Starscream sat up, rubbed his optics, he looked at the selling thinking he was back on the nemesis and in the medical bay. He thought he was going to get a beating from Megatron but when he looked over he was stunned to see the three cons he thought were dead. He backed up thinking that he was dead as well.

Sunray said "Starscream you don't worry you're not dead and we're not dead either we never dead".

Starscream looked at Sunray like she just said something that was nonsense.

He looked around the room and saw Starshine sitting on Razorjaw's shoulder and saw that she had optics and they were the same color that his sister had. Looking at that made him miss her but he also questioned why a human girl had optics in place of her eyes.

He pointed at her and said "what kind of a fleshling is this".

Razorjaw said "Little buddy I don't know how to tell you this but she's Solarflare's daughter".

Starscream just looked at him in plan confusion because that girl could not be his sister's daughter. Starscream looked at her again, and yes, she does have her mothers optics but he's gonna need more proof than that.

Starscream said "well then if this girl really is Solarflare's daughter then I want her to say it herself so where is she? I also want to ask her why you guys are not dead".

The others all looked at each other not sure what to say. Starscream was getting a bit concerned.

"Well where is she? I also want to know why she abandoned me". He said

Sunray sighed and said "Starscream she didn't want to abandoned you but she knew you won't go for it and well she passed away in child labor I'm sorry I tried to save her but I couldn't ".

Starscream looked at her "this can't be real" he thought "all of this is just a bad dream I know I'll wake up to my alarm going off and it will all be over".

Starshine felt a little offended that her uncle called her a fleshling but she knew that some decepticons aren't like her friends when Starscream started to cry Razor jaw put her on the ground and said.

"Starshine things are going to get a little real here so why don't you and your father go and do something".

Starshine sighed but agreed for her it was weird to see a man or mech in their condition crying.

She went to her room and put on her contacts to seem normal. She looked at herself in the mirror. She had her favorite clothes on a purple tank top, ripped denim shorts, a red hoodie tied around her waist, and white shoes with black socks. Some kids made fun of her color seam but she didn't care. She loved it and her mother loved it too, at least that's what the others told her.

Her dad took her out into Jasper Nevada when it was lunch time they went to a drive thru to get something to eat. When they went to get their order Starshine saw her classmate Jack.

He noticed her and said "Starshine hey".

Starshine said "hey Jack how's life".

Jack told Starshine not much has happened she said the same thing to him even though it wasn't true. Jack gave Starshine and her father their orders and they left.

Her dad then asked "how do you know that boy Starshine"?

She said "Jack's in the same science class that I'm in. I don't even know him that well dad, and besides he has a crush on another girl".

On their way home Starshine asked her father a question. "Hey dad, did mom ever say anything about other decepticons?"

Glean went silent and said "there were things your mother didn't like to talk about and I never forced her to. She did talk about your uncle though saying how much she missed him and how things were back on cybertronic what it was like before the war. She did say some things about her old leader before she left the war forever; she told me that she blamed him for all of this happening".

Starshine wondered what he was like. She then asks "dad what's his name even".

Glean said "from what I know he's evil, started the war and destroyed cybertronic and he always beat up Starscream when a mission failed and Solarflar told me his name was ... Megatron".
