SHIVIKA'S HOME

Shivaay was sitting in the hall with his hand on his head. He was really tensed.

S(thinks)- How will I tell this to Anika that her mom tried to kill her? She always thinks that her family does not love her and now it is proved that they don't love her. I don't know how will Anika react when she will get to know the truth. Anyways, first I have to go and punish that Swetlana for hurting my Anika.

He immediately calls Prinku.

S- Hello Prinku. Can you and OmRu come to my house and take care of Anika because I have to leave for some urgent work.

P- Ok, bhaiyya. I will come there with Rudy bhaiyya as Om bhaiyya has already left for his art gallery.

S- Ok. Come fast.

P- Yes. We are coming.

After sometime, Rudra and Prinku reached Shivika's house.

S- Its good that you both are here. Ok guys I am leaving. Please take care of Anika.

R- But what is so important Bhaiyya that you are in so much hurry?

S- I can't tell you now but soon you will get to know.

Rudra nods in understanding.

P- Don't worry bhaiyya, we will take good care of bhabhi.

Shivaay smiles at her and leaves for police station.

He finally reached police station and goes towards ACP's cabin.

S- Hello ACP Sir.

ACP- Oh hello Shivaay.

S- Sir, are you sure that the main culprit is Mrs. Swetlana Malhotra?

ACP- Yes Mr. Oberoi. We have many proofs that she is the main culprit. The car which did the accident belongs to her. We even saw the CCTV footage of the camera which was placed there in the temple and her face is clearly visible. There is no chance that she can escape because all the proofs clearly state that the culprit was Mrs. Swetlana Malhotra.

Shivaay nods.

S- But they are very rich people. What if she gets bailed?

ACP- There is no chance of bail Mr. Oberoi because the proofs are solid and there is no other way to prove that she is innocent. If the crime is proved then bail is not approved. (A/n- I am sorry but I don't know much about law. So I apologise if I am wrong. It is totally my imagination).

S- Ok. So lets go and arrest her. I want to see her behind the bars then I will be satisfied.

ACP- Firstly, you have to sign the FIR, then we can go and arrest her.

Shivaay nods and signs the documents.

ACP- So we are leaving to arrest her.

S- Sir if you don't mind, can I come with you?

ACP- Sure.

They leave from the police station.

After sometime, they reach Malhotra Mansion.

Shivaay enters the mansion and moves towards the hall where a party was going on in full swing. Everybody was drunk and swaying here and there on the music.

Tej was sitting at the bar area with some business associates. They were having their drinks and laughing whole-heartedly.

Swetlana was also having her drinks and dancing with some of her friends.

While on the other side, Shivaay looks at Daima who was standing in the corner with tears in her eyes.

Shivaay's anger reached to its peak and he shouted-

S- STOP IT.

Tej and Swetlana looks at Shivaay and smirks. They both stand in front of Shivaay.

T- Look Swetlana, who we have here?

Sw- Oh! Are you here to mourn over your wife's death?

They both laugh evilly. Shivaay also starts laughing and they get confused.

T- Have you gone insane after your wife's death?

S- No Mr. Malhotra. I am totally fine but its your time to lose your sanity.

Sw- What are you saying? Tell us clearly.

S- Have patience Mrs. Malhotra. First of all, let me tell you that Anika is totally safe and healthy.

Sw- WHAT? How is this possible?I mean when I saw her, she was almost dea...

She stops abruptly when she realises that she was about to utter the whole truth.

Tej was also flabbergasted that how can Anika be alive.

Shivaay smirks at Swetlana.

S-What were you saying Mrs. Malhotra? How do you know about Anika's accident? Okay Let me assume that you got to know from somewhere but how do you know that Anika was almost...
Were you present there?

Swetlana was sweating badly. Tej also got tensed.

Sw- What rubbish? How can I be present there?

Shivaay's anger increases and he shouts-

S- BECAUSE YOU TRIED TO KILL MY WIFE. YOU ARE THE MAIN CULPRIT.

Sw- No.. This is not true.

T- What the hell are you saying? First of all tell me who let you inside my mansion? I won't allow such middle class people to step inside my mansion and here, you are shouting at my wife and accusing her. How dare you to step inside my mansion?

S- Your mansion, Really? I think you have forgotten that this mansion, no.. No... Actually this whole Malhotra business and Malhotra mansion was never yours. This belongs to my wife. She is the sole owner of this property after Jhanvi maa. You both have no rights.

T- Oh! Now a middle class person will teach me my rights. I think you have forgotten that why you lost your job and who was behind this. You are not aware of my powers. I have already snatched your job from you and I don't think that you will get another job in Mumbai after my 'sweet' words about you to all the owners of the companies. So stay in your limits and back off.

Swetlana smirks at Shivaay.

S- I did not say a word when you snatched my Job but this time, you took a wrong step, you tried to harm my Anika. And Trust me, I will not spare you after that.

T- Oh! We are scared. (They laugh evilly).

At the same time, police enters the hall.

ACP- You are under arrest, Mr. & Mrs. Malhotra. We came here to arrest Mrs. Malhotra but after hearing your confession, we are arresting you as well. We have already recorded your confession as a proof. So don't worry, there are no chances of bail.

T- WHAT? How could you? Let me call my lawyer.

ACP- Come with us to police station, then you can call whoever you want.

ACP signals the team to arrest them.

Sw- No.. No...You can't arrest me like this.

A lady Constable gets angry and slaps her hard on her face.😂😂 Swetlana instantly holds her face with her hand and the lady constable drags her with herself.

After arresting Tej and Swetlana, they were about to leave when Tej shouts.

T- What do you think Shivaay that after making us arrest, you won? But no,you can never win. What will you do now,huh? You have no job, how will you survive? How will you manage Anika? How will you give her all the comforts in which she was born? Leave all the comforts, how will you give her two-time food in a day, without a job, without money? You lost, Shivaay. YOU LOST.

Tej laughs evilly.

Shivaay gives a blank look. He was standing there numb. Suddenly he feels a hand on his shoulder. He turns back and looks at Daima who was looking at him with tears in her eyes.

D- Are you Anika's husband?

Shivaay nods at her with a smile.

Daima caresses his face.

D- My Anika is very lucky that she got a husband like you who loves her so much.

S- But Daima, I think I am not perfect for her. I can't give her all the happiness which she deserves.

D- You are wrong puttar. You are already giving her those happiness which she deserves. Don't forget puttar, money doesn't matters. The thing which matters in a relationship is LOVE and with love you can conquer the whole world. If you both are together, then you can cross any hurdle in life and will reach the destination without even realising the hurdles in your way.

Shivaay smiles at her and bends down to touch her feet. She keeps her hands on his head and blesses him.

S- Daima, why don't you come and live with us?

D- No beta. Now I am free from all my responsibilities, so I want to go for a pilgrimage.

Shivaay smiles and nods at her.

PRECAP- Anika gets to know the whole truth about her accident.
