Recap-Dr. Annika Trivedi came to India for her best friend Mallika's wedding. Also she agreed to treat some patients in 'Life Care hospital'....Small businessman Shivaay Singh Oberoi is also one among them but was not ready for the treatment, he has his own reasons for that...but then he met Annika and indirectly she made him ready for the treatment. Shivaay finally agreed to visit the hospital. But he is unaware of the fact that Annika is doctor and she is the one who is going to handle his case. Similarly Annika also don't know that Shivaay is her patient.

          Om was sitting in his college canteen with his books and coffee when he received a call from Dr. Kunal Sehgal. After thinking a bit he received it. 

"Hello Dr. Sehgal good afternoon."

"Hmm good noon Om."

      Dr. Sehgal wished him back.

"What happened doctor, you want to say something about Shivaay?"

      Om asked.

"Yess Om, I called you to inform that Shivaay's appointment is fixed. Tomorrow morning at eleven."

"Tomorrow?"

      Om was shocked.

"Yeah. Didn't I tell you before that the new surgeon is coming and then I will fix his appointment with her."

      Dr. Sehgal said with little disappointment. If Shivaay was not enough that now Om also started forgetting important things.

"Yeah...yeah doctor.... I am sorry... I remember it"

      Om answered hitting on his own head.

"Good. May be he got message from hospital. But I know him very well, so thought to tell you about it."

     Dr. Sehgal said and Om smiled a bit.

"Thanks for calling doctor , but..."

      Om stopped.

"I told you Om it's our last chance..."

      Dr. Sehgal said.

"Yeah I am aware of it doctor, but you know him right, last time I scolded him, forced him and what happened..."

     Om said recalling that incident.

"Hmm I know but we have to make him agree. And this time with love... don't shout at him. And you just make him ready to visit the hospital. Then Dr. Trivedi can make him ready for the treatment. I am sure about it."

     Dr. Sehgal said and Om nodded.

"Hmm ok I will talk to him."

"Good, talk to him and send him tomorrow at any cost. Byee."

"Byee."

      Om said and then kept his phone back on the table.

"How to make him ready now? That too without scolding him and all? I know yesterday he ate his medicines but eating medicine is different and agreeing for treatment is totally different thing."

      He was worried again. He started thinking about the possible ways to make Shivaay agree to visit the hospital.

      Gauri who just entered into the canteen with her friends turned to see vacant place and spotted Om in one corner. Looking at his face she thought he was tensed for something. Excusing herself she walked towards him. Om was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't realize someone was standing before him.

"Hello Om sir."

    Gauri said in her chirpy voice. Om came out of his thoughts and looked up. And when his eyes met Gauri's he smiled.

"Ms. Trivedi? You here?"

     He asked, still that smile was playing on his lips.

"Yeah hello sir."

"Ohh haa hello"

    Om said with a smile still looking at her without blinking his eyes. He came back from his thoughts when they heard some noise. Om looked away from her.

"Any problem sir?"

       Gauri asked observing his face and he looked at her again.

"Hmm?? Ahhh that's nothing..... You...your friends are waiting for you."

     He said as he noticed her friends waving at her. Gauri turned to look at her friends and then showed them her hand indicating she will join them in five minutes.

"Any problem sir?"

      She asked again looking back at Om.

"Nothing Ms. Trivedi... I have to go...it's time for my next class."

     Saying so he was about to get up but she said,

"Once you told us in class that sharing is caring. Baantne se dukh toh nhi batata but you feel light by sharing it. Right? And I think right now you are worried about something."

     Om smiled listening her and sat back on his seat and asked her to sit. She happily sat in front of him.

"It's... actually... actually my elder brother suffering from one major heart problem and....."

     Om started and Gauri was shocked.

"Heart problem?"

"Yeah major one so....."

"Ohh...So you are worried for him hai na?"

      Om nodded.

"You know sir, my sister is doc..."

     She was about to tell him about Annika but Om stopped her.

"Wait wait Ms. Trivedi let me speak."

    She bit her tongue.

"I am sorry"

      He smiled.

