Green Bay is the first born of Optimus Prime (Orion Pax) and Violet Burner (a Wrecker who went missing). Being the eldest, he is more protective over Bee and Athena. But unlike Athena, he only became an Elite Guard. He was known for being Athenas elder brother.

When the War started, Green Bay was sent off world few months before. Green Bay heard of the news and wanted to go back, but was knocked out by Star Scream who was guiding his crew. Green Bay had been held in the prison Bay in the Harbinger.
