I was back by myself again. The house was quite. It was hard to sleep for the first time in awhile I had to many things going through my mind so much to do before the baby comes
I had several more bouts with nauseousness it Would happen at the most random times
I was headed over to Doogie and Nicole's place for an impromptu dinner with all us girls
Well all but Lane who was still in Mississippi she would be up for Chris birthday and thanksgiving
And we would all hang out then too
It was a pot luck dinner I brought dessert and a side
The main entree was Steak
I brought Mac and Cheese and A  chocolate eclair cake

We ate dinner then helped with the clean up as we washed dishes I got nauseas again but this time I passed out hit my head on the corner of the counter top too
I woke up on the floor with an ice pack on my head
Don't you move I was told when I tried to move
What the hell happened
You passed out and hit your head you are going have one hell of a knot
I tired to move again
Oh no you don't not until the ambulance gets here

Once the medic came in

He smiled so what happened
She passed out and hit her head
He helped me sit up
I got a little dizzy when I sat up
Well I hate to tell you but that cut on your head is gonna need stitches

I was transported to the hospital that I work at
The ER Doc was like Allie what the hell did you do
So I had to explain
He stitched up my head and told me to stay away from counter tops and also said to take the next two days off my head was going to hurt enough with out all the noise of work , he even took upon himself to clear my schedule with both department he's thing was they needed me healthy to work
So not only did I not have to work for the next two days Porter would be home in three and I would be off for a month
I was also told not to drive either for two days
April goes I guess it's sleep over time
Ha hah yes just like Old time
Since my truck was at Nicole's April drove us home , I would get my truck later
I hadn't even gotten in the door of the house when I got a text from Porter

Nicole said you had a shiner and some stitches
Yes I have 30 stitches and a big bruise

Damn you guys are fast with the news I said
Hey we al knew you wouldn't say anything so we did

Get in the house and let's get ready for bed

We got settled in she stayed out on the couch to watch some tv I went to the bedroom
I didn't last long before I fell asleep

The bed shifted hmmm April must have changed her mind
I felt a hand move my hair
April what are you doing

I opened my eyes

By airplane I only have the clothes that I wore today here my stuff is going to be brought back by the guys

Hmmmm darling you might want to stop that the dr said for you to rest not have sex

So that's what we did and it did help a lot .
Falling asleep again wrapped in his arms was what I needed

The morning came and we stayed in bed longer than usual just talking , April heard us and came to join us she sat on the bed.
As we were talking my phone went off with s text
Hey Allie , this Anna I have gone into labor I'm being admitted now so come to the hospital
Oh my god I screamed

She's having the baby we need to get to the hospital
Okay okay calm down let's get a shower first then go
So we got the quickest shower and dressed April did too we all went to the hospital together
I grabbed my ID card so that I could get into the floor
I swiped and we went in
Found Anna's  room
I knocked on the door

I slowly opened the door
She was laying in the bed all hooked up to the monitors
I could I hear the baby's heart beat

About 5 cm and 90% effaced

I'm here because we are adopting the baby that Anna is giving birth too

Anna got her epidural and was more comfortable
We got settled in
I stayed out of the way and let Tammy and Lacey do there job they are one of best
A little after 2 Anna started to push
I took one leg and Tammy took the other
Dr Daniels came in and was setting up for delivery
Within 15 minutes I see a little head start to come out then the shoulders as Dr Daniels eased the baby out they let out a little scream
He flipped the baby up and placed the baby on Anna , she was looking away
As to say she didn't want to see the baby at all
Tammy scooped up the baby took it over to the bassinet to clean up
I wanted to stay with Anna to give her comfort I knew this was going to be hard on her
But she told me go see your baby
So both Porter and I went over
That was when found out it was a little girl
Looks like we have a little sister for Dylan I said
Yes we do
She cried a little as she was being cleaned up
Once done
Hold your little one Tammy said remember skin to skin helps bond
So I took off my shirt and placed her against my chest
Tammy put a gown around me so that I wouldn't get cold and put the blanket across both of us
She whimpers a few minutes then settled down
Porter placed his hand on her back and says
Well Well little one you are so going to be spoiled and loved
Have you thought of a name
Porter replied I think she looks like a Kayleigh
Yes that's perfect I said the middle name is Elizabeth after My best friend and sister
Awe April said thank you Allie I'm so honored
So it's Kayleigh Elizabeth Porter
I smiled when he said his last name with hers
