- He knew that he messed up by acting careless and arrogant and he needed to apologize to you

- He had only been trying to help Miko with flirting and he knew that you needed to know that Miko wasn't trying to make a move on him

- He felt bad for flirting with Ratchet and he wished that he hadn't
