The pain had reduced over few days but I had to consult doctor for it. It was very difficult for me to even use the bathroom. I had to take leave from exhibition work. I felt sorry for Ralph but he assured that everything was fine  without me.

"Thank you Chadd", I thanked him for collecting all the notes and sitting with me for the past hour to teach me. Our semesters were around the corner and there were some things I had to clarify. Matt was too busy and thus Chadd volunteered to help me.

"How is Danielle?", his face glowed up at the question. "She's great", definitely not the situation, his eyes were clouded. Guys these days.

"You think I can't", I said irritated. Our conversation started with food and we were arguing how long we could go without food. He didn't believe when I said I didn't touch food for two days straight. He ridiculed me saying I was making up stuff. The only thing preventing me from shouting is the fact that we were in the library.

"I did. Can I call Abby?", I raised eyebrows plucking the phone out of my pocket. He laughed, again. "Why would you do that?", he asked dismissing me. "Because I broke up", I sounded pained. Chadd might have got the hint because he cleared his throat and got up collecting all the books with him.

"I got hungry talking about food. Let's get something to eat". The idea wasn't bad so we ended up getting americanos. "Can we go out?", he asked sipping his straw. "Where?", I asked mirroring his action. "Aquarium" and that put a smile on my face. 

It felt like long time being there watching the water and fishes. The warmth inside like water is hugging you. I could feel pressure leaving me. Chadd and I went through the whole area again and again until its time for my shift.

I was surprised to see Connor waiting in front of the library. "Hey Emily", he greeted with a bright smile. My heart almost leaped at the sight of him all sleaky in black.

"Hey Connor. What are you doing here?", I asked surprised. "Came to pick up Ry", he replied with a confused face. "What are you doing here?". Did I not mention to him I was working here? 

"I work here, you know after Ryder's shift", his face morphed into terror. He looked troubled but soon suited it with a smile. 'Oh' was he said before Ryder came out looking at us talking. I continued with my work telling I would talk to him later all smiles, in front of Ryder.

The day was peaceful than I expected. There wasn't much work at cafe either. Matt cooked dinner and Abby went out with Dustin.

The rapid road that Abby was going made me unsettled still I had to be her support. Later that night Abby texted me that she was staying with Dustin tonight. My stomach dropped at the message. Something was telling me to stop her.

I called her to come back but she assured me that she wouldn't get into trouble and I would be first one to call in case of emergency. She even sent the address of the hotel she was staying. Still my gut feeling made me uncomfortable.

I talked to Luke about my idea about going home before the end of the semesters. Matt also agreed with us to visit home before the exams. Obviously Abby had to come with us, that was a given.

Next day, Abby didn't attend the classes. When I was about to leave she wobbled back into the house and she reeked of alcohol. She said she was too tired and wanted a day off.

Must've been a wild night.

Among the past few months I would definitely say this was the most exciting day. I couldn't sit still for a moment in the car. I was in the verge of happy tears for going to see my family. We had to stop in the middle for eating, rest room and driver switch.

"Why are you like that?", Luke asked tired Abby. "My whole body is aching", she replied pressing her hands. "You are spending lots of time alone", I put forth the obvious reason. She blushed red.

God. I can read her mind.

She told me everything that happened minus the erotic things she asked me to fill up for myself. Basically, Dustin took her on a date outside the city. They ate and talked about their likes and dislikes and Abby being overwhelmed of alcohol confessed her love for him. Dustin didn't reply but asked her to stay close with him. So they parked in the nearby hotel and sun rose with Abby  losing her virginity.

She was tired next morning and from then they both would sneak out now and then but mostly Abby disappearing to the neighbors house for an hour or two. 

It was strange seeing her change like this for a boy. Abby had been in a relationships before but never in one she went beyond kissing or went over to the boy. Actually it was the other way around, the boys come to her. 

Now, she was in Dustin's hold. As long she was happy I wasn't going to bother.

My back was sore when Luke dropped me in front of the house. I dropped my luggage infront of the house and ran to the nearby store to buy Oreos for Papi. Only I knew how much taunting it was to keep this a secret.

I caught by breath and rang the bell waiting for some one to open the door.
