot sa 'kin? Parang wala lang pala silang pinagkaiba sa mga estudyanteng tinatrato akong halimaw. If the one who knows who really I am was already afraid of me, how much more if everyone knows it?

"That's bullshit. Totally bullshit. You are all shitless cowards." di ko na napigilan na mag mura. They are called the elite of the elite because they are the strongest. Mga takot rin pala sa 'kin ang mga 'to.

"You can't blame me. I gave it to them for their protection."

"F*ck it Kiyan. Pinilit mo akong sumali sa inyo and this is what I get?! Do you think I was going to hurt them?! If I was planning something like that, then hurting them is not enough. Killing them is the perfect solution. After all, all of you treated me as a monster. So there's no problem on getting to be one."

"Shea."

"What?! Oh, it's my fault after all. Why did I even bother to join you? Ito ba ang kabayaran dahil binuhay mo ang familiar ko? Kaya ganito nyo ako tratuhin?"

"Ice is not a traitor."

Napatigil ako. So pinagtanggol pa talaga nya.

"I saw it. You saw it." I can't help myself to be cold.

"It's an impostor."

"But he has your dust."

"Someone stole it from him."

Napatigil ako sa sinabi nya.

"How?"

Kumuha sya ng magazine from the shelf here in my room at sinimulang basahin.

"She sneaked out while Ice is asleep."

Napakunot ang noo ko, "Wait, you said "she." So it's a girl? At di manlang ba nagising si Ice? Wala manlang sa inyo ang nakapansin?"

"I believe that she has the ability to conceal her presence that's why I can't feel her. And Ice sleeps like dead. He never wakes up that easy. Until now he's asleep."

Napa face palm nalang ako. Pero kasalanan parin nya 'to. I never thought he would look at me that way. That as if I'm a dangerous beast that will devour them anytime. They kept a repellant to keep me away from them. They are even worse than the people out there.

I-It feels bad. I don't know but I felt bad. It's our first day and I was already humiliated, discriminated, feared. Sana kinuha nalang nila ako. At least I'd be brought into the Underworld. I can fight them with my own strength not minding if I destroy everything. I can be by myself and not to care about other beings of what they think of me. They are all shits.

"I know what you're thinking." sabi nya.

Humiga ako at tumalikod sa kanya. I hate him. I hate them.

"Umalis ka na. Tell your friends to keep their repellants close to them. I might kill them any moment from now."

I heard him sigh at matapos ang ilang segundo ay narinig ko nang sumarado ang pinto. Bigla nalang tumulo ang luha ko. Why am I crying over worthless matter? Hindi ko na alam ang nararamdaman ko. Di naman kasing lapit ko si Kiyan pero bakit ang sakit? Why do I feel pain? Why do I feel disappointed? Does Kiyan has something to do with this?

THIRD PERSON POV

Meanwhile after he left Shea's room, bumungad sa kanya ang Alpha pati ang familiar nya. Nakaupo silang lahat sa mahabang sofa dito sa receiving area.

"Protect Shea at all cost. Even if it means your life." sabi nya sa kanila.

"Yes Master."

"How about Ren? Nandito sya diba? Shouldn't he be the one responsible to her?" Alzena asked politely. She might have been a 'bitchy' attitude. But she knows the word 'respect' when facing her master.

"He's useless." maikling sagot nito.

"Yo. Buti gising pa kayo. Anong nangyayari dito?" bungad ni Ice na kalalabas lang ng kwarto at halatang bagong gising lang. Magulo ang buhok at kinusot-kusot pa ang mata.

"Bro, lika nga dito. May sasabihin kami sa 'yo." aya sa kanya ng kambal nya.

Sumeryoso naman ang mukha nya at umupo sa tabi ni Fire. As soon as he sits himself comfortably ay sya namang pagbatok sa kanya ng kambal nya.

"Aray ko! Ano bang problema mo?!" singhal ni Ice. Tila nagising na ang natirang natutulog nyang kaluluwa.

"Tangna bro nangyari na't lahat-lahat tulog ka parin. Wala na! Nagalit sya."

"Ha?" inosenteng tanong ng binata.

"Ninakaw ang Tear of the god mo. Ginamit laban kay Shea. She finds out and she's mad at us right now."

"E-eh? Pano na 'yan?"

"Anong pano na 'yan? Edi wala!" Ezra said in frustration.

"Ha? May kasalanan rin ba ako dito?" he asked.

All of them glared at him, "Oo." they said in unison.

"Fire, any information?" tanong ni Kiyan.

He opened his notebook at binasa ang kanyang recorded data, "All I can get was she was wearing the uniform of M.A, and base on her DNA print as I scanned Ice's closet, It resembles Alison's."

Gulat silang napatingin kay Alison na ngayon ay prenteng nakaupo while drinking a cup of coffee. She choked herself after he heard Fire's statement.

"What?! Are you telling me that I was the one who attacked Shea?" gulat nyang tanong.

