This is just the beginning for Joey and I.

Emily and the other nurses continue to take me to the operating room. I was really nervous at this stage and I just wanted to cry when Joey held my hand. I look up at him and give him a small smile. He returns a smile back and suddenly a bright light goes in my eyes. Once my eyes adjust to the brightness, I look around the room. This is it.

"You two nervous?" Questioned Emily.

"Very." Said Joey and I.

"Just take some deep breathes in Samantha and Joey, could you sit over there while we do this." Asked Emily.

"Yeah sure." Smiled Joey.

Joey gives me a kiss on the forehead before going to his spot. They put me in the middle of the room and as soon as they did that, they started putting needles into my arms and wrists. I started taking deep breathes in like Emily told me when I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I jerked up to hold my stomach when a nurse pushed me back down.

"Samantha, I need you lay down and whenever you feel that pain happen, push as hard as you can okay." Said Emily looking at a screen.

"O-Okay." I said trying to relax.

"Thank you." Smiled Emily.

I try to relax while taking more deep breathes in. I take a quick little look at Joey and I see him looking at the ground tapping his feet. He must be worried about me. I look up but the light was there so I decided to look in front of me. I feel another sharp pain and I start to push. Emily comes over and sees what's happening. I reach for her hand to hold on to and she accepts it.

"Your doing great Samantha, just keep pushing." Said Emily.

"AHHHHHHH!" I screamed.

"I'll get Joey for you." Whispered Emily while running to him.

Emily goes off to him while I'm still here trying to give birth. (Please tell me someone knows that saying XD). I can feel my face getting hot and sweat dripping off. Joey rushes to my side and takes my hand while Emily hurries to my end. I squeeze Joey's hand really hard when another sharp pain goes through me. I hear a small noise and I didn't know if was me or something else. I don't feel anymore pain so I rested my head on the bed.

"His so cute. Angel, take look at our son." Smiled Joey with tears.

"Where is he-, his so handsome." I said crying while getting up.

"We still have the other one to go." Laughed Emily.

Joey hands me our son and I can't believe his finally in this world. I kiss his forehead and he starts to move around. I'm about to give him back to Joey when he holds my finger with his tiny hand. I smile down at him while crying still. Joey kisses my forehead while taking his sons other hand into his.

"What should we name him?" I questioned Joey.

"I don't know yet but let's wait till our daughters born." Said Joey.

"Okay." I laughed when a pain came through again.

I handed our son to Joey so I can continue giving birth and so I don't hurt him in the progress. I lay back down taking more deep breathes in. I grab the bed sheets into my hands while Emily helps me with all this. I felt my neck and cheeks getting hot and more sweat running when yet another sharp pain came through.

"Your almost done Samantha." Said Emily.

"P-PLEASE!" I yelled at the roof.

I started to feel light headed and I think Joey noticed because he splashed some water onto my head. I gave him the thumbs up and he went back to his seat. I tried to keep pushing but I was slowly running out of air. I suddenly hear a cry enter the room meaning my daughter has enter our world. I slowly sit up while panting heavily. I can't wait to see my daughter but I have a bit of worry.

"She's beautiful." Smiled Joey making his way to me.

"She really is Joseph." I said when Emily gave me her.

"Do you want me to take you back to your room now?" Questioned Emily.

Joey and I nodded our heads. That was so much work for me but it was totally worth it. The nurses take me back to my room while Emily and Joey get the kids cleaned and cosy. When the nurse were taking me back, I seen Matt and Amanda with Luna sleeping on them. I give them a wave before entering my room. After they did, they took all the needles out and gave me some water. Matt and Amanda walked in when they left.

"So how did it go?" Asked Matt.

"One word, painful." I smiled lightly.

"I know your pain sister." Laughed Amanda.

"Where's Joey and your kids." Said Matt while looking around.

"Getting cleaned and cosy silly." Smiled Amanda.

We heard the door open and in walked my husband with our two kids. I smile at him with my arms out. I look behind him and Emily was there checking up on me. Joey hands me our daughter while taking a seat on the bed next to me. Matt and Amanda get closer to see our kids and I hear Amanda make a tiny squeal.

"Thank you Emily for taking care of her." Smiled Joey.

"Don't mention it and I'll be back later to check you up." Smiled Emily while leaving.

"Whose older and what's their names?" Squealed Amanda.

"This guys older and we don't know yet." I laughed.

Luna suddenly climbs up the bed and she sees her cousins. She makes her way to me and holds my daughters hand. I can't believe Luna has grown up so much. Matt grabs Luna and starts to tickle her making her giggle. Joey suddenly tapped me while Matt and Amanda were busy with Luna.

"I know what to name them." Smiled Joey.

"What have you decided to call our kids Joey." I smirked.

"Cooper and Nevaeh." Whispered Joey.

"That's perfect." I smiled while looking at our kids.
