"Oh uh.. Haha! Not you! I-I-I... uh I" Jessica stands there mumbling like a crazy person.
"Oh, so you weren't asking me out on a date?"
"No! I-I mean.. I'm sorry.." She looks down.
"It's okay... I would've said yes, by the way." Danny whispers in her ear.
She melts when she feels is hot breath on her skin.
She swallows hard as she watches him walk away with slightly widened eyes.

"Wow! You idiot!" She thinks to herself.

"How are you SUCH AN IDIOT?!" Sarah yells.
"I know! I'm sorry, I froze up!"
"You Froze up! You shut down! You did everything but act like a normal person in front of him! Jessica! That was your chance and you blew it!"
"I know that!.. But did you hear what he said?! He said the answer would be yes!" She smiles big.
"You're so stupid!" Sarah hits Jessica's head with her hand.
"Well I'm not like you! I'm gonna go ask his friend out."
"Go ahead!" Jessica crosses her arms and leans her weight on one leg.
"Oh you think I won't?!"
"I just think you're a whole lot of talk!"
"Really?! Hah! Well, let's just see!" She walks off to talk to his friend.

"Hi, I'm Sarah.. Sarah Paulson. You're cute. Wanna go out tonight?"
"Sure!" He chuckles.
"Cool..." Sarah says as she grabs the back of his neck and pulls him in for a kiss.
She swirls her tongue with his then breaks it and says, "See you tonight." Then walks off.
"My name's Evan by the way! Evan Peters." He shouts.
"Whatever.." She rolls her eyes and continues walking.

"What the fuck?! What did you just do?!" Jessica asks when Sarah walks back.
"I don't know but I liked it! Catch me.."
"What? Oh God!" She says as Sarah falls into her arms.

When Jessica gets home, she walks straight to her room.
"Hey, how'd it go?" Her mom asks as Jessica just goes to her room and slams the door.
"I'm guessing not very well." Jane says.
"Oh God." Dorothy sighs.
"I'll go check on her." Jane gets up.

"Jessie?" She says in a low voice as she knocks on the door.
"Jessica, can I come in?"
"No!" She says in a voice you can tell that she's crying.
"Jess, come on.. Please?  Open the door.. I just want to talk to you."

Jessica opens the door and looks at Jane with tears in her eyes and mascara all over her face.
"Jess, what's wrong?" She hugs her.
"Nothing.. It's stupid!" She turns around and walks to her bed as she cries more and takes a tissue from her bra to wipe her eyes.
"Jess, you're crying!  Please tell me what's wrong!" Jane sits beside her.
"Nothing happened.. I'm just an idiot!"
"How are you an idiot?"

Jessica explains everything that happened and Jane says, "Jessie that's not bad!"
Jessica throws her hands on her thighs and looks at her.
"Okay but it wasn't that bad! At least you know that the likes you and that he'd go out with you."
"Well I was happy about that, but.. He won't after I just stood there and mumbled like an idiot! 
"Jessica, we've all been there.  You just need to be confident in yourself.  You are an extremely beautiful girl and he would be lucky to get to know you."
"You really think so?"
"I know so, sweetie." Jane smiles and rubs her arm.
"Thank you." Jessica hugs her.
"That's what big sisters are for!  Notice how Anne is nowhere to be found?" She scoffs.
"She in college!"
"She could've called!" Jane says making Jessica laugh.
"Now remember to be confident, head up, shoulders back and chest out! Oh and no more tissues in your bra!" She reaches in and takes one out.
"Jane!" Jessica grabs her chest.
"Bombshell! You need a bombshell bra! Tissues are a pain in the butt!" She says as Jessica laughs.
"Now, no more crying! Lange's are too cute to cry!" She smirks and wipes her cheek with her thumb.

About a week has past and Jessica was still doing her best to hide from Danny.
She just couldn't get herself to face him after she embarrassed herself in front of him.
Sarah had gone out with Evan a couple times, so she asked him about Danny.

"Jess, I was talking to Evan and he said Danny really likes you, but he feels like you may not like him."
"Why does he think that?"
"Well every time you two pass each other in the hall, you run away or hide your face."
Jessica sighs and Sarah says, "I told him to tell Danny that you really like him."
"What?!  What would you do that for?!"
"To help you!"
"Well I don't want your help! I'm a big girl, I can take care of myself!" She says as she turns around as soon as Danny walks up.
"Oh! I'm so sorry!" She runs into his chest then looks up and sees his handsome smile.
"We seem to be meeting like this a lot." He laughs.
"Uh.. Yeah!" She says as she laughs nervously.
"Well, I've gotta get to class!" She tries to walk away, but he pulls her back.
"Wait!"
"Huh?" He takes her by surprise.
"Oh I'm sorry!" He lets go of her then says, "It's just... Well I wanted to ask you out."
"You did?"
"Yeah.. I think you're really pretty and I'd love to get to know you better."
Jessica giggles and starts to blush.
"Well then... That might be fun!"
"Awesome! How about we go out to dinner tonight? I'll pick you up around seven."
"Sounds great!" She smiles.

When Danny leaves, Sarah grabs Jessica's arms And yells, "Ah! You have a date with Daniel Huston!" She shakes her.
"I know! Oh my Gosh, what am I gonna wear?!"
"I'll come over to help you get ready!" She smiles.

Later that day when Sarah came over.

"Sarah, my parents are making me bring him in so they can meet him!" She whines.
"Really? My parents could care less! Well I guess they love you more than my parents do me."
"Sarah, you didn't even tell them you've been seeing Evan! You lied and said you were at my house!"
"Oh yeah! Hah, oh well!" She shrugs her shoulders.
"Oh! I almost forgot! I talked to Evan and he said he didn't even have a chance to talk to Danny."
"About what?"
"Remember I told him to tell Danny that you liked him?"
"Yeah..."
"Well he didn't! Which means Danny just wanted to ask you out because he really likes you!" She smiles.
"Awwww!" Jessica smiles and brings her hands to her chest.
"I know! Now let's go pick out what you're wearing!"
