Ok so I noticed how most fanfics have the couple sleeping together but they aren't "realistic" so imma make a "realistic" one...also request from a friend

Third person POV

Sam, dean, and Cas got back from a hunt and are hanging out in the bunker. They were all tired and pretty banged up because they ran into some demons and demons are always a pain in the ass. Sam was asleep in his room but dean was chatting with Cas.

Cas's POV

I was chatting with dean he seemed really tired. I should get him to bed. "Hey dean you should go to sleep"
"What about you?"dean asked
"I don't sleep remember"I answered
"You can still lay down though"dean exclaimed.
"I don't have a bed, dean"I was confused was he trying to get me to sleep even though I don't need to.
"We can share my bed"ok now I'm really confused dean wanted to share a bed?
Before I could say anything dean dragged me to his room and he plopped onto the bed.

Dean's POV

I laid on the bed and I got cas to lay next to me. We laid under the covers and I started to drift to sleep but then cas took the blanket.
"Hey cas you took the blanket I need some too"
"Ok"cas then laid on me. It was nice he was way lighter than I expected. I started to drift to sleep but then cas kept elbowing my gut.
"ow cas stop elbowing me"he stopped but then he moved rolling off of me taking the blanket with him.
"cas I need the blanket it's cold in here"he looked at me and just smirked.
"cas you're the one that wanted me to sleep"cas lays his head on my chest
"cas what are you doing"
"Your heart is beating really fast"
"Cas just give me the damn blanket"
"Ok here"he lays on me again but this time he has the blanket wrapped around him.
"Ugh cas please I'm tired and I can't sleep in a cold room"he was starting to really make me mad
"Then sleep in a warm one"a
"And where would that be cas"
"Sam's room...his room is pretty warm"
"I can't just go sleep in Sam's room"
"Why not I'm sharing a bed with you"
"It's different cas he's my brother and you...you're uh...you're my best friend"that was close I almost called him my boyfriend.
"I get it"

Cas's POV

I don't get it but I'll just roll with it. I wasn't trying to annoy dean. I'm just trying to get comfortable. I roll off of him leaving the blanket in him. I find rolling in the bed a fun activity.
"There have the blanket"he can sleep now. He suddenly wrapped his arms around me from behind and he laid his face on the back of my head.
"dean what are you doing?"I am really confused
"Just let me sleep cas"
"Ok"I'm still confused
"Dean could you stop breathing on my neck"
"So you want me to stop breathing"
"No just don't breath on my neck"he stopped breathing on my neck. I'm very uncomfortable. I don't get why he is hugging me. He started to fall asleep I could tell cause his heartbeat became steady and his arms around me loosened. He started breathing on my neck again. I didn't know what to do so I turned to look at him. He wasn't asleep anymore.
"Cas stop moving."
"You started breathing on my neck again"he looked at me like he was thinking of an idea.
"I have an idea"he pulled me closer so I was laying my head on his chest. I'm really confused no one hugs me like this.
"Dean why are you Hugging me so much"
"Cause it's cold"he answered immediately like he planned an answer. He drifted off to sleep.

Dean's POV

I finally fell asleep it was nice but suddenly sam bursts into the room yelling. Cas disappeared probably scared.
"Sam what is it"
"I can't find cas"
"Sam I'm trying to sleep he's probably following the bees he likes bees right"
"It's 8 in the morning. Don't tell me you stayed up all night"omfg cas kept me up all night
"No I'm just tired let me have a lazy day"cas suddenly fell out of the closet and stood up.
"Uh cas did you just come out the closet"sam said laughing.
"Yes it seems so"he looks at us squinty eyed. Sam was cracking up he walked out of the room laughing really hard.
"Cas why'd you go in the closet"
"Cause demons and angels would never look there"
"It was just sam though"
"He would never look there either"
"I'm really tired"I lay back down. Cas laid with me. Why he he laying with me normally now.

Cas's POV

I laid with him it seemed like he fell asleep faster when I laid with him.
"Dean, just go to sleep"
"But I have to get up"
"Didn't you say you wanted a lazy day"
"Yeah but what if there is a hunt"
"Dean just sleep"I laid on dean's chest he wrapped his arms around me. He fell asleep. Sam walked in. I put my finger to my mouth telling him to be quiet.
"Uh cas what are you doing"
"Dean is sleeping"
"Yeah I see that. Uh since when did you sleep"
"I don't sleep dean is just tired"
"Uh ok..."sam walked off. Dean started mumbling.
"Cas....cas...help me"dean mumbled in his sleep.
"Dean it's ok I'm right here"I got closer to dean.
"S-Sammy...cas...h-help"
"Dean it's fine you're safe"I hug him and dean wakes up. He looks down at me.
"Uh sorry cas"
"You have nightmares?"
"Y-yeah uhm it's fine there just nightmares"
"I'm right here so there's no need for nightmares"I lay my head on his chest. I like to listen to his heartbeat.
"Thanks cas"he hugs me then he fell asleep. I just listened to his heartbeat and I liked playing with his hair.

Third person POV

Dean was asleep while cas was laying with him. Sam was on his laptop reading lore.
