School went by smoothly but of course with a few ruckus from here and there which were quickly dismissed.

And Wei Ying searching for a certain Lan Wangji.

"Lan Zhan Lan Zhan!" Wei Ying called out, catching up with the golden eyed teen who was just a few feet away from him "I haven't seen you this entire afternoon y'know!" Wei Ying suddenly hugged the teen who only froze from the action "..Wei Ying" Lan Zhan finally spoke making the other break away from the sudden hug -awkwardly.

"Aiya! Im so sorry I don't know what came over me!" Wei Ying awkwardly scratched his neck as he mentally cursed himself for hugging his best friend and for the love of God attracting a few unwanted attention from the other students who where passing by "There's no need to say sorry between us" The other replied back in a monotone "Lan Zhan! Don't go and say such things, please spare my poor heart!" Wei Ying said in a teasing tone as he dramatically swayed and unintentionally fell unto the other's direction only to be captured by Lan Wangji's arms in time.

"Wei Ying"

"Ah right! Lan Zhan my sweet Er-gege I heard that you fancied someone!"

"Mind telling your best friend who's this lucky lady?" Wei Ying asked emphasising 'Lucky Lady' in the process.

Somehow when those words escaped Wei Wuxian's mouth the golden eyed man stood frozen in sight, having no clue how to respond to such question making Wei Ying more curious than he should be and also making his heart clench just a little bit 'Lan Zhan must've admired this lady way too much that he even froze!' Wei Ying thought matter of factly.

Silence.

No student were passing the corridors and it's just dead silent.

"Aiyo Lan Zhan! Next time if you don't want to tell me you should've said so!" Wei Ying exclaimed breaking the quick silence that filled the both of them a few seconds ago and before Lan Wangji can reason with the other he was suddenly pulled by Wei Ying who was blabbering about buying a few liquor of Emperor Smiles that Lan Wangji can't help but listen.

Unbeknownst to the two of them a certain someone was eavesdropping the whole time.

"What's the point of asking if you already know the answer?" Xue Yang deadpanned making Jiang Cheng wanna throw a chair at someone's face.

Later on both teens walked through the corridors in hope that Wei Ying would be anywhere in sight but in every turn there was no sign of him at all.

"Well I have to go, see you tomorrow Jiang!"

And thus Jiang Wanyin was left to walk home alone.

And then a thought came up making Wei Wuxian grin widely gaining Lan Zhan's attention who raised an eyebrow.

"Say Lan Zhan, if I guess who this person is will you buy me ten Emperor Smiles?"

Whoa did Lan Wangji just gave him the permission to guess who's the person he likes?! Nonetheless he also agreed to buy him ten TEN Emperor Smiles?! This is gonna be fun!

Wei Ying was so shook that he can't even think of someone for a few mere seconds, as soon as Wei Ying gained his senses he was determined to find out who is this person that his Lan er-gege likes!

Lan Zhan looked at him expectantly "It's Jiang Cheng!" Wei Ying said it once again "No" Lan Zhan quickly replied making Wei Ying groan but at the same time glad that it isn't his brother, God knows what would happen if those two are a couple.

Wei Ying beamed at the other's response before brainstorming who this person is. Even tho Lan Zhan's hint isn't helpful at all considering there's a lot of students who like to draw but.. He did say that Wei Ying also knows who this person is and he knows someone who loves to draw all the time.
