Continuing the riveting narrative of my old art... More old fanart. *sigh* I'm honestly considering just making an art book on here. I'd probably post more often, it'd take *looks* fifteen parts off the Thanksgivings, and yeah. I just might do that. BUT UNTIL THEN

I was a very uncreative child. Don't go all "Aw, but GadSul you're so creative tho~" I can't stress this enough. I WAS NOT AN ARTFUL CHILD. ReFeReNcEs and InSpIrATiOn from OtHeR aRtIsTs ArE tHe ReAsOn I aM wHaT i Am ToDaY. Anywho. I promise we're getting back to the good(er) newer (funner) art soon but I'm not done with my nostalgia trip yet. After this I feel a part featuring my old OCs coming up.

To prove my point, I gave Finny here the exact same design I gave Thingol, the colors are the only difference.

Another very old piece and me playing around with what I thought was a good idea at the time. I seem to recall that the elf was supposed to be Mablung but eh. This also might be the first time I drew a dwarf. I love dwarves, I need to draw them more. It'd be good for me. They are short and chunk. I had a bad habit of drawing ridiculously tall thin people.

I loved drawing Lúthien and I got a but better at it

Good 'ol Daeron. I didn't know this at the time but Tolkien describes him with a flute. Positive he slayed with a harp too tho.

As my friend likes to say: "Leggyman". Orlando Bloom is a good Legolas, but for the life of me I cannot picture Orlando anywhere but the movies. When reading fanfic, it's some vague Legolas like personage. When reading the books, it's closer to Ralph Bakshi's Legolas. Despite the wild bow and the lack of "clad in green and brown" he seems more.. Legolasy. So I've based my one and only Legolas art more that version in mind. Gave him Orlando's clothes tho.

Feeeeeeeeeeeeeeener. I kinda like the clothing design. The bejeweled dark shirt under a light see through+big belt. We stan an amgery boy

I drew Eorl the Young. I think it was because I wanted a horse in a valiant pose

Here's Sauron. I remember drawing this quick in the car on the way to Noah's Ark (the waterpark) with friends.

Galadriel. I like the design on her dress. I tried to make her look like Cate Blanchet which was iffy

Ranger of Ithilien because I have a THING for masked and hooded archers

A comic I made ft. my fingers. The writing is kinda obscured but it's the passage in the silm with Túrin and Saeros. And wouldn't you know it, I gave Saeros the same design I did to Thingol and Finrod.

Aand an even older one. There's an old wives tale... Arwen's at a fire and all the smoke is going to her cuz she's the prettiest there, and then Lúthien comes sits down and then all the smoke goes to her. That's right up there with my Tuor joke in funniness.
