After Splinter's funeral the turtles and Lizzie visit Karai in the hospital

Mikey: Karai? Karai are you awake?

Karai slowly woke up

Raph: Wow you've seen better days that's for sure

Lizzie punched Raph in the arm

Karai: I could take you Raph even with a broken arm.

Donnie: How you doing Karai?

Karai: ...He's gone isn't he?

None of them said anything

Karai: ...I had a dream that Splinter's gone

Leo: Yes Karai I'm so sorry

Raph: We Karai listen Shredder is still alive. Slash told us that you know where his lair is.

Karai: I-I wanted to help bring him down

Mikey: We need to know Karai before Super Shredder comes after you or Lizzie's mom or April's dad or Casey's family

Karai: It's 20 miles north of here and Liz? Give Shredder a couple of hits from me

The five of them go back to the lair and gear up with April and Casey.

Everyone wore more black while Lizzie put on a black ninja mask and put her hair in a bun.

Donnie made Lizzie a new scythe much stronger then her last one

Leo: Okay based on Karai's intel Shredder has a secret mansion in the middle of the woods. It's heavily fortified and there are traps and Footbots everywhere. We'll have to keep on our toes.

Mikey: Some of us only have three toes so I hope that's cool.

Casey: Eh five toes are way doper

Raph pushed Mikey aside

Raph: Let's take Shredder down

The seven of them made it to the woods

Leo: This is it team. Shredder's mansion is just beyond these woods. Be careful.

They all carefully sneak past the traps and security cameras

Mikey: Ha! These things are a slice of cake and easy as pie. so hungry...

Lizzie: I thought you ate before we left

Raph: at this rate we've got no problemo

Suddenly the elite foot bots ambushed them

They all started fighting but the elite foot bots pushed them all off a cliff and landed in water

Lizzie: almost like landing on your feet

Fishface swam to the surface of the water

Fishface: Do not call me that! Welcome turtles. I will slap you like a salamander! I will fin you like a flounder! I will give you bass to mouth!

He swam back down into the water

Fishface pulled Lizzie into the water

They swim down and battle the elite bots under water. Lizzie grabbed fishface by his tail and threw him onto the surface

Lizzie punched fishface in the face, pulled off his robot legs and took off his breathing tube

The turtles, Lizzie, April and Casey make it to the basement of shredder's new lair but Baxter was already there

Baxter: Fools there is nothing you can do against the Super Shredder! He is perfection itself! My boy Shredder is going to make you-

Mikey grabbed Donnie's retro mutagen and threw it at Baxter

Lizzie: mikey wait-!

Mikey: Eat retro mutagen Buxton Bugbrain!

Baxter turned into a human again

Mikey: Yeah dude! Are you happy or what?

Lizzie knocked him out cold

Mikey: You're welcome Liz

Donnie: Mikey! that retro-mutagen was for Super Shredder. I only have one dose left now thanks!

The group made there way to the dojo but bepop and rocksteady were already there

Bebop: Aww look at this. They think they're entering the Dragon. Whoo hoo! Yeah! Turtles be tripping! You seriously think you can sneak up in our house? This is our house!

Casey: Oh great. Figures Bacon and Bonehead would be here.

Lizzie: I'm surprised shredder didn't get rid of them by now

Rocksteady: Hey we are the Bebop and the Rocksteady not the Bacons and the Bonehead!

Bebop: Shut up Bonehead! Check it out our state of the art super dope training facility and guess what? It's programmed to eliminate freaky deaky Turtles and cats like you!

Rocksteady: and tiny teenage human friends!

Bebop pressed a button and laser starting firing at the team

Rocksteady: Let us crank the puppy up to 11 shall we?

Lizzie: Oh no you don't!

She kicked rocksteady right in the chest and he hit the well

Donnie: Gotta hack the system!

Donnie dodged the lasers and used his T-phone to hack into the system and shut it down

Donnie: yes! How about a little training session B&R?

Bebop: I'm outtie 5000. sham on sham on

Donnie turned lasers back on which fired at bebop and rocksteady

The turtles, Lizzie, April and Casey entered the next room where they encountered Tiger Claw. He now has a robotic arms

Raph: Wow Tiger Claw! Liking the new steel paw look. Pretty cool!

