*Time Skip: The Night Hour*

Leo's P.O.V.

I woke up to see my 3 fingers still intertwined with Brianna's 5 fingers. We must've slept throughout the whole day, just me and her. I couldn't believe that I held her hand the whole time which made me blush a little. I tried to let her hand go, but she held my hand a bit tighter, and tighter, and tighter.

"No. Noo.. NOO!!!" she said in her sleep. I was worried and I think she's having a nightmare. I got up from the carpet quickly and shook her.

"Wake up! Wake up! Brianna! You're having a nightmare!"

"AHHH!!!!" she screamed and was breathing heavily. Everyone was running downstairs to see her with a tear-stained face.

"Brianna! What's happened, are you alright?!" April started.

"I... I... had a nightmare..." I felt her hand with mine and it was shaking.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" April asked but Brianna shook her head saying no.

"No. I... I... just need to get a cup of hot water to... calm me down."

"It's okay Bre, do you want me to get it for you? I don't want you to get up in pain from your injury." I asked.

"O-okay." she nodded.

"It's okay guys. She needs a cup of hot water to drink up. I'll stay up and be with her. You guys can go back to bed."

"Are you sure Leo?" Donnie asked.

"Of course." I responded.

"Okay. We'll see ya in the morning." Donnie waved to us and we waved back. The rest of the gang went upstairs to go back to bed.

"Okay Brianna. I'll head into the kitchen and get you your drink."

"Okay. Just be careful."

"Don't worry. I will." I said as I was getting up from the carpeted floor.

I went into the kitchen and grabbed a mug from the cabinet and pour the water from the fridge into it. Then I placed the mug of water into the microwave and heat it up for 1 minute. When I took it out, I tested the water with my finger to make sure that it wasn't too hot for Brianna to drink. It was the right temperature and I went back to the living room with her drink.

"Here you go Brianna. I hope this will calm you down."

"Thanks Leo."

I sat back down on the carpet and watched her drink the hot liquid from the mug. When she finished it, I took the mug and washed it off. Then I took my seat back on the carpet.

"Feeling better?"

"Y-yeah." she looked pretty sad and I held her hand.

"Is everything okay? You seem a bit down."

"It was that nightmare Leo. It was about the time I saw the Shredder killing off my mom and dad. I was imagining that if Mars and I hadn't escaped from his grasp, we would have been dead by now. And I failed to save them from him. I feel like a burden to this gang." she said as she started crying.

I felt really bad for her and felt a big, gigantic disappointment bubble in my chest. I gently placed my hand on hers and waited for the right moment to happen.

"Brianna, can I tell you something important?"

"Huh? What is it Leo?"

"I know how hard it is to not be with your family anymore. But life must continue on, and you are not a burden to this team. You should never be ashamed for not saving your parents, but they wanted you and Mars to escape so they can keep you out of danger. They love you for who you are and what you do."

"Yeah. They do, they would actually do something like that."

"Yeah they would. They wanted to protect you, like a truly beautiful blue treasured jewel. Just like you."

"That is 1 of the most beautiful things that you've ever said to me." she said and started tearing up a bit.

"Brianna?"

"I-I'm sorry Leo. I just got a little more tears in my eyes. I'm just very happy to be with you. You guys are my family that I know and love."

"Yeah, you are our family."

"Yeah."

"Hey Brianna, do you wanna cuddle it out?" I asked her as I was holding out my arms to her.

"Okay. At least I can count on you."

"Daw, it was nothing really. I just wanted to cheer you up, now come here you."

"Okay Leo. You win." she said as she got on the carpet carefully and crawled over to my lap. I wrapped my arms around her and she sighed sweetly. Little did I know that the gang was still up and watching me. Donnie gave me a thumbs-up and I gave him 1 back.

"Leo?"

"Hmm?"

"Thanks for cheering me up. I'm feeling happy with you."

"And I'm feeling happy for you too Brianna." I said as I was snuggling to her. I really liked her, liked her, and I wanted to ask her about the walk, so I swallowed the feeling down my throat and spoke to her.

"Um... Brianna?"

"Hmm? Yes Leo? What is it?"

"I was thinking that we should take a walk outside tomorrow to the woods. We can take a walk by the creek."

"Leo, are you asking me out with you?"

"Um... yeah. You can say that."

"Oh, well okay if you say so."

I turned around to the guys and said it was good. They all gave me thumbs-up and left to bed. I turned my attention back to Brianna and said,

"Alright. 1st thing tomorrow morning we're gonna start getting our strength back together. Just me and you, we'll feel better in no time."

"Heh. Okay Leo, you got me. I'll be up before you so we can take our medicine and eat our breakfast."

"Okay. Let's go to bed, its getting late."

*yawn*

"Yeah, you're right. Let's go." she said as she was holding my hand which caused me to blush. We went upstairs to our beds and said good night to each other.

"Goodnight Brianna."

"Goodnight Leonardo."

"I'll see you in the morning."

"You too. Oh, and I'm sorry about squeezing your hand earlier."

"That's okay Brianna."

"Okay. Night." she said as she was snuggling her blanket and closing her eyes, drifting to sleep.

I yawned and went to sleep, dreaming about the walk with Brianna coming up tomorrow. Which I was excited about being with her all day, and doing the things we love to do.

My P.O.V.

'OMG! LEO ASKED ME OUT!! I LOVE BEING ME!!!' I squealed in my mind before falling asleep.
