Daksh reaches his hotel and asks for his room at the reception. Checking the details, the receptionist gave him the keys and a bellboy took his luggage and led him to the room.

The boy opened the door of his room and entered, he safely kept Daksh's luggage in a corner, Daksh paid him a handsome amount to which the guy smiled and left the room. Daksh locked the room from inside and moved into the washroom to get fresh. 

Taking a quick shower, he came out after 10 minutes while wrapping a towel around his waist.He took out his casual clothes from the bag and wore them. He then laid down on the bed to get some sleep as he was tired and also he had to look fresh the other day to attend to the patient.

Here in Mumbai..

Ruhana was shocked to see the list given by Daksh. In anger, she marched to Dr Mathur cabin to inquire about it. Reaching there she knocked on the door.

'Come in!' Dr Mathur shouts from inside, allowing her to enter. Ruhana entered his cabin and stood before him across the table.

'Yes Dr. Ruhana!' Dr Mathur asked, his concentration on the papers lying before him on the table.

'What is this Dr Mathur?' Ruhana asked angrily, showing him the paper.

Dr. Mathur looks up at her and then the paper
'What?? Kya hai ye? Aap itne gusse mei kyun hai??" He asked confusedly, finding the lady angry.

'Aapke Dr. Shergill ki wajah se. Wo khud toh Pune gaye aur iss paper mei kuch bhi ulta seedha likh gaye.'' She spoke fuming in anger.

'Hai kya issmei?' Dr Mathur asked again as he wasn't getting anything, why is she angry over Daksh? 

'Ye vineet ka time table hai jo wo mujhe de gaye, unka kehna hai main ye follow karu. Aur likha kya hai issmei. Subha uthte hi coffee, 9 baje nasta wo bhi aloo ke parathe, ek baje lunch jo hai chawal dal aur do sabji. Fir sham ko 4 baje nasta, pasta. And then raat ko 9 baje khana Roti aur Matar paneer. Vineet patient hai ki tourist, usko ye sab khilayenge toh recover kaise karega?'' Her anger was on peak as she shot glared at Dr. Mathur.

Dr. Mathur let out a sigh
'Relax Dr Ruhana relax, aapka gussa samajh raha hoon par issmei main kuch nahi kar sakta, aapko yahi follow karna hoga!' Dr Mathur exclaims, Ruhana was taken back with his reply.

'No doctor main diet chat follows karungi. Dr. Shergill ko kuch khayal bhale hi na ho mujhe hai. Main Vineet ko iss sab mei se kuch nahi dene wali!'' She declared.

'Dr. Ruhana aap samajh nahi rahi, Vineet inke siwa kuch nahi khane wale. Aap zabardasti karengi toh wo khana chod denge par diet food kabhi nahi khayenge!'' Dr Mathur tried to make her understand but she wasn't ready. 

'Aisa kuch nahi hoga Dr. Mathur, Vineet ye follow karega, main karwayungi!" She said in a determined tone and left the cabin without waiting for his reply.

'Vineet toh ye khane se rahe, Bhagwan bachaye Dr. Ruhana ko Dr. Shergill ke gusse se." Dr Mathur thought, shaking his head in dismay.

What can he do when the lady is not ready to obey the command? It's obvious she'd be scolded by Daksh at the end as Vineet won't eat anything except what he wants and if she forces him then he may stop taking his meal and Daksh will never appreciate any such sort of thing.

He himself may shout over his brother or at least show that he doesn't care for him but whenever the latter is in discomfort or is in problems, the former is high on heels to protect him.

Dr. Mathur knows, at the end even though Ruhana's intention is for good she would be scolded by Daksh.

Dr. Mathur sighs and concentrates on his work.

Next morning

Pune

Daksh woke up with the ring of his alarm. He grimaced and stretched his body and opened his eyes. The view outside seems calm and serene, the weather is neither warm nor cold, it's something what people call romantic. Unfortunately he can't feel the same, his heart is shattered in pieces such that he knows he will never be able to put all the broken pieces together.