"His appointment and all is already fixed with one best surgeon... that's not the problem here. The main problem is he is not ready for the treatment."

      Om explained and Gauri was confused.

"Whyy?"

"I also don't know what's exactly going on in his mind...but he is saying like no need to waste money on my treatment as I know treatment will not save me and all so..."

     Om said sadly and Gauri nodded hearing it.

"Ohh... So that's the problem... Sir you know what I was saying...that my sister is also one best heart surgeon but with that she is good consultant too. You know she very well know how to convince her patients for their treatment even if they are not ready for it. So if you....."

     She stopped as she saw him and found him staring at her.

"What happened?"

      She asked.

"No Continue."

"I am sorry sir, I am not giving you cance to speak. You say."

      Gauri said looking down. Om smiled.

"I am saying na his appointment is fixed with best doctor and..."

"But meri Di se best doctor koi hi hi nhi sakta."

      Again she interrupted.

"Maybe...but his case is very different."

"So what she can handle it very well you don't worry."

"Thanks for your advice Gauri but Dr. Sehgal already..."

"Dr. Sehgal?? Life Care Hospital?"

      Gauri was surprised and Om nodded positively.

"Yeah Life Care Hospital...Dr. Sehgal is handling my brother's case. But right now he gave his case to some other doctor. She came from US and...."

"US?? You said US right?"

     Gauri almost shouted.

"Yeah US."

      Om said and Gauri smiled widely.

"So from last five minutes we are talking about the same person. And solution was in front of us only."

"What are you saying?"

      Now Om was confused.

"Tell me that doctor...her name is Annika Trivedi, right?"

      Gauri asked him.

"Annika?? Let me check."

      Om checked in his phone...Dr. Sehgal sent him message about it few days back. He looked up at Gauri surprised.

"Yeah Dr. Annika Trive....so she is your sister??

"She is the one about whom I was talking about. Yeah she is my cousin sister. She came from US and she is going to handle some cases of Kunal uncle."

"Ohh that's great. And I am sorry...I didn't give you chance to complete."

"It's ok sir. And see now your problem is solved completely. You don't have to take any tension about your brother and his treatment anymore. My Di will handle it."

"Are you sure she will make him agree?"

"Hundred percent sir."

"But he...he is very stubborn. I don't think he will..."

"Then my Di is double stubborn. She never steps back once she decide something. And if that thing was related to her patients then never ever. She will make him agree for treatment and also she will do her best and he will be fine soon."

"If that happens I will be the happiest. "

     Om smiled widely.

"But..."

     His smiled vanished a bit.

"But what sir?"

"He is not ready to visit hospital also. So how will he meet your sister and how she will make him agree?"

"Ohh he is not ready to visit hospital also??"

      Om nodded.

"Umm....ok you don't worry I will ask Di. She will give us some solution to this problem."

"Really?"

"Yeah I am sure she will help us. Let me call her now only."

     Saying so Gauri dialled Annika's number but didn't get any response. She checked time.

"Opps I forgot. She must be in clinic right now."

"Ohh...koi nhi. Ask her when she is free. But are you..."

"I told you na I am hundred percent sure sir. You don't worry just believe on her."

      Om smilingly nodded.

"I will ask her once I will go home and then I will inform you. And everything will be fine soon, don't worry."

      Gauri said.

"Thank you thank you so much Gauri."

      Om said placing his hand on hers. Gauri was taken aback by this action of his. She looked at their hands and then at him. Om took his hand back.

"I...I am sorry."

      He apologized.

"It's ok...now I have to go...bye"

      Gauri said getting up from the chair. Om looked at her confused.

"What happened?"

     He was worried suddenly.

"Nothing...I want to go back to class."

      Gauri said with a smile and Om sighed in relief seeing her smile.

"Ok bye. Don't forget to inform me."

"Yeah bye."

     She said and hurriedly left from there. Om smiled.

"Thank you, thank you so much doctor."

       The man who was in his 60's said to Annika as he and his wife were sitting in front of her in her cabin.

"That's my work uncle."

     Annika said with a smile and turned to the lady.

