I DARE RATCHET TO TAKE TAYLOR OUT ON A DATE!!

Author: *high pitch screeching* YEEEEEEE-

Ratchet: *covers his audio receptors* What is that infernal noise?!

Taylor: *sitting on console in front of him, still has brace on* Ow...

Omega: *runs over* WHAT IS IT?!

Alpha: *right behind her, but sees dare first* Ayye, I knew it wouldn't be long before someone dared them to do that.

OP: *leans over and reads* Ah. A very interesting choice. *smiles*

Bee: *very happy boi* <Awww!>

Bulk: But how are we gonna be able to see this dare?

Author: Hmm.. I haven't thought about that.. *turns to Raylor* Hey, guys!

Ratchet: *was leaning down closer to Taylor, shoots up quickly*

Taylor: *jumps*

Ratchet: *annoyed he was interrupted* What is it this time?

Author: *blinks* First off, don't be mad, this dare is for you guys. Second, what were you just doing?

Omega: weRe yOU tRYinG tO kISs HeR?!??

Ratchet: *scowls, blushes* No.

Taylor: >////< We... we were just talking about something...

Author: *raises eyebrow* well... sorry to interrupt, but you two tend to have really long conversations sometimes, and you have a dare.

Taylor: *looks a mixture of relieved and disappointed* We do?

Ratchet: *holds back a groan* What is it now?

Author: *points with excited gestures* You two must go out on a date!!

Raylor: •-•

Bee: ....<What?>

Ratchet: *blinks quickly a few times, looks down at Taylor*

Taylor: *is looking up at him, dumbfounded*

Ratchet: Oh... *looks back at the others* Well then... I suppose we shouldn't keep waiting then.

Taylor: *perks up as he reaches to gently pick her up* Yeah, it's no big deal! *hugs his digit before he picks her up*

OP: ....Alright then?

Raylor: *leave, already beginning to talk excitedly about what they want to do*

Autobots: *staring after them*

WJ: Soo... how are we gonna spy on em without being discovered?

Bee: <Yeah, I really wanna see this one!>

Bulk: We didn't get to last time. (Referring to Dare 2!)

Author: *evil grin* Don't worry, I am your ultimate spy machine. *goes over to monitors, somehow hops all the way up there, and begins typing*

Arcee: I'm not even going to ask how. And if any of you are about to, you're stupid.

Smokes: *closes his derma quickly*

*The screen pops on showing Ratchet and Taylor driving out of town*

Bulk: Oh, so they're taking one of their infamous long drives.

Smokes: They've done that before?

Bee: <Yeah! Anyone remember the whole fireflies thing?>

OP: Yes, it was very beautiful.

Author: *nervous laughing* Now let's listen in on what they are saying...

Taylor: *over commlink* Well, that was quite the coincidence. *giggles*

Ratchet: *also over commlink* Indeed. It shocked me.

Taylor: But hey, it's helpful. At least now we don't have to sneak off and date like this.

Ratchet: Well... apparently they already know of our relationship.

Taylor: Well, you did kinda make it official... *blushes*

Ratchet: *clears his throat* True. However, though mildly embarrassed, I am glad that I finally got to.. you know.

Taylor: *more blushing, but smiles adorably* You're so sweet, Ratchet.

Ratchet: *now too embarrassed to reply*

Bulk: Awww!! They are so cute together!

Omega: *squealing* I KNOW RIGHT???

Author: My ship is officially the best thing in this dare rn.

Bee: <Duh.>

Alpha: *still sorta watching the screen while the others wandered off, sees something and jumps up* HEY GUYS THEY'RE GETTING OUT!!

Omega: *there in a flash* REALLY?? WHERE?!

Alpha: I can't tell...

Arcee: They're in a town...

Bee: <Hey, they are heading into that building!>

WJ: *if he could wrinkle a nose, he would* A bookstore?

Ultra Magnus: Like a library?

Bulk: Why would they be going there? That's not really a date, that's shopping.

Author: *smiles wide* To them it is. Think about it. Ratchet loves to learn new things, even if he won't admit it, and Taylor loves learning things from him and listening to him talk about it. And she also loves to read science fiction and talk about it to Ratchet sometimes, and believe it or not he loves to listen to her rant on and on and on and then get embarrassed by it.

Autobots: *stare*

Author: *blinks* Helloooo, I'm the AUTHOR. 

OP: What she says is understandable.

Omega: Yeah, it actually makes perfect sense.

Alpha: Hey, look they separated!