Daksh let out a deep breath and hopped out of bed and moved to the washroom to take a bath. He came out after 20 minutes taking a shower and  wore his formal dress and ordered a coffee for himself.

He took his seat on the couch and waited for coffee. Meanwhile, he switched on the television and turned on the news channel. The date flashing on the television screen which stunned him, he bit his tongue.

'o god, main aaj ka din kaise bhul gaya? Vineet toh meri jaan hi le lega!" He murmurs and immediately dialed Vineet's number but it was switched off.

'urgh.. Iska phone kyun switched off hai? Koi nahi shaam tak toh wapas chala hi jayunga fir baat karta hoon!'' He thought and kept back his phone.

At the same time the doorbell rings, he opens the door and finds a bellboy standing with his coffee. Daksh moved aside, the guy entered and he placed the coffee on the table. Daksh gave him a tip to which he smiled and took his leave. Daksh had his coffee and then left the room after a moment to check on the patient.

......

Here in Mumbai..

Vineet woke up with some disturbances around. He opened his eyes and looked around, a cleaner was cleaning the room and was humming a song. Vineet tries to sit up but fails, he attempts several times but the result remains the same, he gets irritated because of his unsuccessful attempts and shouts at the cleaner.

'hoy, jao kisi ko bula ke lao!" He ordered him, and the cleaner went out to call someone. After a while he returned with a doctor. The doctor asked Vineet about the matter.

'mujhe washroom jana hai!" Vineet told me making an unpleasant face as he feels awkward to tell such things to others. But then at the moment he doesn't have any other option.

The doctor helped him in getting down from the bed and took him to the washroom and when he was done the doctor took him to the bed and comfortably made him sit after which he left his room only after getting assured that the guy doesn't need anything else.

Vineet took his phone only to find it  was switched off. He sighs and places it back on the table. Vineet asked the time to the cleaner who told him both the date and time. Hearing the date Vineet was stunned and realized that Daksh hasn't tried to contact him yet even though it's their big day.

'ye bhul gaya kya? Huhhhh aane do fir batata hoon usko!' He thought gritting his teeth, when again another realization hit him. As Daksh is out of station, Ruhana is going to take care of him. The thought only excites him.

'Waah!! Main toh bhool hi gaya tha, aaj Bhabhi mere saath rehne wali hai. Lekin abhi tak aayi kyun nahi?' He thought and at the same time Ruhana entered, making him smile wider.

"Good morning Vineet!" She greeted him, as she moved towards him.

'Good morning bhaaaaa.." He was about to say bhabhi but jerked his head, he can't call her by such name as she and Daksh are not even in a relationship now but it's okay, he'll make her fall for his brother one or the other day!!

"Good morning Dr. Rihana!' He corrected himself and smiled at her widely. He was happy that today he will be able to spend some time with her and probably may get some information why she and Daksh broke up.

'Aacha aaj kuch naya kare!' Ruhana asked, she needed to change his duet. Vineet looked at her confusedly.

'I mean, roz ke routine se tum bore ho gaye hoge. Aaj tumhara routine change karte hai. Kuch aur khate pite hai. What do you say??" She asked with a constant smile, Vineet took it otherwise.

' kuch aur!! Kuch new items??" Vineet asked excitedly.

'Yes! New items khayenge, Chalega na tumhe? Wo kya hai na tumhare bhai toh wahi boring sab likh ke gaye aur Dr. Mathur bhi chahte hai main tumhe wahi sab dun par main kuch alag khilana chahti hoon tumhe. Aab ye tum batao, tumhe khana hai kuch new?" Ruhana questions him, she knows if she directly tells him about the diet plan he would refuse to even take a look so she had to play a game with him.

'Chalega chalega, Jaldi do! Waise bhi main khud roz wo kha ke bore ho gaya hoon aaj kuch new khayenge toh maza aayega!!" Vineet exclaims like a five year kid.

Ruhana smiles and moves out to get breakfast for him. Leaving a super excited Vineet behind who's curious to try new things.