Lizzie: how does it feel losing both arms, your tail and eye?

Tiger Claw: Do not mock me Cat. As punishment I'll take all of your hands!

Leo: Attack!!

Everyone attacked tiger claw at once Lizzie tried to hit him with her scythe but he blocked it with his robot arm

Tiger Claw: Do you feel it girl? You want more revenge now that the sensei is gone?

She cut off both of tiger claws robot arms

Lizzie: so your wrong!!

Leo: You just used your ninth life pussycat!

Lizzie: while I still have all of mine!

Tiger claw press the button and they all fell through a trap door

The seven of them fall outside and are faced to faced with tigers. Tiger claw flew above them with his get pack

Tiger Claw: Beautiful are they not? A tiger can eat 50 pounds of meat in a night

Lizzie: your forgetting something TIGER claw. I'm a tiger to!

Lizzie uses her tiger roar and scared off the tigers

Tiger claw: What?!

Then Lizzie threw a ninja star at tiger claw's jet back breaking it

Tiger Claw: What?! my rocket!

He fell into the water as the turtles and Lizzie made it on the roof. Then a fire started and April and Casey couldn't catch up to them

Raph: Let's finish this

The five of them faced shredder on the roof

Leo: Your time is up Shredder

Super Shredder: I was wrong. I thought after the death of your master that you would flee from the city as you did before. Afraid to face me. Afraid to embrace your fate

Raph: Don't flatter yourself Freak Nut!

Mikey: Yeah! You're not so tough Cheese Grater! We got you

Lizzie: this is your last battle saki!

Donnie: Tonight it ends!

The turtles and Lizzie attacked shredder with everything they had

Mikey used his nunchucks to tie up shredder

Mikey: Donnie!!

Doonie throws the retro mutagen at Shredder but it didn't do anything

Donnie: The retro mutagen has no effect!

Lizzie: but how-?!

Shredder knocked Donnie off the building but April was able to catch him. He did the same with Leo Raph and Mikey but somehow survived

Lizzie: NO!

Super shredder: your outmatched and alone yet you persist for what? Honor? Redemption? Sacrifice? All meaningless!

Lizzie: you forgot one... Justice!

She sliced off a few of shredder's blades

Lizzie: You killed him!! You killed your own brother Saki!

Super Shredder: Splinter was cursed to become a loathsome rat! It was his fate his destiny! Along with your parents!

Shredder grabbed Lizzie by her throat

Lizzie: You will NOT hurt the only the only blood family I have felt!!

Lizzie kicked shredder in the face and let her go

Lizzie: This is for splinter!!

She punched shredder in the heart

Lizzie: this is for Leo!!

She kicked him in the back

Lizzie: this is for my friends!!

She tripped him onto the ground

Lizzie: this is for my mom!!

She sliced him hard in the stomach

Lizzie: and this...

She jumped up into the air

Lizzie: IS FOR MY FATHER!!!

Lizzie cut off shredder's head and the rest of the building caught on fire

Meanwhile the turtles April and Casey saw the building burn down

Casey: I can't believe it!

April: Lizzie!

Raph: she's gone?

Leo: No. No she can't be!

Lizzie walked up to them holding shredder's helmet

Mikey: Liz!

Donnie: your ok!

Lizzie: Shredder... is dead

Lizzie dropped shredder's helmet on the floor

The next day Lizzie and Karai were sitting on top of a building

Lizzie: I'm so sorry Karai

Karai: there's nothing to be sorry about Liz I just wanted to thank you for finishing what no one else could

Lizzie could've asked if karai thought the shredder was really gone or what happened to his minions but that wasn't on her mind right now

Lizzie: how are you feeling?

Karai: I'll be fine

Just then the turtles april wnd casey showed up

Leo: Hey Liz

Lizzie: Hey

Raph: you did it Liz! You ended the shredder!

Lizzie: No. we did

Donnie: So what are we gonna do next?

April: Oh I'm sure there'll be plenty of enemies willing to take Shredder's place.

Casey: Tiger Claw's still out there. The Foot Clan isn't out of the game yet dudes. And Liz? We're good

Lizzie: Thanks

Mikey: Whatever evil emerges we'll be ready cause we're awesome!

Leo: That's right Mikey. And we'll do it together
