Veesha : Hmm..

Veesha nodded slowly and look away. He carry her gently and let her sit on his lap. She look at him first then She look down and couldn't face him because she was too shy when she's on his lap. She remember she only sat on her father and brother's lap so when she sit on a guy's lap who is her husband at this age. She was naturally feel shy. Ajay take her hand and place his palm on hers which caught her attention.

He grasp her hand tightly. She smiled,He smile back to her. One of his hand move to her waist and resting there then his other hand went to off the bed lamp light. She look at the bed lamp went off. When he did that,she look around the room went dark but still enough to see Ajay because the room dim because of the outside lamp post light. Her fear rise one more level up. Ajay : Definitely,not today..Don't worry so much,Sha..I was kidding about our first night just now..But for sure,one day we have to..(smirk)

He meant they are not gonna consummate today,some other day.

Veesha : But You scared me..

She pinch his nose. He pulled away her hand from him nose.

Ajay : Aiiyye..

Veesha : Didn't you feel heavy because of me?

He stif a laugh.

Ajay : No..Stop making fun of our romantic moment..can?😂

Veesha : Sorry..😐

Ajay : I always I want you to be on my lap so I can hold you tight in my arms..

She put her leg on him and see his reaction. He stared at her and raised his eyebrow while smirking.🤨😏 She stif a laugh😂 then She take off her leg from him. He kissed her hair.

He smirked and they hugged each other. He close his eyes to sleep. She close her eyes peacefully to sleep too.

She smiled again.

Veesha : I go and make a coffee for you..

As She busy wiping her hair and walk out from the room,he roll other side to admire her. His morning started wonderful. He felt like he was dreamland a moment before. He smile to himself then get off from bed to take shower. As they are in car at the passenger seats,She hold his arm and lean on him. He turned and kiss her hair. The couple got up. Ajay turned to Veesha.

She pouted then sit. Ajay walk into Doctor cabin.

Doctor : Mrs.Veesha?

Doctor asked him in teasing way. The doctor is actually his friend.

Ajay : Man! She's out..

Doctor : Chummah da..Okare!

Ajay took his seat. Then,a lady come who is the real speacialist.

Ajay : So,how's the reports?

Lady Doctor : Actually,I don't think..

Ajay : The big problem is the tumour..you can remove it..You are speacialist in that..

Lady Doctor : I am,Mr.Ajay! But according to the reports,your wife's body condition is very weak..It's too much of risk to do operation..I don't believe she can survive during operation..

Ajay's heard the crack sound from his heart. He remain silent for a minute. His glance went down. He give her courage and hope. She start to believing him than herself..They just start to live happily..He can't tell her this. There is no way for this! If she know,she will be hurted and he can't see her crying.

Lady Doctor : Even we are experts but it's important how strong the patient is..

Lady Doctor : I'm so sorry,Mr.Ajay..I understand you..But she can be died the begin of the operation..Athan sonne..Operation panname irutha..She can live more than the time we give..

He still quiet then he look at the doctor.

At the back seat. As she move beside him and his hand around her. He was facing the window.

Veesha : What doctor said?

Ajay : All is fine..Operation can be success..

Ajay look down then look at her again and nod his head slowly.

Veesha playing with Deva while sitting on the floor. She disturbing him with his duck toy by sequeezing it to his ear.🐤 Deva cover his ears and lie down on the floor.🙉 She laughing at him then carried him to dining area to feed him and it's notice by Ajay but he look away. His eyes turn red and he make a face like going to cry but he didn't. He wish and hoping so much Veesha have to survive. Veesha about to feed Deva,Veesha turned to Ajay but he was not at living room anymore. She look at upstair,see Ajay climbing up. Anjana come there and take over Veesha.

Anjana : Give it to me,Veesha..I'll feed him..You go and take rest..😊

Veesha : Okay..😊

She got up and go to upstair. She enter the room ,it was dark. She go the balcony. Ajay stands there and his glance at down. She stared at him then hug him from behind. He was surprised.

Veesha : What happened to you? You are not cool from morning..

She whispered.

Veesha : Are you hiding something from me?

