They went into the night club and immediately got separated. The girls sat in a separate group while the guys sat in a separate group but they had their eyes on each other.

Karan smirked at himself being ready with the plan. He went to the bar and ordered a coke for himself. He needed to be in his right frame of mind to execute his plan and also to enjoy her reaction.

He spotted an Indian girl who was alone at the bar and went to her and started a conversation with her. He purposely laughed a bit more and gave a sexy smile to the girl and kept looking at Teja from time to time from the corner of his eyes.

He knew that she was noticing him. And he knew that she would blast him.

Soon the girl asked him for dance. He didn't want to. Because first he didn't know how to dance and second he didn't want to lead the girl on. But she understood his dilema and assured him that her boyfriend would be coming soon and a healthy dance won't hurt them. He had relaxed knowing the girl wouldn't think anything else by his gesture and he went ahead and swayed with her holding her waist as she held his shoulder.

They spoke about random things , nothing seducing or romantic and kept laughing from time to time.

After dancing for a good amount of time she hugged him and left for the other side of the lounge where her boyfriend had come and he went and sat back with the boys.

His job was done. Now he could relax.

They had partied there till almost 3 in the morning and after that all of them went out to the parking.

Karan and Teja had no time to interact with each other.

"I saw what you did there....i don't know if you did it purposely to make Teju jealous or you were really having a good time with the girl....whatever it was you were extremely wrong....shame on you...." His youngest sister whispered in his ear as they were about to get into their respective car.

Teja had already sat with his other two sister and brother in law who had still not come out.

He immediately looked over to the car where she went in.

Why would she go there?they had come together in a car right?he thought to himself.

His sister followed his gaze and knew what he was thinking.

"After everything you did you think she would go with you?" She whispered at him angrily. "You ruined the evening for Teju....she hardly even had her dinner...."

"Meenu I...." He started to explain.

"Shut up Karan...." And when she said that he knew that she was angry. Her sister would always call him Sunny. "You are giving justifications for this?"

"Meenu I was just fooling around....i wanted to make her jealous...." He said like a kid.

"Are you in nursery?" She whispered at him angrily.

"I just wanted to know if she was bothered by it or not....how would i know she will be so affected?she keeps fighting with me...." He frowned like a kid.

"Stop behaving like an idiot....even you fight with her....will you not be affected if she goes close to another guy?don't you dare lie because nobody knows you better than me...." She pointed her finger at him. "It is clear that you are not the only one having feelings here because she also agreed to give this a shot....like you would never have agreed if you didn't like her....she wouldn't have agreed as well...."

"I don't have feelings...." He looked away.

"Yeah right...." She raised her brows.

"Fine i have...." He rolled his eyes. It was impossible to lie to siblings.

"She has it too....only if you had the brains to understand it...." She said sarcastically.

"She doesn't or else she would have come and fought with me....after geting affected...." He said angrily.

"Yes keep thinking that because it suits your narrative in your head....she fights you all the time....but she won't fight with you for this...." She said smiling.

"Why?" He asked immediately.

"Because you haven't given her that right to do it....she has no right to come in between you and another girl...." She said looking at him.

"Nonsense....we have agreed to give each other chance for marrying....and she cannot come in between me and another girl?" He asked shocked.

"So you mean to say she can?" She asked raising her brows and tilted her head a bit.

"Obviously she can...." He said impatiently.

"Let her know that....because agreeing to give each other chance doesn't give her the license to get this personal with you and she is mature enough to respect that boundary....because you both have told each other that you are doing this for the family....you have hidden the actual reason of agreeing to this from each other....you ruined her night....she didn't even have a sip of her drink or a bite of food....because you started doing that nonsense right from the moment we entered the pub...."

"Sorry...." He muttered at looked at her sitting in the car. She was talking to his eldest sister with a polite smile on her face while they waited for their brother in law and a few other guys to come out after seeing the bill.

Meenu was right. She looked pale. But still had that smile on while talking to his sisters. Her eyes seemed distant. And he regretted playing that prank.

He was about to walk to the car when meenu held his hand.

"Not here....if you don't want to get slapped by poonam di do not even try....they have not noticed....let's go back first and then talk it out....but talk it out tonight only....don't take fights to bed....she hates it...." She said giving him a stern look and walked towards her car.

He sighed. It was almost 3:30 and a long night to follow.
