I snoozed my alarm for the last time and forced myself to wake up..i wasn't late but still took 5 alarms to wake myself up.
I hate to go to college sometimes.. but today is the last day before summer vacation so it's fine. Let's tolerate it for another day. I jumped out of my bed and walked towards the bathroom. After brushing and taking a shower, i walked towards my closet to choose an outfit for today. I wore a black pleated skirt with a grey sweater and a white shirt underneath

After that i walked out of my room and walked into the kitchen.. i saw a plate covered on the table.. i removed the plate from the other one.. and saw it was two sandwiches.. a sticky note was on the side as well..

"Eat it before you leave for college"

Mom made breakfast before going to her office.. i smiled and sat on the table and ate the sandwiches while scrolling through my phone.. after that i walked out of the kitchen and took the keys from the small mug my mom had bought a few days ago.. and she asked me to keep the keys there so that i don't lost it anymore..

After making sure that the door was locked i walked out from there and today i used the stairs to get down. And then i saw a car parked just in front of me.. a guy came out.. Alex.. my best friend.. he came out of the car waving at me and i waved back smiling at him. He was wearing blue jeans and a white shirt. His hair was perfectly set and showed his forehead.. his smile made his jawline look even sharper.. he walked towards me with an open arm and i hugged him tightly..

"Good morning, Alex" i wished as we pulled out from the hug and he opened the car door for me
"Good morning, June" he said and i got in and threw my bag on the behind seat and he walked around to the driver seat and then got it..

"Ready?" He asked and i hummed and he started the car.he got this car as his birthday gift this year.. he was so happy.
He played a lana del ray song. He knows my music tastes very well.. we have been best friends since we were toddlers after all..

He knows me better than anyone else.. but there's a secret of mine that no one knows.. I didn't let anyone know. Not even the air around me..

In some time, we reached our campus. He perked the car and we got out and took our bags..

"We have our first class together, right?" I asked

"Yeah.. thank god that you'd be there otherwise I'd have died out of boredom in that philosophy class" Alex said and i chuckled

Alex is not someone who loves to be in the classroom.. and if it's not an interesting subject then he'll barely be there.. but since we have the same class i always make him do the class properly.

We walked towards our classroom and took a seat in the middle. He sat next to me.. i saw a few girls staring at him. I nugded him with my elbow and pointed at the girls. He smirked and ran his fingers through his hair in a cocky way.. he's handsome and he knows that. I shook my head while chuckling.. and then the professor walked in and everyone got quiet.. he then started the lecture..

Suddenly i got a text from my mom

"Don't go anywhere after class. Me and Mr. Kim Taehyung will be waiting for you. He's coming for dinner"

I read the text and for a second, my heartbeat stopped and then rose up high and again fell quickly.

Mr.kim Taehyung will be at my place? Even that mere thought made me shiver..

I put my phone in my bag and looked at the professor but my focus wasn't on the lesson at all.. my skin felt tingling all over and I trembled with excitement.. it's been so long since I have seen him ..