Ajay : No,Sha..

She broke the hug. He turned to her.

Veesha : Apo yen ipdi iruke? It's not even one day..I can feel something wrong..I don't love to see you this..

She pouted.

Veesha deeply sleeping on bed but Ajay was still awake. He couldn't sleep. He got up and sit on bed. His glance went to her. He felt bad for her. He start to think about their begin of marriage. He shouldn't show hatred to her. He wasted his time by tried to hate her and now regretly over it because in present she become his priority which he never thought she would be. His hand caress her hair once then kiss her temple.

He whispered to her as she was sleeping. Surprisily,Veesha woke up by his touch and kiss. She open her eyes.

He take off his hand from her. She frown at him in sleep mode.

Veesha : Nee thugeleya?(sleepy voice), Ajay : Thokam varele..Nee thuge..

She turned then got up. He stared at her and thinking what she gonna do. She look at him.

Veesha : Vanthe pade..

Ajay : Ah?

She pat her lap to ask him to sleep there because he like to sleep on her lap. He move and laid on her lap without recultant. He still looking at her insteading of close his eyes and sleep. She let her finger into his hair and caress it.

Veesha : Sleep..

Ajay : You are the best wife,Veesha..

Veesha sighed.

Veesha : This is what you thinking in midnight..

Ajay : What do you want me to think other than you?

She smiled and pull his cheek then bring to her lips like kiss. She pampered him. He palmed her back head and pull her to him. They "CHUM".🙈💏

Ajay woke up before Veesha does. She still sleeping. He get ready for work without making any noise. He didn't wanted to disturb her sleep. Before he leave to office,he kiss her cheek softly then he go for work.

When Ajay enter the conference room,with a smile.😊 He grin when he see Ram.😁 Ajay looks so fresh and Ram seems puzzled.🤔 After the meeting,Ajay and Ram take lift together. After sometimes,Ajay looked at his wrist watch. Woah! That was before lunch time. As Ajay come out of his office,he found his wife and Ram chatting. When Veesha see Ajay,she fixed her eyes on her husband and a beautiful smile blossom. Ajay smirked too and was happy that she surprised him once again. He let go her hand and stared at her. She get down from swing and she place her arms around Ajay's neck then hugged him surprisily.

Ajay got up quickly and panic when a nurse enter with syringe. He fear of the needle so much.

She press her lips and shake her head left and right meaning "Don't".

Ajay : Can you give tablet?(to nurse)

Nurse just smiled to him. Veesha was facepalm.🤦🏻‍♀️Ajay roll his eyes as turned to his dearest wife. He walked as she called him.

He turned back to Veesha. The nurse place a cotton on Veesha's arm. She pouted☹ when they look at each other. He sighed,upsetly. In car,Veesha eating cotton candy. Look like he bought her a bundle of cotton candy. 🍬🍭 While Veesha busy eating cotton candy,Ajay stared at her.

She frowned at him then bring her cotron candy aside,she hiding from him.

After awhile,..

Ajay : Veesha ,Look!

He point somewhere. She look where he pointed. In a second,he grab away the cotton candy from her hands. She look at her empty hands then look at Ajay,innocently.😒 He laugh at her.😂 She smug😏 then take another cotton candy and start to eat it. He just glaze at her.😒😑 He sighed while staring at the cotton candy. Veesha who take a peep of Ajay then palmed his eyes to make close his eyes. She grab her cotton candy back and grinned at him.😁

Ajay : I just want to taste what flavour is that..

While everyone at downstair,Ajay climb up the stair to main terrace. He found his wife sitting on parapet wall at terrace. She was in long white skirt and short sleeve red top. She seems like she is seriously busy staring at the things around her. She facing the sky. As the breeze so nice,she was enjoying it too. She flip her hair at one side of her shoulder because windy night then saw Ajay there.

He took a sit beside her but there are some gaps between them.

He show interest by talking with her ,also he shared some incidents about he played soccer and he told about why he take over his father's bussines instead of become doctor. It's all for his father.

