It's only been a week and I've already built up a wall around my heart

I've literally blocked everybody out, I'm always in my room, I ignore phone calls or texts, I'm not active with my fans anymore, and I canceled all my appointments for a photoshoot for the next two weeks because I know I'll be the same way next week

The Jacks have tried to get me out of bed, Sammy and Stassie have passed by a couple times to check up on me, Cameron comes and lays down with me for a bit and just let's me cry on his shoulder while he rubs my back

He's so sweet, if I could I'd give him a chance but I'm still too attached to Wesley

I haven't been attending school, and I know once I do I'll have a shit ton of homework to catch up on

Jenna and Noel come by everyday after school and try to get me out of bed as well

Right now it's just me and Gilinsky

I've been crying non stop while he just comforts me and tries to cheer me up

"C'mon, let's go outside" Jack says with a soothing voice

As you can tell I'm starting to grow depressed, I don't want to eat literally everything I look at is disgusting in my eyes, I don't want to talk to anybody, I'm always in bed, never go outside, I have all these mood swings, I'm crying what feels like twenty four seven and I'm always over thinking a bunch of shit

"Just for a couple minutes Layla, please" He begins to beg I sigh finally giving in as I nod my head lightly, considering I have a headache

"Yes!" Jack cheers happily causing me to smile a little

Something I haven't done in a while

"You're smiling too!" He points at me happily as he jumps around happily I roll my eyes playfully as I make my way to my closet to change out of my pjs

I quickly change into a grey sports bra that Read Never Too Late. On the band

I also put on matching leggings along with my all white huaraches

I then went to the bathroom to fix my hair a little which I ended up putting half of it in a bun and the other half down in its curly state and exit the bathroom without doing my makeup

Which in all honesty I don't really need I just put it on for fun

"I'm ready" I speak for what feels like in forever

"Let's go to the ice cream place?" Jack questions

"I thought we were just going outside" I whine

He grins at me as he grabs my hand and pulls me out of my dark messy room

I really got to clean my room I thought to myself

As we make our way to the car my phone starts to go off indicating I have a text

Once I'm safely buckled in the car I take my phone out to see what's up while Jack backs out of the driveway and lays his hand on my inner thigh

Causing this feel to shoot up my spin and goosebumps to form on my arms while he rubs his thumb back and forth

I ignore the feel and just focus on my phone which was really difficult

What the actual fuck is wrong with me!?

Me: Going to get ice cream

Me: Why??

Liam💓💩: I'm in Cali😏

Me: EW BYE NO LEAVE🤢

Me: Issa joke😂 but on the real note WHY TF HAVEN'T YOU STOPPED BY LIKE BITCH TF I MISS YOUR UGLY WANNA BE ASS😭

Liam💓💩: That's a little better ig🙄😂 but I actually just got in, I was hoping you'll let me stay at your place😁😁😁🙏🏼

Me: Ofc you can, wya rn I'll go pick you up

Liam💓💩: Airport still

Me: Alright be there soon❤️

I put my phone down as I press my lips together forming a straight line as I look at Jack innocently

"What?" He notices my stare

"Can you do me a huge favor?" I smile up at him

"Depends on what it is" he says as he continues to rub my thigh and now that I'm paying attention to his hand, it seems as if it went up higher

"Can we go pick up my friend from the airport?" I let out

He takes a minute to respond so I take this time to beg

"Please Jack! It's my best friend from back home" I say as I turn my body to look at him

"I thought I was your best friend?"

"No Taylor is" I smirk

"You guys don't even talk anymore" he looks at me dumbfounded causing me to giggle

"I know, you are my best friend, but this is the guy that has been there for me since day one" I continue to beg he sighs finally giving in

"I guess" he says hesitantly

I squeal and I clap my hands together as I re-adjust myself in my seat then I hear him laugh at my childish self

After picking up Liam we made our way to the ice cream place like originally planned

"So how ya been?" Liam asks as we exit the car

"Uh, not so great" I say as I remember what I've been through in the past week

I was hoping to forget about everything for a bit as we got ice cream but Liam is one of my best friends so I'm going to have to tell him

"Why? What happened?" He frowned his eyebrows at me

I look over at Jack as he gives me a sympathetic look causing me to sigh

"I'll tell you later" I say, he nods

Jack opens the door then steps aside to let us in first as I pass by him I say thank you

Once I'm inside I wait for Jack while Liam goes up to the counter

"I'm glad you have a smile on your face" Jack says as he places his arm around the small of my back

"Yeah" I smile as I lay my hands on his shoulder giving him a light kiss on the cheek causing him to smile down a me

"You guys look cute, but what happened to Wesley?" Liam says as he walks over to us with his ice cream

My smile instantly fades away which got Jack's attention

"Don't bring him up" he says a little harsh

"Let's go get our ice cream" Jack says then pulls me along with him

"You don't got to be so rude about it, he doesn't know yet" I say to Jack once Liam is out of site

"I know, I'm sor-" he cuts himself off as he stares straight forward

"What?" I narrow my eyes at him and was about to turn to look at his direction but he quickly grab my chin making me look back at him

"Why don't we go somewhere else?" He smiles at me "No, I want ice cream, why do you wanna leave all of a sudden?" I question

"No reason, let's just hurry up and get our ice cream then we can go to the park or something" he says grabbing my wrist but I yank it out of his grip then turn to see what he was looking at earlier

"Layla" I hear Jack say

My heart instantly sinks when I see what Jack was trying to hide

"Layla, lets go" Jack try's to pull me away but I continue to look towards his direction as if I were frozen in this position

He finally looks up from his phone and his eyes instantly land on mine

My heart rate increases by so much it feels like it's going to pop out of my chest

We look deep into each others eyes, all I see is pure sadness and guilt

I feel my eyes start to tear up so I immediately push Jack off me and run outside with both Liam and Jack behind me

I finally make it to the car but then realize I don't have the key, Jack does

"Layla" I immediately recognize his voice I take a deep breath before turning around

"Hi Wesley"
