Third POV

The Doctor sent Rose to her room to sleep while he worked on the TARDIS. Although Rose wasn't sleepy she did go to her room ... but just not to sleep. Instead she took all the pillows, blankets, chairs, teddy bears, and a few papers and markers ... and built a fort she named 'Fort le Rose'. She spent at least a hour on the name ... the original name was 'Fort Fort' but for obvious reasons she didn't settle for that one. And through all that she had to do she made almost no noise. The Doctor on the other hand had no problem making noise either on accident from a shock from the console or a scream from frustration that he can't fix something. After a few hours he decided to go check on Rose. Once he reached her door he put his ear against the door to see if he could hear her but when that failed he dropped to the floor and checked under the door but something was blocking it. He stood up and decided to knock instead. He lifted his arm, about to knock the door opened but not inwards ... oh no it swung outwards and hit him square in the face, leaving a now growing bump on his forehead. "Doctor!" Rose yelled running to his side. "Are you ok, I didn't know you were there I thought you were fixing the console." Rubbing his forehead he regained his posture, with a bit of Rose's help. "Come on let's go get some ice that might start to grow a bump the size of a golf ball." "Wait wait wait what were you doing and what did you do to the door ... why does it open outwards?" He questioned. "A ... a ... a fort. I asked the TARDIS to switch the door hinges to have the door open the other way ... for it wouldn't disturb or destroy my fort." Rose said looking down. "And I wasn't invited to said fort?" The Doctor put on a mock offended look. "Well in my defense I wasn't done I was gonna get one more pillow but you know ... your face was in the way of the door so ... here we are!" "Well once I fix my face I would be honoured to join you in your fort." "Fort le Rose" She corrected. "What?! Fort le Rose?!" He laughed, "what kind of a name is that?!" "It's better that what you would have named it!" She retorted. "What! Fort bananas would be great name!" "Shut up no it wouldn't!" "Yuh huh!" She shook her head and pulled him towards the galley to get him some ice. Once they returned he decided to run into her room not noticing the fort blocking his way which made him trip and cause the hole fort to collapse. "Oh look what you've done Doctor you completely destroyed it!" "Oh thanks for asking about my well being Rose, thanks a lot it warms my hearts to know you care that I fell." "Oh stop being a sissy and get up will you, I need to build it again." He rose out of a pile of blankets, pillows, and teddy bears and hit Rose with one of the pillows. "You did not just do that!" "Well Rose Tyler it looks like I just did!" And so the pillow fight began. After two or three hours of battle they ended up in the library cuddled up on one of the couches dreaming of their previous adventures.

I would have named my fort 'Fort Allons-y' or 'Fort TARDIS' but you know that's just me ... comment what your fort would be named :3 I love to hear from my readers :3
