turtles thought they stopped the kraang invasion but the kraang were back and teamed up with the shredder

In the shredder's lair Karai turned on a live hologram of the kraang so shredder could discuss his new plan

Kraang: Greetings one who is Shredder.

Shredder: Do you have my shipment?

Kraang: The shipment that is secret will soon be transported to the one called Shredder.

The hologram disappeared and shredder looked at Lizzie

Shredder: Elizabeth you will go with the kraang to make sure nothing ruins my plan

Lizzie: yes father

Lizzie went to the kraang base

Kraang: why is the one none as Elizabeth come here?

Lizzie: the shredder sent me to keep an eye on things. Do you have a problem with that?

She was ready to take out her weapon

Kraang: kraang sees no problem one none as Elizabeth

Lizzie: good

Lizzie's entered the kraang ship and it flies off

During the flight back to the shredders lair turtles jumped entered the kraang ship

Leo: Lizzie? what are you doing here?

Lizzie took out her scythe

Lizzie: keeping freaks like you from stopping my fathers plans

She attacked the turtles but they all dodged making her hit a button that opened a door to a small room full mutagen in canisters

Leo: The shipment! It's muta-

Lizzie kicked Leo in the stomach. During the fight Mikey accidentally hit a button that made part of the kraang ship floor open. The fight pause the Mutagen into fall out of the ship

Turtles: NO!!

Lizzie was shocked at what was happening but stayed focused

Raph: All that mutagen. You guys are the biggest screw ups ever!

Donnie: Well you could've grabbed one single canister!

Lizzie continued fighting Leo

Leo: Lizzie listen to me! Splinter didn't kill your parents!

Lizzie: your lying! Splinter didn't just kill my parents he also killed Karai's mother! I won't rest until I get my revenge!

Donnie took control of the kraang ship and made it fly straight up

Leo: we have to go!

Everyone jumped out of the kraang ship and landed on a foot of a building and Lizzie saw a mutant bat

Lizzie: this isn't over!

She threw a smoke bomb and disappeared

Lizzie returned to the shredders lair to tell shredder what happened

Lizzie: the mutagen fell all over the city because of the turtles but this could be a good thing. Someone already got mutated into a bat

Shredder: the kraang are useless It is time to expand my army on my own.
