After taking Layla to the theater to watch Beauty and The Beast, which is her all time favorite princess, I decided also take her to the beach. I know how much she loves beaches she loves to watch the waves as she lays on the sand with children playing around laughing and having a good time not having a care in the world.

But there obviously won't be any children around since it's 8 at night.

As I'm pulling up to the parking lot I see Layla look over at me.

"Really Cameron?" She laughs out

"I'm not wearing a bikini and I'm wearing heels!" She points at her feet causing me to shrug and let a small giggle out as she does the same.

God I love that giggle of her's.

She's so gorgeous, I wish I could call her mine and show her off to the world.

"C'mon" is all I say before turning the car off and getting off.

"Time out, time out" Layla repeats as she stops the game we were currently playing which happened to be tag.

I know, a 23 year old and a 18 year old playing tag is so child like but we obviously don't care.

**Its 2018 in the book, remember there was a year time skip**

"What? There's no time out in tag!" I laugh out as we were both struggling to catch our breaths.

"I know but I'm getting tired with no shoes on"

She had took off her heels so she could run and I'm guess her feet are starting to hurt.

"Alright, wanna get in the water?" I ask as I begin to take off my clothes.

"You can use my shirt to cover yourself up" I throw her my tshirt as I hear her sigh with a smirk on her lips.

She began to take her jacket off throwing it on the sand.

-LAYLA-

In the corner of my eye I saw Cameron staring at me so I decided to tease him.

Once I threw my jacket on the sand I unbuttoned my shorts then turned around and continued to take them off in a slow manner making sure to show off my ass while bending down as a smirk playing its way on my lips.

Wow I'm acting like a hoe right now, somebody slap me please.

I then turn back around to see Cameron bitting down on his bottom lip as he was looking at my ass.

I continue to take off my bodysuit throwing that on the floor as well.

I could have probably used that as a swimsuit but then I wouldn't have a shirt to wear after.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer" I say to Cameron as he snaps back to reality clearing his throat "W-What?" He stutters causing me to laugh lightly shaking my head.

I was wearing a black lace bra along with a matching thong, in my defense I had no idea we were going to the beach if I would of known I would of worn something else, obviously.

"Are we gonna go in or just stand here?" I say

"Uh, let's go" Cameron smiles at me "Last one in is a rotten egg" I shout as I'm already running towards the water.

"Hey! You cheater!" I hear him laugh closely behind

Once my feet hit to water I instantly run back out immediately bumping into Cameron's body his arms wrapping around my waist in an instant.

"What's wrong?" He laughs "It's cold!" I laugh as well.

He smirks down at me as my laugh soon dies down as I realize what he's about to do.

He quickly bends down picking me up causing me to scream loudly.

"Cameron! No please don't!" I plead as I kick my legs.

All you can hear is our laughter along with the waves of the ocean since we're the only people here considering it's almost 9.

"Put me down!" I begin to bang on his back with my fists "As you wish my lady" was the last thing I heard before the cold water hit my back which soon covered my whole body as I sunk in quickly covering my nose.

Once I swam back up to Cameron i splashed him.

"I hate you so much right now!" I shout as I start to shiver like a chihuahua.

"I'm ... sor ... ry" he says threw laughs causing me to roll my eyes

"You're an ass" I say as I begin to swim to shore

"Layla," I hear him still laughing so I continue to leave him behind

"Layla, c'mon don't be mad" he giggles after

I'm not mad I actually wanna laugh but I want him to think I'm mad at him again.

I soon reach the shore so I walk the rest of the way the get out of the water but instantly regret it as the cold air hit my body.

"Oh god no" I say to myself as I run back into the water

"Baby? Are you mad at me?" Cameron pouts at me

My stomach does this weird thing when the word baby escaped his lips

"Not your baby" I continue to act mad I look up at him threw my lashes

"You're so cute" he smiles down at me causing me to laugh

"There's that laugh I love"

"I was never mad" I stick my tongue out

"Wow!" He rolls his eyes

"C'mon, let's go dry off" I say as I walk out of the water again with Cameron behind me

"Wait, we don't have towe-" I was cut off by Cameron hands me a towel, I smile at him for the millionth time

"Thank you" I say as I wrap it around my cold body

After about twenty minutes of drying off and messing around some more we decided we were dry enough.

"Here put my shirt on" Cameron says

I grab it from him as I throw it on me then sit back down.

"Can we talk about the past months please" I bring up after settling in

"Uh, of course" he says as he lays down next to me also looking up at the stars

"Why'd you do it?" I suddenly question

"Jealousy got the best of me" he answers instantly knowing what I was talking about

"But you have Paris, Cameron" I turn around so I'm facing him

"I know, I was going to break up with her the same day I called Wesley but I guess she had a feeling I was going to break up with her so she threatened to kill herself if I did and I didn't want to risk it so I just stayed with her but I wanna be with you Layla" he turns around as well.

We are now face to face

"I know I crossed the line Layla, but please just give me a chance to fix things please, I miss us" he whispers the last part as he looks deep into my eyes which then shoot over to my lips

I know what I'm about to say will either taunt me later or make me happy about my decision.

"Kiss me" I say below a whisper hoping he didn't hear, but he did

A smile appears on his lips as he places the palm of his hand on my right cheek as his lips itch closer to mine.

His lips finally brush off mine, and just with that it feels like a thunderstorm is going on in my stomach.

He finally connects our lips letting me feel his soft pink lips on top of mine.

This was not what I was expecting to happen today but I guess things happen for a reason.

His lips move in sync with mine as I place my small hands on each side of his face.

His hand runs down the side of my body and to the back of my thigh bringing me closer to him deepening the kiss.

He soon departs his lips then runs his tongue on my bottom lip asking for entrance but I deny and pull away as I place my hands on his chest to put some distance between us.

"We can't" I say as I try to catch my breath causing him to sigh.

"Don't worry about anything right now beautiful, it's about us, nothing else okay?" He says as he looks into my eyes while I look into his.

"But-"

"No buts, just shut up and kiss me" he smiles as he smashes his lips onto mine causing me to giggle.

What am I doing? He's taken yet he doesn't care. What if he does this to me if we ever end up together.

And I still have semi feelings for Wesley but I could feel them fading away as the months go by.

I have no idea what to do!

I need a girls night with Jenna, Noel, and Angelyn.

Pushing everything to the back of my head for now, I pay more attention to what's going on right now.

I'm kissing Cameron, the one that was there for me since the beginning of you think about it.

This is also our first kiss together.

But now that I think of it Cameron also broke me and Liam up as well when he started kissing my neck and Liam happened to see.

Wow what a friend Cameron is!

What am I gonna do with this boy? What am I gonna do with myself first of all!
