Jughead watched from the back of the class as Stiles raises his hand to another question. He,even though he didn't really have a reason,didn't trust Stiles and his friends. Maybe it was just the way they almost seemed to get into or out of trouble or the way when it was announced that Jason Blossom is dead,murdered they immediately turned to each other.

"So,everyone will be partnered up with people you don't normally hang out with. Since all you think you can annoy me,Scott MCCall and Archie Andrews. Betty Cooper and Lydia Martian. Allison Argent and Cheryl Blossom. Stiles Stilinski and Jughead Jones. Kira Yukimura and Veronica Lodge. And the rest of the groups..."

Jughead looked up to see everyone watching each other.
"Of course,you put the two people with the weird names together."

"It's not my fault you two have weird names. And for the last pair will be Issac Layhey and (Y/N) (Y/L/N)...oh it seems to be an odd number. Issac,(Y/N) you will also be with Reggie Mantle."

You looked up at the mention of your name. As everyone turned to you. You were a new student,so no one knew you that well. And you didn't want to be known well. You groaned when everyone started to move their seats around and go to their partners.

Reggie smirked as he walked over. And Issac,walked over kinda emotionless. You moved your backpack off the table. You watched Issac,worryingly.
"Hey,you alright?"

Issac looked at you,giving you a clear view of his bruised eye. You picked your bag up,shoving things around as Issac responses
"Yeah,just something that happened at practice."

Reggie looked at the boy
"You don't play football."

Issac looked at him
"I mean lacrosse."

You looked at both boys,realizing Reggie also has a bruise on his face.
"You got that from football?"

Reggie looked at you,confused. You pointed to the black eye
"What? Oh,no. Huh,this I got when I fought Archie Andrews."

Issac shrugged his shoulder
"I'll help you beat him up if,you help me with Jackson."

You shook your head at he boys,laughing a little
"How about,we work on this,and later I'll help you both with them."

Both boys forced a laugh,and you noticed. But,since you just met both,thought it wasn't your place to point out all the signs. The bruises,the lame covers,the forced laughs. And many more you got from observing them.
You were the type of person to observe instead of,Well basically anything else that didn't involve observing people.
And you knew exactly what was happening with the two boys. You knew the signs.
"So,it seems that the project will have to be worked on more. Like,aside from school."

You looked up,continuing
"So,liberty?"

Reggie and Issac looked up,thinking.
"Yeah,since we can't work on it at my house."
"Yeah,and my dad hates people on the house on short notice,or at all."

You took your notes out,realizing that your group was made of people who,even though nobody knew,all had one thing in common.

You pulled the over-sized sweater over you. Pulling on sweat pants. You rushed out the door,keeping your head down before running into your car,driving to the school.
When you for there you had immediately looked for Reggie and Issac.

You ran up to Reggie,tapping his shoulder
"Have you seen Issac? We need to meet up at the library."

Reggie was about to respond when something caught his attention,you turned to see Issac. He was dressed up in leather,walking in confidently. He walked over to you and Reggie,smirking. Your raised an eyebrow at his actions.
"We are going to met up at the library to catch up. So,what-"

Suddenly,Erica came to his side,changed as well,she patted his shoulder,he followed her.
You stared at them,astonished
"I hope he knows that we are not doing this project ourselves and letting him get credit."

Reggie laughed,
"Yeah,well it seems he's a little busy. Come on,(Y/N),loosen up. You are always so quite and when you do talk it's about the stupid project."

You held your hand up,signifying your reasons
"Okay, A:I'm quite because everyone here sucks. B:Yes,this project is stupid but I can't just not do it,my parents would be upset. C: Why is the MCCall group walking this way?"

Reggie turned around,confused
"Huh? Oh,I have no clue. But,that Lydia chick-"

You rolled your eyes,telling him not to finish the sentence. Scott stopped in front of you
"(Y/N),where is Issac going?"

You shrugged your shoulders
"No clue. Why?"

Scott's eyes widen as he ran out the door,you and Reggie followed him. As well as his little group. You ran to see Issac hop in the back on a car,Erica smiled sliding into the passenger seat. You looked over to see Derek Hale in the drivers seat.
Issac leaned forward,whispering something to Derek. He faced you guys and winked. You glared at Erica,they sped off
"I swear if I fail this I'm killing that bitch!"

Your head snapped up,the teacher had slammed a book in your desk.
"(Y/N),care to share what's so interesting that you are not paying attention in my class?"

"There are many things more interesting. Which are you expecting me to say?"

The teacher glared at you,some of the students laughed. The teacher face grew red with anger.
"As,I was saying. There is a new student,well he has always been in this  school,but just transferred into this class."

You muttered underneath your breath
"What a grave mistake this kid made."

The teacher walked to the front of the room,pointing at the boy who you had seen around school. Liam Dunbar
"This is Liam Dunbar. Now,Can I have someone to expect him into their group."

No one raised their hand. Everyone had heard about his little anger problems. As you were raising your hand Scott's hand shot up. The teacher smiled
"Look,seemed you for two offers. But,since (Y/N) already has two other people,you will
Be with Scott and Archie ."

Liam walked over to Scott and Archie. You zoned out for a while when you felt a tap on your shoulder,you turned seeing Reggie,and whispered,so the teacher doesn't scream at you two
"That Lahey kid left with Derek? Everyone is saying-"

"Yeah,he did. And if we fail this,that kid as well as Derek Hale,are dead. And Erica."

Reggie shook his head
"I don't think you can kill Derek Hale."

You ran up to Scott,Liam and Archie.
"Scott,do you know where Issac is?"

Scott looked at you,confused as did Archie
"Why would be know where he is?"

"She wasn't talking to you Andrews."

You turns around,you hadn't notice Reggie behind you.
"I'll tell him if I see him."

After a week,with the project would take all month. You finally confronted Issac,you hoped the twins weren't around,that had kinda an untrustworthy vibe. You turned the corner to see Issac and Scott along with the twins
"We can take them"

The twins took their shirts off,you were confused when they grabbed each other,somehow shifting in a hideous monster.
"We can take them?"

Scott and Issac ran,but the twins immediately grabbed them,lifting them off the ground,as a reflex you ran up to them,swinging your bag at them.
They turned around,unfazed
"Fuck,why do I feel like that just broke my laptop?"

The twins roared at you,causing Issac and Scott to attack them from he back,bringing them to the floor.
"(Y/N),run!"

You had no clue what to do,so you did run. You turned around,seeing if you could se the twins after you but bumped into someone.
You looked up,seeing Reggie
"(Y/N),you alright?"

You looked back,seeing all four of them gone. You looked back to see Reggie staring at you worried.
"Yeah,I'm fine."

Reggie shook his head as you to began to walk towards the library. You turned,still no one.
You turned your head when you heard footsteps,Issac.
"Hey,guys wait up!"

You both stopped,waiting for Issac
"So,how about Oates is the library we go somewhere to eat and study?"

Both boys shook their head,yes. As all three  of you walked out,you smiled. Soon seeing a smile  on Issac and Reggie.
