If they want to live there permanently, they shall vow not to utter a word about the abilities of the people provonce. They should also visit one month long each year.
The students invited from outside the province shall also vow to secrecy.
Things rare in the modern world are usually normal in the province.
The clans also has particular animals that are connected to them. Such as the cats for the Neko Clan. Owl for the Kashiko-i clan and others would be mentioned in the story. The Tenshukyo Clan is the royal family for they are favored by Celestials. Celestials are the twelve main star/constellation.