"Oh no Alison. Na-insecure ka ba sa beauty nya? Kung na-insecure ka dapat ako nalang biniktima mo. Ang dyosang si ako." sino pa ba ang magsalita ng ganyan?

"Shut up Trevor or I'll slice your mouth up." Iritang sabi ni Vishna. Trevor just roll his eyes on her.

"Shut up both of you." awat ni Ezra.

Biglang tumayo si Alison. Nararamdaman na ang tension sa paligid nila, "Listen here. You know that I don't like Shea. But not to the extent that I'll do something like that to her. Ghad, I know my limitations. Ano naman ang makukuha ko kapag ginamitan ko sya ng Tear of god? Kiyan, do you think I can do something like that?!"

Tumingin sya kay Kiyan pero wala lang itong emosyong pinapakita. Mukhang malalim ang iniisip nya. She and Kiyan were childhood friends before. Nakatira sila sa isang village malayo sa mundo ng mga tao at halos di na sila mahiwalay ng mga magulang nila. Alison's sister, Azura or also known as Cein ay palagi rin nilang nakakasama maglaro. But something happened na nakapagpabago ng trato nila sa isa't-isa. And that what makes Kiyan as what is he is in the present.

"Find her sister Alzena. Bring her to me." biglaang utos niya.

"W-wait, ano ang kinalaman ni Azura dito? She can't do something like that. Wala syang kapangyarihang gayahin ang isang nilalang. At nasa academy sya." her sister defended.

"We have enough evidence Ali. Kakausapin lang sya ni Master. Don't worry." sabi ni Ice.

She looked at Kiyan. He is still cold as ice. She can't read his mind dahil ni emosyon ay wala syang pinapakita. She doesn't know what he's thinking right now. Or what he is planning to do.

Tumayo na si Alzena at yumuko sa harap nya, "Yes Master." and then she left the unit.

Biglang bumukas ang pinto ng room na pansamantalang tinutuluyan nina Eloiny at Cein. Sa ibang lugar kasi sila napadpad kaya nahirapan silang hanapin sina Shea. Eloiny was lying on her bed habang nanonood ng tv. Napabangon naman sya nang dumating si Cein.

"Saan ka galing? Gabi na Cein ah. At bakit ang dami mong pasa? Nakipag-away ka ba?" gulat nyang bungad dito.

"I'm fine nee-chan. Just met some goons few blocks away from here. But I'm fine now." ngumiti sya at dumiretso higa sa kama. Dalawa kasi ang kama sa room na ni-rent nila.

"You met some goons? Yet ang dami mong pasa? There's no way the academy's top 2 can have much damage from a human. At saan ka ba kasi galing?"

"Just wandering around. Baka makita natin si Shea-chan." she said almost sleeping.

Napataas naman ang kilay ni Eloiny, "Eh bakit di mo ako sinama?"

"Tulog ka."

"Hahaha oo nga pala. Pero seryoso Cein, saan mo nakuha yang pasa mo? Di pa kita nakitang ganyan ever."

Ilang segundo na ang lumipas pero wala syang sagot na nakuha mula sa kanya. Sinilip nya ito at nakatulog na pala.

"Baka napagod kakahanap kay Shea." sa isip nito.

She turned off the tv at natulog narin. Kailangan pa nilang hanapin si Shea bukas.
   
    
  

Nagising si Cein dahil may naramdaman syang kakaibang enerhiya. It's 12 midnight. The power was so strong that it makes her summon her weapon accessory. A chain whip. Tumingin sya kay Eloiny at mahimbing lang itong natutulog.

Dahan-dahan syang naglakad papunta sa may bintana dahil doon nanggaling ang malakas na enerhiya. She peeked on the curtains pero wala syang nakita. Everything is clear. Pero di sya pwedeng magkamali sa naramdaman nya.

Kumirot ang binti nya kung saan sya kanina na paruhan. She didn't expect that he'll come to her rescue. Buti nalang nakatakas sya.

"Curse that disciple." she whispered.

"Tell that to the Master yourself." agad syang lumingon sa likuran nya revealing Alzena. All of a sudden, bigla nalang dumilim ang paningin nya at nawalan na sya ng malay.

   
SHEA'S POV

Nagising ako bigla. Di ko alam kung bakit. Hating gabi na pala. I suddenly become thirsty kaya napagpasyahan kong lumabas. The whole room is dark kaya tulog na siguro silang lahat. Di ko na kailangan ng ilaw kasi nakakakita naman ako sa dilim. Of course.

Lumabas ako ng kwarto ko at dumiretso sa kusina. The whole place was a mess. Ang daming mga wrapper and cans na nagkalat. Magulo rin pala ang Alpha.

Matapos kong uminom ay babalik na sana ako sa kwarto ko when something caught my attention. I don't know whose room is it pero may naririnig akong ingay. Lumapit ako and I hear familiar voices.

"Who ordered you to do that?" I was certain that it was Fire. Pero sino ang kinakausap nila? Did they caught her?

