" Freeze" Louis shouted as he pointed his gun in the direction of the three gunmen, in desperate hope of stopping them from entering Billy's House. He could not get a clear shoot because of the rising flames.

The explosion caused Louis's hearing become muffled and Louis desperately tried to peek through the rising flames while holding James.

Louis heard a second explosion as he desperately checked for Jame's pulse on his neck. Louis figured the explosion must have been Nick's  car who was watching the back of the house.Louis could not find James' pulse

Louis placed James gentently down on grass.

Louis staggered as he walked towards Billy's front door because the impact of the explosion disoriented him.

"I need backup Now! We have a 10-71 at the safe house bring a ambulance, officer down, officer down! " Louis shouted into his radio. still staggering and trying to point his gun steady at the direction of Billy's front door.

Louis fell down after every few steps.

Louis suddenly heard two muffled gunshots coming from  Billy's house.

"No No No stop!" Louis shouted still pointing his gun towards the door while stepping on the sidewalk of Billy's house.

As Louis walked a few more steps onto Billy's lawn he heard 5 more gunshots echo through the air. Tears began to flow heavy from Louis' eyes.

Suddenly a car starting approaching faster and faster behind him. Louis felt a little relief. As he assumed that it was his back up finally arriving .

The car approached faster. Louis quickly turned around to see an armored car was approaching, heading straight towards the front door of the house and Louis was in its path.

Louis started shooting at the driver's window which did not pierce the glass.The passenger began to exchange fire with Louis.
Louis stood his ground, firing at the passengers(without trying to avoid the returning  fire) in hope of delaying the criminals for even second .But the car still accelerated faster.

Louis quickly throw himself away from the path of car a second before impact. But hit his head against a big rock in Billy's front lawn. Louis felt the warmth of blood flow from his head down to his feet as he slowly blackout.The last thing he saw was the three men get into the car.One of the men Louis saw had a snake tattoo on his neck

Two minutes later Louis' back up finally came to the gruesome scene. Louis laid face down in a puddle of blood still clutching his weapon in his hand, Officer Nick which was engulfed in flames still in his car, and James laying flat on cold ground.
