"Are you that lax, Demi? First, you went to the Commander with just your bikinis, and now you only covered your top part, and not your lower parts?" Derrick on her lazy-as-hell, attire.

"What? I'm a night owl, not an early bird like you guys or the Commander." Demi as she yawned again, still sleepy.

Derrick just rolled his eyes, as he continued with her. He knows that South Korean Cambion is asking for trouble and is quite lazy at day time, but he can't do a damn, since she also has some of her Demon Abilities to make any perverts trying to have their way with her, will regret ever being born.

They both arrived at the Meeting Room, and they were a second late as Alexis came with his cup of tea. Alexandria with Asra and Jeanette as their administrators & Secretaries of the Commander. The Military Officers at Kevin's right.

"Zo... Ve are here for some meeting? But of what?" Reinhardt asked.

Then the intercoms opened with the Steel Legions' and Crimson Rose's Top Brasses, and Faction Leaders on the link.

"I'd be asking the same question too, Admiral Reinhardt. We all wanna know who are those unknown contacts." Rear Admiral Asher responded.

"Agreed. It's not the first time we've had to deal with the Indavers' demands for surrender, but now. This is a first." Amel with an interested tone.

"They better not be those Invaders. Those cabrones (fuckers) have been a pain in our asses." Domingo with an annoyed tone.

"At least my entire Air Force is somewhat intact..." Montenegro Perez added.

"Always unaccepting of Major Failures, I see..." Alexis remarked.

"Do not be concerned, I've confirmed that it's not from the Invaders." Spymaster Erika confirmed it.

"Well. If both Asra and Erika confirmed they were real-" Before Jeanette finished...

"I'm certain that your concerns would be Manageable."

All of the Officers and Faction Leaser of the Echoes of Defiance started to look around in panic... Except for Erika, Ayoaude, and Asra.

"Reveal yourselves! Or our Hackers will be doing it for you!" Karim yelled.

"Face us you coward!!!" Malka added.

"Malka, calm yourself!" Ezra reprimands her.

"So. Care to reveal us, who are you all?" Ayoaude with the same expressionless face.

The display now presented five individuals from an unspecified location. Steel Legion's Hackers are currently working to determine their exact whereabouts. Among them is a woman in her late 30s dressed formally. Additionally, a man in his 50s was spotted wearing a red trench coat layered over an officer uniform. An Admiral in an all-black Naval Officer Uniform was also observed. Furthermore, a Hooded Figure in black and blue stripes with a concealed identity was present, along with a red-haired individual clad similarly to the Admiral, but with distinctive yellow shoulder decorations, insignia, & full white uniform.

"Greetings, everyone. I suppose it's not what you guys expected, correct?" The Woman asked.

"Yeah. And it's the first time we've met people, who's not the Invaders." Kevin responded.

"Perhaps we can enlighten you all?" The Admiral asked...

They all went quiet. As Kevin and his Officers ponder the possibility of their help and advice from them... Ezra and his Steel Legion are more concerned about the potential Outcomes, including betrayal... Amel and her Crimson Rose are already thinking of their potential Guerilla Warfare against them and the Invaders...

In the end, Kevin decided.

"Perhaps we should know your names first to get Acquainted."

"Understandable." The Man in Red Trench Coats replied.

First...

"Hold on?! Whose kid-!?" Calixto was about to speak.

"You all can call me, Lee Sooyeon. I am the Vice Administrator of the Counters' Administration.| The Woman revealed herself to be Lee Sooyeon.

"Counters Administration? What do they Specialize?" Asher asked.

"That would be dealing with the Corrupted Objects and the Replacer Pawns you now face as the Great Horde of Blood." Lee Sooyeon replied.

Everyone was confused... And then...

"Tell me she's joking...?" Ezra asked.

"I wish. But she doesn't seem to be lying." Erika shakes her head lightly.

"I agree with Spymaster, Commander. It appears Frau Sooyeon is telling the truth." Fiona Ayoaude added.

All of the Echos of Defiance leaders can breathe a sigh of relief. That they're willing to help.

"Well, I suppose your wisdom will be precious for us." Amel with a shrug.

"Oh, I'm certain, Supreme Colonel." Lee Sooyeon with a proud smirk.

"I am Berezovich Kryuger. Head of the Griffin and Kryuger. As you can tell, we're a PMC, with our T-Dolls from the IOP."

"Like the Sangvis Ferri, except..." Karim suspected.

"Correct. T-Dolls with their weapons. Some WW2 others in your world's Modern Day."

This got Kevin thinking of Robotic Soldiers, who can replace and reduce the casualties of Human Soldiers and expand the frontlines. Others have doubts about the idea of Android Forces.

"We can only provide the schematics of their said creation of an Early Version of the Tactical Dolls, due to your less advanced capabilities to create them, but I hope you all would do well with this endeavor. We're building a Permanent Portal to help turn the tide."

"That's reasonable." Derrick wasn't insulted. They wanted it.

"Danke Schon, Herr Kryuger. Our Finest Engineers and Scientists will work hard!" Reinhardt told Kryuger, to which he nodded.

"We won't fail the Human Race, Monsieur Kryuger." Jeanette.

"Glad to hear that!" Asra.

"Well... I suppose that's a piece of good news I wanted to hear." Perez added.

"I have my doubts. They're soulless Automatons." Karim.

"You better be honest. Besides, I don't like Machines." Malka added.

"You all may call me Admiral Tatebayashi Sakurako, I am an Admiral of Azur Lane and the Kantai Fleet (Kancolle). Worry not. I have my experience with those SIRENs and perhaps some insight into this Grand Hollowed Fleet." The Admiral revealed her name.

