Third Person P.O.V.

Ash followed Optimus through the ground bridge, doubt filled her optics. What if we run into Megatron. I have to hold my position don't I? What if Megatron needs help? A bunch of what it's filled her processor. She realized, these were questions she should have asked before she left the Decepticon base.

"AshDust, are you alright?" Optimus asked, concern in his optics. Ash froze and gave a slow nod. I can't blow my cover. Must be more careful.

"Yeah, I am alright. Just worried on what Megatron is up too." Ash lied. Optimus nodded.

"As am I." Optimus replied, before heading into the cave. Ash followed closely behind. She frowned. I hope Knockout is alright. Megatron isn't the nicest to him. Ash pushed the thought away. A loud explosion startled both her and Optimus. Optimus pulled his gun out, while Ash backed up. It seemed as if her worst fears had been realized. The explosion came from....Megatron.

AshDust's P.O.V.

Oh slag!

What am I going to do?

What does Megatron want me to do?

I felt my spark sunk, this was a dilemma. Megatron smirked when he saw Optimus and I.

"So has Optimus allowed a high ranking Decepticon in his base? My Optimus, you have gone... soft." Megatron said, growling the last part. I vented quietly in relief, he was acting. Which meant for me to hold my position. Thank the Allspark. Optimus stepped in front of me.

Third Person P.O.V.

"Perhaps, but I believe we all deserve a second chance." Optimus replied, he put his mask on. "However, I came for another reason."

"That may be so, but your search has been cancelled." Megatron laughed, pulling his sword out. Without a second thought, he charged at the prime. Ash watched the two clash swords. It seemed as though Megatron had the advantage. He was able to slip in a cheap shot that sent Optimus to the dirt. Megatron held the prime down with his pede lifted his sword. Optimus was barely conscious, and he was leaking energon from his side.

"It seems as though you have lost this fight." Megatron snarled. Ash rushed over, her blade out. She brought her blade to Megatron's shoulder and kicked him off Optimus. Since she wasnt the strongest bot, it was only enough to get him a few feet away from the prime.

Megatron swung his sword towards her, which she in return blocked with her blade. It was a fake fight. Neither one were trying to hurt each other. They just had to make it believable. When he swung his sword towards her again, she did a back flip and backed up. She quickly contacted the base.

"Hey Ratchet, a bridge could be nice about now. Especially if you value Optimus's life." Ash said.

"I am on it. Get Optimus." Ratchet replied. Ash rushed over to Optimus, as Megatron began firing. She led him through the ground bridge that had just appeared and helped him to a medical berth. She watched the bridge close and she vented.

Ratchet began repairing Optimus and hooked him up to a stabilizer to refill his energon levels. The medic turned toward Ash.

"What happened." He asked. Ash gave him a look.

"What do you think? Megatron of course." Ash said in a sarcastic tone. Dumb aft.

"Do not take that tone with me femme, I ask questions since I am a medic." Ratchet snapped. Ash put her servos in the air as if surrendering.

"Alright mech." Ash said, causing Ratchet to narrow his optics. Ratchet looked at her, then looked down at Optimus, who was in stasis for his systems to recharge.

"I don't see why Optimus has allowed you to stay. Once a decepticon, always a decepticon." Ratchet grumbled. It was Ash's turn to narrow her optics.

"Well once a aft hole, always a aft hole." She shot back with a smirk.