The topic went out the station from what exactly they started to talk. It seems,More than romance,they were happy to get to know each other more by having beautiful conversation. They were laugh together and chit chat until late night. He jump off and take her hand to drag to the floor when they talk about party and slow dance. He twirl her and teach her slow dance but they end up with Veesha standing on Ajay's bare feets. They had good time and little of romantic time too.

They slipped on the floor when they tried for walk with feet on feet,they giggling at each other on floor. 😂🤭They were hurt but not so badly injured. They looks so ridicilous.😂 They sitting on the floor while leaning on the wall. When he talk about his bussiness things which makes Veesha to fall asleep. He realise it when there is not respond from her. She is sleeping on his shoulder and not listening to him actually. He smaller his eyes😑 and look at her,disbelieving. Don't know how long he was talking alone and when she fall sleep which make himself like an idiot. Yet,he smile at last then carried her to their bedroom. He cover her with blanket then get on bed too ,he laid down beside her. Then,he open his eyes and stared at the ceiling. He look at Veesha who is sleeping. She just tossed other side. He turned to her side. He cuddle her and sleep.

Two days after,..

At Evening..

Ajay enter his parents room but only his mother was there.

Ajay : Ma..You call me?

Ajay's mother : Yeah..Your father told me about Veesha's condition is serious..

Ajay looks disappointed.

Ajay's mother : But it's a good thing that you make efforts to make your wife happy..

Ajay smirked abit.

Ajay's mother : In awhile,we will go to temple..We all going to pray for Veesha actually to cure..

Ajay : Thank you,Ma..

Ajay's mother : But what if anything happen?

Ajay's reaction changed.

Ajay : Ah?

Ajay's mother : Did she talked about this to you? Will you agree for second marriage?

Ajay : Ma,Ena peserege?

Ajay's mother : It's better to talk about this early..

Ajay : There is nothing to talk about this,ma!

Ajay's mother : Naa onum thappa onum sollale da..Just in case..I don't want you with loneliness after she gone..What if you refuse to married the second one in future..

Ajay : MA!

He took a breathe to control his anger.

Ajay : Apdi onu nadakathe..What happen if Veesha heard what you said? Venama! Please don't talk again like this! Just leave this matter to me!

He about to turn to walk away but he turn back to his mother.

Ajay : You said you want to go temple?

Ajay's mother : Paravale..We will ask the driver..You stay here and take care of Veesha..

He just walk away and get out from the room. The shock was to see Veesha was standing at the wall while staring at the floor silently. She was holding something a rectangle box. She look at him,sadly but walk away without utter a word. He know he completely something gonna happen after this. He do follow her to their bedroom. As she standing at the window side and staring at outside,he close the door then walk to her.

Ajay : Sha..

Veesha : You lied to me..

Ajay open his mouth to explained.

Veesha : -again..

She concluded.

Ajay : Sha..Don't start it again..I just want you to be happy..

Veesha : Just for few days,right..It's okay,Ajay..Don't try too hard..I'm happy..(upsetly)

She said it like already give up. She turned for walk to the bed. He grip her arm.

Ajay : Veesha..I did it for a reason..She is a doctor,but not God to tell that you-

He didn't wanted to say that word so he stop then sighed.

Ajay : Your confiedent is more important than anything..See how you are now after heard this.. This is why I didn't tell you about it..

Veesha : I don't want any operation..Death is normal..(sighed) Let it be..

As he was worried,he loosen up the grip. She walk to the bed then lie down on bed and face other side. He walk to the bed and sit on it. He caress her hair.

Ajay : Ma..Please..You have to be strong..

Veesha : What Amma said was right..

Ajay : Come on,Veesha..Don't be too childish..I apologize on behalf of her..

She turned and look at him. Her eyes were red. Sorrowful can be seen her eyes.

Veesha : You better find another girl..

Ajay : Stop talking like that..Amma must be worried about me..I know.. that's why she said it..Don't take it serious..

Veesha : Okay..Fine..

She got up and sit.

Veesha : What you gonna do if I'm no more?

Ajay become speechless and clueless.Seriously,he have no idea.All he wanted was only his wife.He couldn't digest what she said. A second marriage? Ajay is not easy person accept anyone into his life.