Autobots: *anxiously watching*

Ratchet: *starts looking over human medicine books and well known doctors and hospitals*

Bee: <That's so typical of him, haha!>

Autobots: *watch him for a few minutes more*

Taylor: *after a little while, suddenly bursts back into the screen and races  (with an extreme limp) over to Ratchet* Ratchet, look!!  *clutching several books in her arms, almost losing her grip*

Ratchet: *jumps and nearly drops the books he stuffed under his arm* W-What is it?

Taylor: *super excited* It's one of my favorite series ever!! It's actually a manga, and I found it in the small library near Mom and I's apartment. It's so good, but it took me forever to find all the books, and I was never able to read the last one! *does her best to lift all fifteen of them higher so he can see them better, eyes sparkling* And they have the whole series!

Ratchet: *a little dumbfounded, but slowly smiles at her* 

Taylor: *continues* It's a really great series, really deep in my opinion, but still has the fun of any other manga! It's based on a future setting where several books have been banned, since they are deemed dangerous to readers. The main character actually experiences- *loses grip and books go thudding all over her feet* 

Author: Hey, that's Library Wars! I love that series!! (Legit stuff go check it out.)

Taylor: *embarrassed* Oh primus... *bends over and begins to pick them up* I'm so sorry. I was so excited and started rambling and wasn't really paying attention... I should have asked what you were looking at-

Ratchet: *bends over and begins to help her stack them up* It's quite alright. I'm glad to see you get excited over something. It is rather.. adorable. *picks up book and boops her on the head with it playfully*

Autobots: OoO

Bee: <I have never seen him act like that..>

Smokes: I can't believe he actually said that...

Author: SSHHH!!

Taylor: o//////o U-Uh... thank you... *voice turns into a squeak*

Ratchet: *realizes what he just said, blushes slightly* Of course. Now, I'm assuming you want to bring these all back to base?

Taylor: *perks up immediately* Oh, that would be great!!

Autobots: *mostly just chillin now*

Raylor: *have been driving and talking about the books they got for two hours now*

Bee: *a sunset captures his optic* <Woah!! Hey, guys, they stopped on a cliff!>

Omega: *there in a millisecond* OMG ARE THEY WATCHING THE SUNSET RIGHT NOW???

Autobots: *all gather around*

Taylor: *sitting by Ratchet's helm*

Ratchet: *has gone quiet and is staring at, yes, the sunset*

Author: *chuckles strangely* Heh heh... now is the perfect time to throw the other dare at them..

Smokes: Another Raylor dare??

Bee: <Of course!! But how to we->

Author: *over commlink* Hey you two.

Raylor: *jumps*

Author: Lol sorry. ANyways, I wanted to let you know you have to fulfill another dare right about now.

Ratchet: AGAIN?!

Taylor: Right now?

Author: Yep, and here it is. From HoneyBee_Prime (again, paraphrasing)

I dare Raylor to kiss.

Bee: <Again?? They've done that, like, three times before this.>

WJ: Yeah, and who knows how many times they did it outside of their dares?

Arcee: *gives him a look* Judging by their reaction, not very often, if at all.

OP: Why has the other end gone quiet?

Autobots: *all immediately turn their attention back to Raylor*

Taylor: *gripping his faceplate and kissing his derma tenderly, though it doesn't exactly fit*

Ratchet: *looks very surprised* O////O

Autobots: *sparkle eyes*

Taylor: *lets go and give him sweet grin*

Ratchet: ./////. You... you didn't let me activate my holoform...

Taylor: *smiles broader* You've kissed me in Cybermode before. And I kind of like it that way. I love you for you, and part of that is Cybertronian. I don't need your holoform to satisfy me. *rubs his faceplate lovingly*

Ratchet: *totally stunned and lovestruck*

Alpha: Rare to see Taylor come on strong-

Omega: AAAAAAAAND she's blushing again*

Taylor: *yep, totally embarrassed*

Ratchet: *stares at her for another few minutes* Hm. *chuckles softly and lifts his head servo to gently caress her face with his digits* I admire that about you. *kisses her again*

Autobots: *dead from adorableness*

*A few hours later (basically, another timeskip)*

Ratchet: *returns and transforms carefully, Taylor in his servos*

Taylor: *fast asleep*

OP: *the only one still up* Did you enjoy yourself, old friend? I could have bridged you back.

Ratchet: *thinks about it* It's alright. I enjoyed the drive. *smiles and walks away to put Taylor to bed*

OP: *chuckles lightly*