"Aunty, now no more worries ok? Just you have to stay here for some days. Tomorrow you come at evening and then we will start treatment from day after tomorrow."

     Annika said writing some prescriptions for that lady.

"Tomorrow? Can we come day after tomorrow?"

      Annika looked up as that man asked her.

"Why uncle?"

"Actually it's our marriage anniversary tomorrow. So we want to celebrate it. Not a big one but want to spend the day with each other."

      That man said and Annika smiled but before she answered they heard a knock on the door.

"Come in"

      Annika said looking at the door and saw Dr. Sehgal there. Dr. Sehgal came inside and asked her to continue and walked towards the other end. Annika was using his second cabin so he came to take something. Annika turned to that couple again.

"Awww...how many years?"

"Twenty five."

      That lady replied.

"Woww so you are celebrating silver jubilee of your relationship. Woww its love marriage or arrange one?"

"Love marriage beta."

"Aww I will love to hear about your love story then. Aunty tell me once you come here again ok? I will save some time for that everyday. Bataogi na?"

"Ofcourse"

      That lady replied with a smile.

"And uncle tomorrow you spend time with each other celebrate your anniversary and then day after tomorrow admit her but in morning ok?"

"Yes yes doctor thank you."

      That man happily replied.

"Only thank you? Thank you se kaam kaise chalega uncle? I want some sweets or cake ok?"

      Annika said and that man nodded.

"Ofcourse beta. I will make besan ke laddoo specially for you."

     Annika looked at him surprised.

"You know cooking?"

"Yess...he is very good cook."

     That lady said and Annika smiled.

"Then you are very lucky aunty. But uncle you both wants to spend time with each other, right? So let's keep besan ke laddoo on hold. After aunty's operation you make them for me ok? This time one slice of cake will work."

      Annika said winking at them.

"Ok beta done."

     Annika gave that lady her file.

"So happy anniversary to both of you in advance. And aunty take medicines on time. And don't forget to come on time day after tomorrow."

     They nodded thanking her and then left from there not before saying thank you to Dr. Sehgal for giving their case to Annika.

     Dr. Sehgal came to Annika after they left and saw she was packing her bag.

"Annika..."

     She looked up.

"Uncle everything is done. I am just leaving."

     She said again looking down at her bag. Dr. Sehgal looked at her face and he knew she was still thinking about last night's incident.

"Are you ok?"

     He asked and she looked up nodding in yes.

"Let's go for a coffee date then. Last night you refused to come. And right now I am also free."

     He said but Annika nodded in no on next second.

"Actually uncle I want to visit Mallika now. We will go some other time."

"Ohh.. ok chalo then I will drop you there. My work is also done."

"No uncle...I called driver...and I am fine you don't worry."

       Dr. Sehgal nodded looking at her.

"Ok fine then. Take care."

"Yeah. Tomorrow only one appointment na then?"

"Yeah Mr. Oberoi...I asked him to come at 11."

"Ok I will come on time. If there is any other work call me."

     Dr. Sehgal nodded.

"Today all staff is here so no need. You just take care of yourself and I know you are still thinking about it. So don't overthink. It's not your fault."

     Annika just nodded and left from there.

     "With patients she was normal like before. But as Annika she is not same like old one from last night's incident. Can I inform Nisha about it? No but I don't think Annika told her anything. As Nisha didn't call me to ask about it. Maybe Annika don't want to share it. So I can't tell her without Annika's permission. More than five years have passed...but bon't know when this girl will recover from that incident."

      Dr. Sehgal sadly said looking at Annika from the window of that cabin.

"Bhaiya you go. Mallika will drop me to the home or if she is busy I will call you."

      Annika said once they reached to the Shekhawat mansion. Driver nodded and Annika got down from the car and walked towards the mansion. While walking she was looking around searching for her bangle. She didn't realise when she entered into the mansion. She came back from her thoughts by someone's voice. She looked up and saw one servant there.

"Hello Annika mam."

      He greeted her and Annika smiled a bit.

"Hello."

"You sit. I will inform Mallika Di about your arrival."

      Annika nodded.

"You will have coffee or juice?"