'Waah!  Bhabhi toh new - new dishes khilane wali hai, Maza aayega!!" He talks to himself as he  eagerly waits for Ruhana. 

Ruhana returns after a few moments with a ward boy who has a tray in his hand.

'Aaj toh dawat hai meri!" Vineet thought, gazing at the big try which is covered at the moment.

The ward boy placed the tray on the side table. He then placed a folding table on the bed and kept the tray over it. Vineet looked at the dishes and then at her as all the dishes were covered.

'Inko cover karke kyun rakha hai?" He asked her, curious to uncover them.

' taki ispe flies naa baithe isliye., flies khane ko pollute kar dete hai " She informs him and secures her seat opposite to him.

' tum khud kha paoge?"' She asked in concern as she had seen Daksh feeding him the other day. He shook his head negatively, she smiled.

' koi nahi. Main khilati hoon!" She exclaims and grabs the glass which contains some green coloured juice.

'Ye kya hai?? Green mango juice??" Vineet asked happily, looking at her.

She forwarded the glass near his mouth 'saying, 'nahi!! Ye karele ka juice hai!" She told him to which his face fell and he moved back his face.

'Eww! Main ye nahi pine wala! Karela, chii' He makes faces.

'Mujhe meri coffee chahiye!" Vineet declared.

'Coffee tumhari health ke liye thik nahi hai. Thik ho jao fir wo pi lena abhi isse pi lo!' Ruhana said convincingly, forwarding the glass near his mouth.

Vineet kept his hand on his mouth to avoid even a drop.

'Vineet zid mat karo, chalo finish karo isko!' She removed his hand from his mouth.

'Nahi, main nahi piyunga ye juice! Mujhe cappuccino chahiye!!" Vineet said stubbornly, pushing away the juice.

'Koi cappuccino  kuch nahi milega jab tak tum ye nahi pitte!" She states, eyeing him.

'Chalo muh kholo apna!' She placed the glass near his lips as by now she knows if she doesn't force she won't take it.

'chiii kitni gandi smell. Main nahi piyunga!" He shook his head, reacting as if he would throw up any moment.

Ruhana eyed him
'Ye toh sach mein baccho iss zid kar raha hai, Kya karun!?' She thought  for a while and then said,

'Thik hai, agar tum ye juice aur nasta khatam kar lete ho fir main tumhe coffee dene ka sochungi!' She says, trying to bribe him but the guy is not an easy go player.

He removes the cover from the bowl and makes faces 'chiiiii, fruit salad!" He looked up at her. ''Main ye nahi khata mujhe parathe chahiye!" He declares.

'Koi parathe nahi milenge. Ye juice aur salad hi khana padega. Muh kholo apna aur piyo isko chup chap!! She scolded him.

'Main ye nahi pine wala kissi kimat pe. Le jao, mujhe nahi chahiye kuch!' He turned his face to the other side, threatening her that he won't eat if she forces him to take it.

'Thik hai le jaati hoon, socha tha sirf breakfast change karungi but aab lagta hai lunch aur dinner bhi change karna padega!' She spoke looking at him through the corner of his eyes. She was trying to scare him.

He turned to her and looked at her sharply as if telling her she would have to pay for this to which she reciprocated with i-will-see-that look.

Vineet let out a sigh and tried to take the glass from her hand but wasn't able to.

She helped him and he drank the juice making faces..

She then fed him the salad.

'Bahut badi galti kar di, Dr Mathur ko hi rakhna tha. Inka patch up toh main thik ho ke bhi karwa sakta tha. Daksh, kahan hai tu!' He almost cried under his breath as she continued feeding him with the salad.

After feeding him, she helped him in lying down and covered him with the sheet.

'I know tumhe juice ya salad pasand nahi hai but agar tum ye khaoge toh jaldi thik ho jaoge nahi toh wo sab fried aur spicy khane se hospital mei hi rehna padega bahut din tak. Issliye abhi thoda sa adjust karo, thik hoke jo khana ho kha lena!' Ruhana said in a convincing tone while patting his cheeks and taking her leave.