"You're certainly a woman of high reputation, Admiral Sakurako, I hope your insights will help us in the long run." Asher told her.

"Glad to hear that from you, Mister Asher." Sakurako replied.

"Perhaps our Joint Airforces will help?" Alexis asked.

"Hmm... I'm not an expert on Airforce... But I suppose I can provide potential insights if you guys give me the information of your Warplanes' Tech." Sakurako replied.

"Of course! Anything for our allies!" Basir with a smile.

"... Fine. I'll lend some Intel." Perez reluctantly agrees.

"Hey, Commander. I think you've found your wife.~" Fernanda joked...

Sakurako immediately blushed while Fernanda's phone rang... And he accepted the call.

Jeanette was giggling, along with Demi snickering. Asra just sighed at her Older Sister's Choices of her Second in Command.

"You guys can call me Captain Delta. I lead the Schicksal and the Saint Freya's Administrator. I'll provide intel and ways to counter the Honkais and to some degree, the Harbingers. While the Portal is being built." The Schicksal Captain revealed himself.

"Both an Admin and a Commanding Officer? Now that's an exhausting job, I take it?" Calixto asked.

"Tell me about it, Calixto... But glad to hear that we're somewhat the same." Delta agrees.

"Hah! As if... You were busy skipping work with Theresa Apocalypse, yesterday!" Lee Sooyeon joked.

"While your heavy workload is understandable, was it necessary to skip work like that?" Kryuger remarked.

"Hey! That was one time! Can't you give me a break!?" Delta defended himself.

The Defiance officers lightly laughed, at least knowing that they were still humans, after all...

"Well... Jokes asides... I welcome the proposition." Ezra agrees, along with other Leaders of the Defiances with a Thumbs up.

"Thank you, fellas. I won't disappoint you guys."

And Finally...

"You all may simply call me Doctor. I'm part of Rhode Island."

"... Are you a Doctor, or it's just your title?" Amel with her suspicions.

"I have the skills. But I'm stuck in a Medical Role." R.I. Doctor replied, with an Androgynous tone. no one knows if that's a He or She.

"Then, I'll provide insights on how to deal with the Oripathy alongside with dealing the Reunion Forces. Just be careful."

"Okay. I'll relay them to the Docs... Though I doubt they'll do well with limited tools and supplies..." Amel agreed.

"Well. Glad that we all got acquainted." Kevin with a slight smile. "So, I take that we're going to agree to work together then?"

And with that, the conversation went well. With the Portal being made, and since Switzerland was chosen, their mountainous terrains are useful to get a lot of needed power from the Lighting Strikes, along with Thorium Energy Cores as backups.

With new ways of fighting against the threats, NCOs & Commanding Officers of NPX & Chapter Captains of the Steel Legions now can adjust their fighting formations and tactics on each Pacific threat, and develop new tactics. While the Crimson Rose is developing New squad and unit types for the new ways to fight their Invaders.

Thanks to Kryuger's sending the 1st Generations of T-Dolls, the NPX immediately begin their research. And are called, 'Project War Machine'. They've just finished 'Project Future Warfare I' which led to the beginning of Mass Production of Laser Weapons, along with Advanced Shock Weapons for capturing enemies or Invaders for Interrogations.

As both Steel Legion and NPX were using Magnetic Accelerated Firearms and Amel's Crimson Rose was stuck with Conventional ones... Both Kevin and Ezra decided to send Magnetic Accelerated Weapons to Amel's Crimson Forces while gradually replacing theirs with their Laser Weapons.

After all, why toss them away, when you can just donate them to Crimson Rose or any Allied Minor Factions that are Technologically Weak? You can give allied Militias and Resistance Forces a fighting chance.

Besides, New Armor development is also done and now creating new ones, while donating old ones to the Technologically Weaker Factions.

After the meeting...

"They're doing great now." Maria Antonov (Counter: Side) "Giving out weapons that are Phasing out to their Weaker Allies is a good way to grant a Fighting Chance than to just toss them away."

"Hmm... I'm not the type to have Security or Soldiers... But it does look like a wise choice." Elizabeth Pendragon remarked.

"Good thing they're not just leaving them in the Storage to rust." Hilde.

"Ohh... They're making Laser Weapons now? I wonder if they can make Laser Cannons like I have?~" New Jersey sounded very tempted to get the NPX's Commander-in-Chief to make one for her.

"... Goodness... Now New Jersey has gotten me tempted to get one too." Nagato added.

"Or Advanced Jets. I hope they won't be bothered..." Yorktown Mk.II added.

"Hopefully. They don't forget about the Medical part. The Civilians needed that too." Kal'tsit.

With Bronya now wondering what kind of ways to use a Laser-based Firearm... And Kiana being Kiana...

"What?!" HK416, who's just seen every T-Dolls are looking at her.

"And who was the one having the Body Pillow and Pictures of him, hmm?~" M16 joked.

"SHUT UP YOU AMERIKANISCHE HURE (AMERICAN HARLOT)!!!"

"Hah! At least I admit that I am interested in him!"

"BY ALLAH!!!" Perez screamed.

"Bloody 'ell... Sorry mate..." Alexis apologized, as he just crashed and damaged the Airship... On the Crimson Rose's Base in the Baltic States.

"HOW THE HELL DID THE NPX MAINTAIN A FLEET OF THAT SIZE?!" Perez both screamed and asked.

"We have our ways in businesses and governments, now just shut up and get your Engineering Companies to assist!" Alexis...

All the Echoes of Defiance Forces have to do... Is to hold the line for a year, so that the Reinforcements can turn the tides...