"Nothing. I am ok. You just call her."

     He nodded and turned to go but stopped as Annika called him from behind.

"What happened mam?"

     He came back to her.

"Umm...you found something here?...one bangle... in mansion or in lawn?"

      Annika asked and that servant nodded in no instantly.

"No mam. Mallika Di asked us to search for it. We looked for your bangle in whole mansion, in lawn, in parking lot...but we didn't find it anywhere. Sorry."

"It's...it's ok...you go."

      He nodded and left from there. Tears formed in Annika's eyes.

"Don't know where I lost that bangle then...Annika how can you be so careless and that too about that bangle?"

       She wiped her tears.

"I want that bangle at any cost."

      She said looking at her wrist.

"Offoo you are still thinking about that?"

     She heard voice and saw Mallika coming towards her. Mallika came to her and hugged her and then moved back after some seconds.

"What happened? Why you are looking like this?"

    She asked looking at Annika's face.

"Mallika my bangle..."

     Annika said while crying. Mallika sighed.

"That I know dear but...ok stop crying and come here first."

      Mallika held Annika's hand and made her sit on one couch there.

"Sit here I will be right back."

    Mallika left from there without giving Annika chance to speak and came back in exact two minutes with a glass of water.

"Drink this."

      She said sitting beside Annika. But Annika nodded in no.

"Annika....do as I say."

     Mallika made her drink some water forcefully. She placed the glass on table and turned to Annika.

"So tell me...who are you?"

     Annika looked at her confused.

"What? Answer me? Who are you? And where is my bestie Dr. Annika Trivedi?"

      Mallika asked folding her hands.

"Mallika...stop it yaar..."

"You stop it first. What's wrong with you haa? From last night you are crying Megha aunty told me."

"I lost my bangle. How can I be so irresponsible?"

     Annika said...again tears formed in her eyes.

"Oh god....if your any patient will see you like this na they will file case against you."

      She said wiping Annika's tears. Annika looked at her confused.

"What? It's true na? You give them lectures about how to live happily forgetting your pain and all but you are not applying that on yourself."

"Mallika, it's different."

      Annika said looking down.

"Accha?? How? Tell me how it's different?"

      Mallika asked folding her hands.

"Mallika...here I am worried and you..."

    Mallika placed her hand on Annika's.

"I know. You are upset because you lost that bangle. I know why that bangle is so important to you. But you will not get it back by crying for it right?"

      Annika looked at her for a second and then hugged her.

"But I want that back Mallika."

     Mallika stroked her hairs.

"You will get it dear. Just wait for a right moment. Your bangle will come to you by itself."

"How?"

     Annika was sobbing. Mallika smiled.

"That I don't know. But you only says na everything happens for a reason. So I am sure there is also some reason behind it. And that's why you lost it."

"But..."

"Shshh...we heard it from childhood na that 'jo bhi hota hai acche ke liye hota hai'. So you think you lost your bangle but maybe you gained something in return."

      Annika moved back and looked at Mallika confused.

"What I gained? It's nothing Mallika."

"You never know. Maybe something very precious you will get with your bangle."

      Annika looked at her.

"Yeah I am saying the truth. Maybe you drop it for that reason only. Maybe something was planned behind that."

"You really think so?"

      Annika asked her after thinking a bit.

"Yess my dear... Now stop worrying and stop crying first."

     Mallika said wiping Annika's tears.

"I am not crying...it's just...."

"Hawww itna jhooth...go and look yourself in mirror first."

     Mallika said and Annika wiped her tears and then face.

"No. I am not crying."

"Good for you only. Now think about those lectures which you give to your patients every now and then, you will feel more good."

      Mallika said winking at her and finally Annika smiled.

"Finally Dr. Trivedi making come back...see tumhare sangat ka asar. Today I talked like you...hai na? Same to same."

      Annika nodded.

"Hmm thanks...But I just hope I will get my bangle back soon. Don't know whatever you said about precious and all is true or not so I am not interested but I want my bangle as soon as possible."

     Annika said looking at Mallika.

"Now you are being rude doctor. What if that thing is more precious than that bangle? Which you can't afford to lose?"