'Ye sach mei dangerous hai, Daksh sahi bola tha iske saath deal karna aasan nahi hai!' Vineet thought as he stared at her leaving the room.

Later in lunch also, the food was not of his taste. It was simple dal khichdi. He refused to take it, she again played some tricks and made him eat. Vineet glares at her while she giggles.

'Tum jitne bhi nakhre kar lo par khana toh tumhe diet food hi padega!" She thought as she fed him lunch that very day.

Evening time

Vineet was impatiently waiting for Daksh as doctor Mathur has informed him that Daksh has landed in Mumbai and will be joining them in a moment.

Vineet has decided to complain about Ruhana and Dr Mathur who didn't stop her from doing all that stuff. 

When the door of his room was open, he excitedly looked up thinking it's Daksh but his smile vanished as it was Ruhana who had entered with a tray. Vineet immediately closed his eyes pretending to be asleep. Ruhana smiles at his act and sits on the stool.

'Vineet, see main kya layi hoon tumhare liye, utho!' She said tapping on his shoulder.

'Main so gaya hoon!' Vineet replied, closing his eyes tightly.

Ruhana laughed at his words, the guy really has a good sense of humor.

'aacha tum sote time bhi bolte ho?' She asked, Vineet bite out his tongue at his foolish behavior.

'dekho main kya laayi hoon!" She insists on having a look, Vineet opens his eyes and turns to her.

'main salad karele ka juice ya koi aur diet food nahi khane wala!' Vineet declares, rolling his eyes.

'uffff koi toh bahut gusse mei hai. Itna gussa health ke liye aacha nahi Mister!' Ruhana tried to cheer him up.

"Main Daksh ko bata dunga, mujhe tricked karke diet food khilaya!" Vineet said, making faces.

Ruhana laughed 'bata dena, main darti nahi uss se!"' She replied and winked at him. 

'chalo aab sakle banana band karo. Dekho meine abhi ke liye diet food nahi layi hoon, mujhe malum hai aab tum kuch khane wale nahi ho issliye main halwa layi hoon tumhare liye, See!' She opened the cover. Vineet's face glows up to see halwa in the container.

'halwa wo bhi gazaar ka, Khilao jaldi!" Vineet requested her like a kid.

Ruhana helps him in sitting and feeds him. A smile appeared on his lips.

At the same time, the door gets open and both look in the direction. Raunak entered, he smiled at them, Vineet looked at him confusedly as if trying to recognize him.

'Ye kon hai jo mere room mein ghus gaya??" Vineet asked Ruhana.

'Mera fiance!" She replied and pinned her lips in a thin line. Raunak marched towards them.

Vineet looked at her and turned her face towards himself..

'Acha nahi hai, mujhe pasand 'nahi!" Vineet told her as he pouted.

Ruhana smiled lightly,'' mere parents ko hai aur mere liye itna kafi hai, unki khushi mere liye sabse jyada important hai!!" She replied in a soft tone.

Vineet realized her body language suddenly changed when Raunak walked in the room.

'Kya baat ho rahi hai?" Raunak asks as he stands beside Ruhana.

Some images flash in front vineet eyes.

'Hum kabhi pehle mille hai kya?" Vineet asked suddenly, Raunak grew worried but managed to smile.

'Nahi.. Nahi toh... main toh... pehli baar mil raha hoon!' Raunak replied, managing a normal tone.

Vineet nodded but wasn't satisfied.

'Madam aaj wapas jana hai ki nahi?'/Raunak asked Ruhana changing the topic.

Ruhana nods slightly
'Dr Daksh aa jaye fir chalte hai.' She said to which Raunak nodded.

'Tum shayad khila rahi thi. Please continue main bahar jaata hoon!" Raunak said with a sweet smile and marched towards the door with a smirk.

'Khao vineet khao, Ye tumhari zindagi ka aakhri halwa hai, iss ke baad tum sidha upar jaoge! He moved out with an evil smile gazing at Vineet one last time.
