"I'm confused, I like them all." I pouted after I really tried to choose one but all of them were so beautiful I just couldn't decide.

"Which one would you suggest?" I asked.

"Are you sure you want my suggestion?" He raised his eyebrow.

"I'm sure it won't be that horrible." I laughed, he nodded as he walked closer to me once again and he dint even take time to look at them all and choose, he just pulled one of them out and handed it to me.

"This is my favorite." He said.

It was a beautiful and unique dress actually, it was the gradient colored type that went from gold to mint and it wasn't too fancy but it looked out of the world, it had and asymmetrical neckline and it was a tight fit one with a long slit on the side from the thigh heading downwards.

"I guess I'll go with this then." I smiled.

"What's your shoe size?"

"38, why?"

"Great, this would fit then." He said as he opened the bottom and there were a lot of shoes arranged here, I'm sure this room belonged to a girl, there was no way Arnav had all this just for fun here, I just couldn't figure out who it belonged to. Did he have a sister maybe?

He picked out a pair that would match and handed it to me.

"Come, I'll show you where to get dressed, I'll get ready too and then we can leave together." He said, as much as I wanted to go back home to get ready I knew it would consume a lot of time so I had to do it here, I dint even have my make up with me, I don't know what I was going to do.

"Why can't I just get dressed here?"

"Just like that, now follow me." he walked out so I followed him, he led me to a nearby room which was all painted grey, everything inside was grey in color, I just somehow guess for it to be his room.

He walked towards the wardrobe pulled out a suit and walked towards me.

"You can get ready here, I'll go change in the room beside, and I'll send everything you need in a minute." He said, I nodded as he walked out and I decided to change, just when I was done changing, someone knocked at the door, I opened it and a servant walked it pushing a trolley.

"Arnav sir told me to bring this for you, if you need anything else, I'm just outside the room." the servant said as he walked out, I looked at the trolley which had a lot of makeup stuff, it had a few foundations too from which I could choose the one that could perfectly match my skin tone.

Okay was this a house or a mall, why was everything here already available? Yet I could see no girl in this house?

I quickly texted Jay to meet me directly at the party because I couldn't obviously tell him to pick me from here and Arnav already said we'd go together so.

Anyway after texting Jay I started doing my hair and makeup, everything I needed was actually in this trolley.

"Are you ready Khushi?" I heard Arnav knock the door.

"Yeah." I replied and the door pushed open, he walked in dressed in his beautiful black suit, his hair perfectly styled and his perfumed was so strong I could smell it from far. I was left speechless, this man looked so perfect.

He kept on staring at me without saying anything and I too kept on staring at him, only if he wasn't as arrogant as he was, I could maybe like him or have some sort of crush on him, damn this guy was hot.

"You look gorgeous." He said, his eyes yet wide open.

"Wow, is that Arnav Raizada giving me a compliment?" I giggled.

"You should be glad you got one." He smirked, he walked towards his wardrobe again as I turned to look at the mirror making sure everything was perfect, I couldn't wait to see Aditi's reaction when she would see me at the party.

This dress I was wearing was far better that what I had bought, Aditi was going to burn. Oh wait, I guess that's why Arnav decided to help me, he clearly had some sort of hatred for her so he would obviously like it when she lost, honestly after what she did, I'd like to see her lose too.

"This was missing." Arnav said as came from behind and put a thin chain on my neck, it had a beautiful thin love shaped pendant with it.

I felt all giddy while he was hooking up the chain on my neck and his fingers kept on touching my neck, it gave me butterflies in my stomach. There was no way Arnav could make me feel like this, I hated this guy!

Once he was done he dint step backwards, he just kept looking at me in the mirror as he ran his finger around my neck, I liked how it made me feel but I hated it at the same time because I dint want to feel that way but the worst part of it was that I couldn't even stop him from doing that to me because I liked it. I was one hell of a confused person wasn't I?

His phone rang and he stepped back immediately, he looked like he was surprised of his reaction too, he just turned around and disconnected the call, then held himself up and then looked at me once again.

"It's time, we should leave." He said, I nodded as I followed him, this time we took the elevator downstairs, once we walked out of the mansion, he unlocked the car that was parking right close to the entrance, he rushed to open the door for me, I smiled at him as I got inside.

Today I was seeing a side of Arnav that I guess no one knew existed. He was like a normal human being, not the kind he was at the university always threatening people.

"Can I ask a question?" I asked as he drove off, he just nodded positively.

"Who does this dress belong to? And all that make up? I mean I don't know anyone who would own so many shades of foundations or anything, it's just somehow strange." I said.

He sighed and remained silent for a moment, it seemed like he dint want to answer so I dint bother to push him.

"It all belongs to my mother. She had one specific room for make up only and she had a lot of varieties because anytime there was any event, she would bring all her friends to get ready with her, and they never had to bring anything because it was always there for them, so that's why." He said.

I could imagine how pretty his mother would have been, I mean just from the dresses and shoes collection she had, and they all seemed to fit me pretty well so she must have been my size too.

"Where is she now?" I asked, he was clearly talking about her in past tense which meant she wasn't living with them anymore.

"She passed away a few years back. I just make sure everything of hers is clean and updated, like change all the make ups once they are expired and everything, I like keeping her alive like that." He sighed.

"And no more questions, stop being so nosey." He said, I nodded and stopped asking questions, I mean I was even glad that he answered these, I wasn't expecting him to answer at all given that it was related to his mother and he seemed to love her a lot.

Once we arrived at the venue, we both stepped out of the car, he adjusted his suit and then looked at me.

"From here we go our ways, and you better not tell anyone about any of this or you'll pay for it really bad." He warned as he walked away.

Why was he so weird, why didn't he want anyone to know the good side of him? Why did he want to be so evil for everyone around him?

"Khushi!" I heard Jai call me out, he rushed towards me with a huge smile on his face, this guy was always smiling.

"Hey there. Wow, I'm actually surprised, you look hot." I laughed as I looked at him from top to bottom, he was dressed in a designer suit, I wondered how he even managed to afford it.

"Well I wish I could say the same about you."

"Why, do I look back?" I asked nervously, I thought I looked great.

"You look like an angel, I'm left speechless and I feel so great that I have the honor of going with you to this party." He said excitedly.

"Let's go in and make everyone jealous then." I laughed, he held out his arm to me so I grabbed it and we both headed inside, the party had begun and there were a lot of people all dressed up so beautifully.

In no moment, everyone's attention turned to me and I could clearly notice all the guys staring at me and drooling and man, I felt so proud of myself today. I couldn't wait for Aditi to see me and burn. Where are you Aditi?