     Annika looked at her confused.

"I don't think there is something like this... precious than my bangle no way."

"It's for now. Right now you think like this. But you don't know about future babe. You don't know what is already written for you."

     Maalika said and Annika heard her words and started thinking about it. But Mallika snapped her fingers infront of Annika and she came back from her thoughts.

"Oh madam, what are you thinking about? No need to think about that right now. Everything has its own time. And it will happen on right time only. Your bangle and that precious thing or something like that will come on its right time. Till then let's eat something. I am hungry."

     Mallika said getting up from the couch. Annika nodded.

"Let's go and check what is there to eat."

     Mallika said walking towards the kitchen. Annika looked at her and again Mallika's words started ringing in her ears. She nodded her head in no.

"Don't know what she was talking about? Something precious? What's that? I don't think so there is anything or anyone. Mallika just said to make my mood better. I just want my bangle that precious thing we can see later."

      Annika said to herself and walked behind Mallika.

      Neeta walked inside the room and found Shivaay standing near the window looking outside. She can see his glowing face.

"Pata nhi kaise ready hua hai treatment ke liye. He is looking so happy today. I never saw him like this in last three years."

      Neeta thought to herself looking at Shivaay's smiling face. She called him.

"Shivaay beta"

     On next second he turned.

"Haa aunty? Is everything ready?"

     He asked. Neeta was about to answer but stopped when she found something odd. She walked towards him.

"What's this?"

     She pointed to Shivaay's hand. Shivaay realized he was holding bangle in his hand. He immediately tried to put it in his pant pocket but Neeta held his hand before that.

"Bangle?"

      She took that bangle from his hand and asked him. Shock was written on her whole face.

"It's... it's nothing a...aunty...just...just... "

     He stammered.

"Bangle??In this house? In your room? That too in your hand?"

      Neeta asked him raising her eyebrows. If she found something like this in Rudra's room then ok but Shivaay...who don't even know how to talk with girls having girls jewelry..it's too much for her to handle.

"Aunty it's...it's ... nothing."

     Shivaay answered trying to take it back but Neeta didn't allow.

"Whose bangle is this?"

      She asked.

"No...I don't know...yeah I don't know aunty."

     He replied shrugging his shoulders.

"Accha...then let me ask Rudra or Om about it."

     Neeta said turning around. She knew he will tell her by this way only. Shivaay ran and stood infront of her.

"No aunty...they don't know about it."

     He said looking here and there.

"So it's you who knew about it. Then tell me."

     Neeta asked folding her hands.

"You wanted to know na how I agreed for treatment?"

     Shivaay asked.

"Don't change topic. First tell me about this. Then about treatment."

"No no aunty I am not changing any topic. I agreed for treatment because of this only."

     He said looking at that bangle remembering Annika. Neeta was confused.

"Because of this?? Bangle?? How? It's some magical bangle or what?"

     Neeta asked and Shivaay smiled.

"No no... because of bangle I mean owner of this bangle."

     Shivaay answered.

"Accha owner...what???"

      She screamed.

"So you are saying you agreed for treatment because of one girl?"

     Shivaay nodded looking down.

"Really?? You are saying the truth right?"

     He nodded again looking up at her.

"How? How it happened?"

      Neeta asked still not believing.

"Neeta aunty actually what happened..."

     Before he continues they heard a doorbell.

"OmRu...auntu you made all their favorite dishes, right?"

"Haa... everything is ready as you said."

"Great. Let's go then. I can't wait to share this good news with them."

      Shivaay said with smile.

"But I want..."

"Ha ha aunty I will tell you...but don't tell about this to OmRu, ok?"

     He said taking that bangle from her. Neeta nodded. Shivaay walked towards his cupboard and placed that bangle in the locker and smiled looking at it for a second before closing the door. Then he walked out of the room. Neeta was still standing there in a shock.

"Ek ladki ki wajah se itna change? I have to meet her soon. Dekhna hai kon hai aisi jisne woh kr dikhaya jo OmRu bhi nhi kr paaye."

      She said looking at that cupboard and then left from there.
