But they're losing Skilled Soldiers, Pilots, Sailors & Laborers to train New Recruits and Robotic Soldiers (COD: IW C6s) are now in use, making them concerned about the SIREN or Sangvis hacking...

Humanity First has a lot of Human Soldiers, and their advances in Artillery in both indirect and direct... But most Soldiers are irregulars like conscripts and penal battalions. Despite their improving Miltech, they heavily rely on Human Waves on the Enemy's weak spots... The perfect breeding ground to create more Honkai Zombies...

The Academy has a lot of its Prototype Tech and Weapons in use and they have more advanced Robotic Soldiers than the NPX (COD: IW C8 & C12) making them less likely to be defeated by the Honkais, but they have even fewer manpower than the NPX, as they're more into Quality the Quantity. Even the loss of a Regiment is a massive blow to them, which means the SF can finish them off via Attrition.

The Kami Servants has more numbers than the NPX but has good Miltech. Likely thanks to Allied Trade. But their leader is obsessed with the Phoenix Commander, along with their lack of experience against the Reunion and SF would be their undoing.