"Heh. Baka masyado syang loyal sa pinuno nya kaya kahit pati buhay nya mukhang ibubuwis nya. I'll have you a taste with one of my daggers then." That's Vishna.

"Are you one of them?" Mas lalo akong naguluhan sa tanong ni Kiyan.

What are they exactly up to? Looks like it's time for me to show up. Play time's over.

I barged in na kinagulat nila. Pero mas kinagulat ko.

"C-Cein?!"

"S-Shea-chan! Please help me! They're hurting me." she was tied up in a chair but instead of a rope, kuryente ito. Umiiyak na sya.

"What are you doing to her?!" sigaw ko sa kanila.

"Oh crap. Now she's really mad." sabi ni Ice.

Yes, I am mad.

"What is the meaning of this Kiyan?" malamig kong tanong sa kanya. But I was surprised of his reaction. Gulat sya and at the same time, he's scared. No way, the Master of Light and Creation—is scared?

"Get her out of here! Now!" nagulat ako sa pagsigaw nya.

They all rushed over towards me pero masyado silang mabagal. I used my agility para lumapit kay Cein na bihag nila. I immediately diffuses the electricity around her.

"Arigatou nee-chan!" she said almost teary-eyed.

"What are you doing here Cein? Bakit ka nila bihag?"

Bigla na lamang syang tumawa. An evil laugh na parang nanggaling pa sa ilalim ng lupa. Bumigat rin ang atmosphere sa paligid. What's happening? I didn't order a demon to possess her. Why is she acting strange?

"Why did she even chose you? You're too naive. Too weak."

May nilabas syang gem from her pocket. A black gem. Di ko maintindihan ang nararamdaman ko. Parang hinihigop ako at wala akong lakas para labanan ito.

Everything happens so fast. Kiyan is rushing towards me. The Alpha charged to attack Cein.

"This is the Goddess Sapphire. It was modified to capture extremely strong demonic creatures to be sealed away for good. No one can break free from this gem. Not even you, Shea. Hahaha!"

Nauubos na ang lakas ko. I can't stand anymore.

"So long, your Highness."

THIRD PERSON'S POV

She was totally absorbed by the gem. Nawala narin ang ilaw mula dito. Only her ring was left containing her Sword of Destruction. Nahulog ito sa sahig.

"FUUUUUCCCCKKK!!"

Nagulat silang lahat sa pagsigaw ni Kiyan. He's in rage. Di nakagalaw ang Alpha. They saw him like this before at takot na silang maulit pa ito.

Sunod-sunod inatake ni Cein ang Alpha with her chain whip pero simple lang nila itong iniwasan.

She was blown away by a strong force dahilan upang mawasak ang pader ng building. Lumusot pa sya sa isa pang building na katabi ng condo unit. She spitted blood sa lakas ng impact. Naghihingalo syang bumangon mula sa pagkakabagsak.

But despite sa damage na napala nya she manage to grin, "I made the King angry. I should be honored right?"

Ibang-iba ang boses ni Cein sa Cein na kilala ni Shea noon. From a sweet, angelic girl, she immediately turned into a demon.

Out of nowhere, bigla nalang lumabas si Kiyan and strike her with a one full blow na dahilan upang lumusot si Cein from floor to floor. Nandidilim ang paningin nya. Nakakakilabot ang presensyang nanggaling sa kanya. The heavens uproar. Sunod-sunod ang pagkulog at pagkidlat. The strong wind blows.
He summoned his weapon accessory. Just like Shea, may espada rin sya.

The Sword of Creation.

It's all covered in gold. With a silver crest of a sun in the middle. It's blade were enough to slice up the whole place. It can turn the opponent into minced meat by just one blow.

"Return her. Or suffer." his voice sent chills into her spine.

"I can't. No one can. Even if you kill me right now, wala kang makukuha—AAHHHH!"

She let out an agonizing scream as she starts glowing. Nakatingin lang ang Hari sa kanya as she suffer in eternal pain. This is one of the sacred technique used by disciples of Light. To suffer eternal pain as punishment to beings who disobeyed the law of both Kingdoms.

"Then maybe I should kill you then. There's no point of staying alive. How dare you take a step inside my kingdom. You are a complete disgrace."

"Tama na 'yan."

Pareho silang napatingin sa nagsalita. Isang anino ng isang nilalang ang nagpakita sa kanila. His hair almost reached his knees, he has ears in resemblance of a fox. His nails were sharp, he has tail the same as a fox.

"Tss."

He stepped out of the light at doon na sya nakilala ng dalawa. Puting buhok, asul na mga mata.

"Tsk. Nalingat lang ako sandali, nasa panganib ka na naman. You can handle yourself huh?" bulong nya as he holds the Goddess Sapphire kung saan nakakulong si Shea.

"Why did you even become my Mistress?"

He spitted the arrowhead which is his weapon at tinira ito kay Cein. Unti-unti syang natutunaw because of the acid making her suffering end.
