"BHAIYA" Ishika yelled as she bragged in the house with Shivay following. She kneeled beside Aavyan and pulled his head in her lap.

"Bhaiya......bhaiya ankhen kholo please...please please. Aap mere saath esa nahi kar sakte" She yelled as Rudra woke up and came out listening to the commotion.

"Inhe hospital le chalte hain" Shivay said as Ishika nodded and helped him in taking Aavyan to the car.

"Kahan jaa rahe ho?" Rudra said just as they were about to leave. He stepped forward to stop them when a figure dropped infront of him.

Ishika looked at the person with confusion trying to figure out who was it. While Mahi waved a hand in air. Shivay understood the sign and took Aavyan away to the hospital.

"Kaha tha na Aavyan ko kuchh mat karna ab dekh tere saath kya hoga" She said taking his hunter and wiping it once as Rudra gulped down scared of her.

In The Hospital

Ishika was pacing outside the ICU as Shivay looked at her trying to find a way to calmn her down before she hurts herself.

"Ishika shaant ho jaao kuchh nahi hoga mein hun na. Sab thik ho jayega" He said standing in her path. Tears dropped down her eyes as she let herself fall forward in his arms and hugged him tightly.

"Unhe kuchh hogaya to pata nahi mein kya karungi" She said fisting his shirt. Shivay was taken aback by her actions but wrapped his arms around her as she melted in the embrace.

"Kuchh nahi hoga Ishu mein aur di tumhare saath hai dekhna wo bilkul thik ho jaayenge" He said rubbing her back. Realization hit her as she stepped back, pulling away and blushed furiously, refusing to meet Shivay's eyes.

The doctor stepped out of the ICU and she immediately rushed to him asking him about her brother.

"Patient ab thik hain, unke sir pe jo chot lagi hai use brain ko shock lagaa hai lekin ghabrane wali koi baat nahi hai aap chahen to unhe ghar leja sakte hain kal subh. Bas dhyaan rakhiyega ki wo davaa time se lein aur apne dimag pe zor na daalen. Is waqt unke mind pe pressure daalna ya unhe pressure daalne dena unke liye jaanlewa ho satka hai" He said as Ishika nodded and Shivay went to buy the medicines.

Ishika entered Aavyan's room and sat beside him holding his hand. She clenched her teeth and sweared in her mind that know she will do everything in her power to pull him out of the hell he has been living in.

Her line of thoughts broke when someone kept a comforting hand on her shoulder. She looked up and smiled at the person standing infront of her.

"Kya kha doctor ne" Mahi asked looking at a sleeping Aavyan and then back at Ishika who explained everything to her.

After the explation was done her eyes fell on Mahi's hand which had a small cut on it. She immediately took her hand in her's.

"Ye kese hua??" She asked as Mahi searched for a lie to tell her instead of the truth.

Flashback

Mahi was beating Rudra ruthlessly with his own hunter. Maybe she was not in love with Aavyan but the least she can accept is that she has developed a soft corner for the curly headed guy.

Seeing him hurt pissed her off to no extent. Her blood boiled only buy seeing a singal minor scratch on him.

Just as she was about to wip Rudra again he took a glass and turned to break it on her face but she shielded her face by keeping her hand in the way. Making the glass break on it giving her a minor cut.

She growled lowly making Rudra's eyes widened and he started backing up as she took out a dagger from her suit.

Just as he was about to stab him her earpiece buzzed and she pressed it picking up her brother's call.

"Di mere hisaab se aap ko hospital aajana chahiye" He said as she hmed in reply.

"Jo hua hai use yaad rakhna" She said throwing th hunter on him and the jumping out of the nearest window.

End Of Flashback

"Wo kaam karte waqt paper cut lagya. Koi badi baat nahi hai" She said pulling her back as Ishika nodded reluctantly.

"To tum log usi ghar jaaoge na jo company ki taraf se hai?" Shivay asked as they sat in the hospital cantine the next morning.

"Haa..." Before Ishika can intrrupt Mahi spoke

"Nahi tum dono hamare saath chaloge hamare ghar" She said Shivay's raised a brow at her but she just brushed it off.

"Mein formalities puri karke aati hun" Mahi added leaving. Ishika turned to Shivay with a big smile and excited face.

"Yaar tumhari behen to wakai pyaar karti hai mere bhai se" She said as Shivay gave her a nervous smile. He can't tell her the truth it will shatter her heart into pieces and he will not let that happen at any cost.

"Ek secret bataun bhaiya haina.....wo bhi pyaar karne lage hain Mahi se. Abhi confused hain apni feelings ko leke lekin mujhe pata hai wo unhi se pyaar karte hain aur hamesha karenge" She added with another smile. Shivay's care for her was clawing at his chest to tell her the truth but he can't. He will not go against his sister not even for his love.

"Achha mujhe to pata hi nahi chala" He said as Ishika laughed at his fake thinking expression.

"Chalo yahan se formalities ho chuki puri" Mahi said as took the car keys from the table and walked out of the hospital.

The whole way she kept an eye on Aavyan through the rare view mirror while he also kept stealing glances at her. Shivay was witnessing the whole situation was confused by his sister's action, if she doesn't love him why is she going out of the way for him.

The car came to a stop infront of a huge mansion guarded by many men as if a it was a queen's palace.

Mahi was the first one to get out of the car followed by Shivay and Ishika who helped Aavyan walking.

As Mahi and Shivay walked in the guards wished her while clearing her path. Ishika observed her surroundings while Aavyan only focused on the beauty leading them.

After everything was settled Mahi knocked on the door of Aavyan's room and entered the room when she heard a melodious flute tune instead of a reply.

Aavyan looked at her while playing the melody as she just stood there lost in those beautiful hazel obrs. They held such kindness and purity that she smiled automatically. No matter how mich she plans out her behaviour one look in those eyes and her every plan comes crashing down.

Her trance was broken when.....
