Best quote for Madhav and Mahi's relation^

Location: Khilchatra

Mahi was standing in her room by the window looking at the cloudy sky. She has talked to Haseena but nothing worked so now she has to adopt a more harsh method.

She looked as the clouds seperated the Sun and the Earth just as Khalid seperated her and Madhav.

The said king appeared behind his love who was lost in her thoughts. He watched her for a while and smiled as his eyes fell on one strang of her hair standing out from all the others. He sighed remembring a beautiful memeory.

Flashback

Mahi was sitting infront of the mirror trying to tame a strang of her hair. A frustrated sigh left her lips as she gave up.

Madhav entered the room and chuckled seeing Mahi sitting infront of a mirror with a cute pout on her face.

He came and stood behind her as their eyes met through the mirror. Mahi's pout melted away as she smiled at him and stood up to face her love.

"Arya aap yahan?" She asked excitment clear in her voice. Usually Madhav is busy in his duties as the king at his hour of the day so they don't meet each other but today he himself came to her which made her happy.

"Haan wo saare kary sampan ho gaye to hamne socha aapke saath hi samay vyatit karlen" He said as she nodded like a excited kid.

"Kintu pehle aap hame ye bataiye ki hum jub kaksh mein aae the to aap itni krudh kyun thin?" He added moving his eyebrows in a questioning manner.

"Dekhiye na Arya ye lat aapne us din holi par bhul se kya khol di ab sawarne ka naam hi nahi le rahi hai" She said once again turning to the mirror and trying to push it back but failing.

Madhav chuckled at her antics and sat her down. He bent down and looked at her through the mirror.

"Hum sawarn den?" He asked in a raspy voice sending a pleasent shiver down her spine. She lowered her lashes and nodded in agreement. Her eyes slipped closed as she felt the soft and loving touch of his fingers.

He put the strang behind her ear and it surprisingly staid that way. He smiled seeing Mahi has still not opened her eyes.......

End Of Flashback

"Mahi" He whispered softly as Mahi who was lost in her thoughts snapped out her trance and looked around as if someone called her.

He slightly blew at the loose strang making it move as Mahi tried pushing it back.

This continued for a while with Mahi getting irritated and Madhav enjoying her cute angry expressions.

This little game of theirs came to an end as Madhav suddenly became serious and looked at the door and a second later various maids entered the room with lehangas, jewellery and many other things.

"Sultan ka aadesh hai ki aapka purn solah sringar kiye jaaen" One of them said as Mahi fumed in anger.

"Aapke Sultan ki mati bhrasht ho chuki hai hum vidhvaa hain solah sringar ka na hume adhikaar hai na ab sajne sawarne mein ruchi hai hamari" She spat out in disgusted voice.

"Maaf kijiye lekin Sultan ka hukum to maana hoga" The maid replied and stepped forward holding a beautiful blue lehenga.

Blue.....that colour reminded her of Madhav it was his favourite colour. The colour of his love which he applied on her soul and it will only wash away after she dies.

She observed every plate containig something or the other and what angered her the most was that it even contained the things married women are suppose to wear. As if Khalid wanted her to dress up as HIS wife.

After she saw the vermilion (sindoor) and mangalsutr in last tray she lost contorl and threw the plate away making it land in Khalid's feet who was about to enter the room followed by Haseena.

"Hum jaante the ki aap esa hi kuchh karengi..........lekin sherni ko vash mein karna hume bhi aata hai" He said and stepped inside room and closer to Mahi.

Just as the distance between them decreased from seven foot Madhav waved his hand in air and a strong wind rushed towards Khalid making him take some steps back.

"Ek ghayal sherni ko chhed rahe hain aap Sultan kahin iska muly aapko apne prano se na chukana pade" She replied in a calmn tone. While just  the mention of her beloved's death scared Haseena.

"Begum sahiba" Khalid said bringing her out of her trance.

"Ji Sultan" She replied

"Ab yeh aapki zimedaari hai ki jab hum sandhya mein lauten to inka purn sringaar hochuka ho anyathaa aapka aur hamara sambandh sada sada ke liye samaapt" He declared and exited the room.

The maids brought the same things to her room again. Haseena asked them to keep it on the bed and the dismissed them. Madhav decided to step back and let Mahi handle Haseena.

"Rani sahiba hum jaante hain ye aapke ke liye kathin hoga kintu ye sringar kar lijiye hum apne shohar, apni mohabaat ko nahi khona chahte" She said in a pleading tone as a sad smile appeared on Mahi's lips.

"Kyun nahi khon sakti aap apne shohar ko? Sirf aapka prem hi to dur hoga aapse, sirf shvaason ka bhoj leke hi to aapko jeevan jina hoga....keval apna sab kuchh hi to chhin te hue dekhna hai" She said bitterlly.

"Aur isme aapka hi laabh hai aapko wah drishya nahi dekhna hoga jab aapke shohar tadpenge, apne prano ki bheek maangenge humse, hamare charno mein gir shamaa yaachna karenge.....jab hum apne inhi haaton se unhe mrituye denge....jab hum..." Before she can complete Haseena spoke up.

"Bas kijiye.....Allah ke liye bas kijiye......hum mohabaat karte hain unse.....is trah ki baaten suna bhi hame pida de raha hai" She said closing her ears.

"Pida ho rahi hai aapko?" Mahi said as her features softened and Haseena removed her hands.

"Apne shohar ki mrityu ke khyaal matr se pida ho rahi hai......to sochiye hum par kya beeti hogi jab aapke shohar ne vaastavikta mein hamse hamare Madhav cheenliye" She roared as the memory of Madhav's lifless face flashed in her mind.

"Humne bhi apne pati se prem kiya tha...hum bhi ubke saath jeeva vayatit karna chaahte the....hum bhi apni khushiyaan chahte the. Kintu aapke shohar ne hamare roop ki charchaen suni aur hume, apne hi bhraata ki vivaahita to paane ke liye chhal ka pryog kar apne bhai ke hi praan le liye" She said as she fell on her knees as sobs left her mouth.

Haseena left the room as Mahi looked towards the jewellery and lehenga kept their and wiped of her tears.
