People have all sorts of reactions after a high adrenaline rush. Mix that in with different situations, you get a number of different results.

Some people laugh, some cry, some get incredibly  horny, some go for a run.

But Heavy?

A dip announced the giant at the foot of your bed. A huge sigh escaping from his lips, his shoulders were low as he bowed his head.

You looked up at his back, shut the book you were reading and tightened your bathrobe's knot.

"It wasn't that  bad sweetie-"

"But could be better Моя любовь"

You rolled your eyes and spread your hands across Heavy's shoulder. He didn't look it, but he was such a perfectionist.

"What were you doing all this time anyways? I even had the time to take a shower and settle down with a book after today's match"

"Look over to check weapon, see battlefield and strategize, BLUs will not get us same way again"

You sighed. Your team already went through today's battle and finished a meeting, but of course your husband had to double check everything. As much as you admired his through ways, it made you feel bad to see him so drained all the time.

Giving a soft smile, you hugged him from behind and slowly nibbled his ear.

"You do know no matter how much you try to plan things out Scouts just going to go off the rails right?"

He groaned, putting his head in his hands.

"Да. Leetle man is so.."

"Stupid?"

"Глупый"

You gave a tinkling laugh, hugged him tighter and gave a contented sigh.

"It's good you're looking after the team and all but you need to take care of yourself too sweetie."

He sighed as your hands snaked their way forward and started massaging his muscles. Heavy turned around and held you in his arms.

"Is important to plan, it'll keep leetle (Y/n) safe"

"Who, me? I don't need protection, look-"

You softly bit his neck, grinning as you left some teeth marks into his flesh.

"See? I'm absolutely dangerous"

Heavy smirked and kissed your jaw.

"Да. So ruthless, very dangerous"

You both laughed and kissed each other's faces softly, peppering your lips against each other.

You gave a small breathless moan as he started to put his face onto your breasts, nuzzling them softly.

"Leetle (Y/n) makes Heavy at.. Easy"

"At ease babe" you corrected him with a moan.

He nuzzled into your neck and kissed your jaw softly, slowly moving up to your ears and sighing contentedly.

Heavy slowly got up, kicked his boots off and carried you further up in bed, your eyes started closing as Heavy pulled you closer against his chest.

Thump.. Thump.... Thump....

You quietly listened to his heartbeat. And at that moment, there was no war, no dead beat mercanaries, no strategies or chores to do. There was just you and your husband, wrapped in each other's arms on a comfortable bed.

He kissed your closed eyes and forhead, sending tingles down your spine and earning a smile. You slowly opened your eyes and gave him a lopsided grin.

"You're in a good mood huh?"

He gave an embarrassed grunt and held you tighter, his hand on your lower back, stroking you softly as he hummed to himself.

Heavy still had a hard time expressing his love for you with words, but you understood his subtle ways he showed he cared. The way his hands stroked you softly, and his embrace told you everything you needed.

You brought up a finger against his lips, and traced their shape before kissing them.

"Misha"

You cooed as you started to tangle your legs between his, he gave a sleepy grunt and tucked you under his chin, his musk and warmth washing over you like a wave.

"Are you already sleepy? Engie's still making dinner.."

Heavy sighed, stroking your back up and down.

"Heavy knows... Just.."

'You can let your guard down with me, and it makes you tired.. I know...'  you quietly thought to yourself.

"Are you sleepy?"

Heavy looked into your eyes. He knew you understood what he meant.

"... Yes. (Y/n) makes Heavy sleepy"

You both gazes into each others eyes, completely in tune with each other.

"I guess we can take a short nap"

Heavy smiled and held you against his chest, and you fell asleep listening to his heartbeat.
