Logan: Yes, Thomas?

Thomas: I don't feel very anxious about anything

Logan: You are at home today and are caught up on everything. Correct?

Thomas: I think so

Logan: That may be the reason.

Thomas: But what if it's not?

Logan: Are you worried about Virgil?

Thomas: Ya

Logan: Would you like me to add him to the group chat?

Thomas: Ya that's a good idea

Thomas: Hey Virgil!

Logan: Salutations.

*thirty seconds later*

Thomas: Virgil?

*another thirty seconds later*

Thomas: Uh he isn't responding

Logan: It seems like it.

Thomas: Should I try and summon him??

Logan: Why don't we wait a few minutes, he might just not have his phone at the moment.

Thomas: He ALWAYS has his phone with him

Logan: Alright, then.

*one minute later*

Thomas: It isn't working

Thomas: But I'm not worried about it?

Logan: I will go check his room.

Thomas: Okay

*five minutes later*

Logan: As it appears he is not in his room.

Thomas: What if he ran off again? Or what if he ..

Logan: I can assure you he hasn't vanished, for his room is still there. Yet running off is a possibility.

Thomas: Should we wait and see if he comes back? Or should we go out and look for him now?

Virgil: WOAH guys slow down

Thomas: OH THANK GOD! Where are you? Are you okay? Why am I not anxious at all?

Logan: I also would like to know these things.

Virgil: Yes I'm fine.

Thomas: Okay good

Thomas: But where are you and why am I not anxious?

Virgil: in a tree

Logan: Isn't it raining outside?

Virgil: Ya so?

Thomas: Virgil! That's dangerous!

Logan: Thomas is right. 

Virgil: so what? The tree is a bit slick... But it is so nice and calm up here like you dont even know

Thomas: Is that why I'm not anxious?

Virgil: probably

Logan: Yes, when Virgil is calm you will also be calm.

Thomas: oh okay

Virgil: Ya rain is just so soothing you know?

Thomas: I agree but how in the world are you going to get down without slipping?

Virgil: I don't know

Thomas: Wait how high up are you?

Virgil: The tallest tree in the park at the last sturdy branch i think?

Logan: That is proably anywhere from 50 to 75 feet up.

Thomas: So when you come down just go really slowly then I guess.

Virgil: Ya or maybe I can just stay up here until it dries..

Logan: You do realize that  is supposed to be raining for another week,right?

Virgil: so?

Thomas: It will be at least a week before the tree is dry

Virgil: Ya but why can't I just stay up here for a week?

Thomas: What if you fall asleep and then fall out of the tree?

Virgil: I can tie my hoodie around the branch to keep me up?

Thomas: Then you'll be cold and wet and probably get sick

Virgil: that's okay we have medicine

Thomas: What about food and water?

Virgil: Do we even need food and water as a trait?

Logan: Yes, to be a physically present trait you need the necessities of life.

Virgil: So what you are saying is if I stay out here for a week then I will die?

Thomas: I think so?

Virgil: ugh fine...

Thomas: So you are coming home while being super careful not to fall?

Virgil: no

Thomas: what?!

Logan: Virgil, you must come home.

Virgil: Guys chill I'm only staying here till tomorrow afternoon when it is predicted to stop raining for a while so it will be easier to come down.

Thomas: It's four pm?

Virgil: 24 hours in a tree video anyone?

Thomas: Come on pleaseee

Virgil: No. And it's not like you can really stop me from staying up here. Unless of course you want to come and push me out of the tree.

Logan: That is true, so be careful.

Thomas: YOU ARE LETTING HIM DO THIS!!?

Logan: Virgil is correct, we can do nothing to stop him, and rain can be really helpful when dealing with anxiety.

Virgil: Don't worry Thomas I promise I wont fall asleep and then fall out of the tree

Thomas: Ok fine but be careful!

Virgil: I will  but hey I'm turning my phone off now so I can just chill out up here so bye

Thomas: bye

Logan: Goodbye.

Virgil has logged out

Thomas: we just agreed to let virgil spend 24 hours in a slippery tree..

Logan: Yes.

Thomas: and I'm not even that anxious about it.

Logan: Rain is very calming .

Thomas: Ya i guess it is

Did I worry you guys at all with the beginning of the chapter?

I wish I could just spend forever in a tree while it's raining but oh well reality wont allow it.
