"Okay, deep breathes everyone! Let's just pretend we're a normal family and not the delusional one that we have recently become." Dorothy close her eyes and says in a calm voice.
"Let's pretend that I couldn't easily freak out right now...." She says as she exhales.

Albert walks in and says, "Hey everyone, I'm home!"
"Al! What on earth are you dong home so early?"
"Well I finished what I had to do a lot earlier than expected, so I was able to come home. Hey! Anne! You're home!" He says surprised.
"Hi daddy!" She hugs him.
"What are you doing here?"
"Oh I just wanted to see my family! There's no other reason!" She laughs nervously.
"Well I'm glad that you're here! Hey Daniel!" He shakes Danny's hand.
"Girls, look at this boy. Your sister is with a young man that is responsible and respectful. Find someone like Jessica has.. Someone like Danny." He smiles proudly at them.
"Oh Mr. Lange, I'm not all that! Hah.. I mess up sometimes too." Danny turns red.
"Boy does he?!" George scoffs.
"Ouch!" He grabs his head as Jessica hits the back of it.
"Well you've been dating my Jessie for almost six months now and you have been amazing with my daughter. So, thanks, Danny."
"Oh it's no problem..." He says with a nervous chuckle.
"Yep.. He's great." Jessica smiles with her eyes wide.
"Well Al, sit down and eat! The kids were just heading out!"
"No we weren't." Jane says. "
"Yes you were!" Dorothy gives them a look.
"Yeah, let's get out of here." George stands up.
"Sit down, George!" She gives him a hard look then stands up and walks the others to the door.

"Mom I don't feel like going out. I'm tired." Jessica whines.
"Just go over to Danny's, you girls are making everything way too obvious. Stay there for a while and come back once you've calmed down."
"I can go to Danny's?" Jessica smiles.
"You're pregnant with twins, I don't think you can get into anymore trouble than you already are, Jessica." She pats her head.
"You're right! Hah! Thanks mom!" Jessica grabs her jacket and leaves.
"Well where are we supposed to go?" Anne asks.
"I don't know! Jane, take your sister grocery shopping and grab me a few things."
"Oh mom!  I wanna go to bed, I've have a long day and the drive was horrible."
"Just get out for a little while so that your dad doesn't talk to you!"
"Ugh!  Fine!" She rolls her eyes.

Danny decided to take Jessica to the cabin since his parents were home.
Jessica leaned back in her seat and looked out the window.
Danny looked over at her, then down at her stomach.
She flinches when she feels his big warm hand on her bump, then and turns to him and smiles.
"Sorry!"
"No! It's fine! You just caught me by surprise." She giggles.
"Do you mind if I touch it?" He asks in a worried tone.
"What? Touch It?  It's not an alien!" She laughs.
"Oh Danny, of course not! You know I don't care.. They're yours too!"
He chuckles and says, "Yeah.. Our babies." He stares at her belly then looks up to her and gives her a small smile.
"That's right.. Ours." She smiles and looks lovingly into his eyes.
"You know Danny.. That day we met up here to talk, and you left me... It hurt me.. It was a horrible pain that I never thought you would ever cause me. I was broken and for the first time in my life I felt so alone. I had just found out that I was pregnant.. With twins, on top of that! And when the one person I needed the most.. The one person I needed to just tell me it was all gonna be okay, and that he was there for me, just--just left... Danny, when you left, it broke my heart. I was terrified thinking about how I was going to be raising these babies alone. I never thought you would have done that to me.
"Jessica, I am so so sorry that I caused you that pain! I was stupid and I wasn't thinking of you or our babies. I was thinking of myself and that's it! It hurts me to think about what an ass I was to you.. I hate to think of you being here alone, upset and pregnant. I promise you I will be here for you and these babies. I don't want you to ever think that you will have these babies alone."
"I know Danny. I know that it was the fact that you were shocked, and I forgive you. I just wanted to tell you how you made me feel.. And if you ever make me feel that way again, we're done." She says in a serious tone.
"I know, but I promise you that it will never happen again!" He grabs her hands and looks into her eyes.
"Good!" She smiles and puckers her lips.
He kisses her soft lips, then leans in and gently grabs the side of her face to deepen the kiss.
Jessica quickly pulls away from him as her eyes widen.
"You okay?"
Jessica nods her head 'no' before she jumps out of the car to throw up.
Danny jumps out and runs over to her.
"Don't look at me!"
"Oh Jess, don't worry about it." He says grabbing her hair to old it back for her.

Once she's finished, she wipes her mouth and walks back to the car.
"This is so disgusting!" She sighs.
"I'm sorry I ruined the moment, Danny."
"Jessica, you're fine!  Don't worry about it."
"I just threw up!" She turns to him.
"Jess, you're pregnant! It's okay!"
"I know, but-"
"No but's, it's O-kay, sweetie!" He grabs her hands and looks into her eyes.
Jessica pouts and looks down.
"Look at that little pout." He lifts her chin.
She gives him a tiny smirk, then says, "Danny.."
"What baby?"
"If I blow up like a house.. Will you still love me?"
"Jessica, I'll love you no matter what."
"I'm gonna get so big though!" She says in a sad voice.
"Just more of you to love, baby girl!" He smiles.
"Danny!" She whines.
"Sweetie, it's okay! You're pregnant!"
"But I'm pregnant with twins and my body may never look the same again!"
"I don't care! I love you and I'll love your body no matter what!"
"I just don't want to be a pig with a sexy husband.. boyfriend! Sorry!"
"Well why not husband?" He smirks.
"What?"
"Let's get married." He smiles big.
"Danny, just because I'm pregnant, doesn't mean we have to get married! We're only kids!"
"Kids with twins on the way!"
"Yeah, but Danny.. I'm not ready to get married!"
"Alright... But it was on your mind." He smirks.
Jessica laughs and rolls her eyes. 
"Shut up and take me to get a milkshake."
"Jessica!"
"What?"
"You just threw up!"
"Yeah, and?" She looks at him like he's crazy.
"Nothing! Let's go get some milkshakes!" He smiles.
"Thanks, Danny!" She smiles back.

The next morning both Jessica and Anne were puking their guts out.

"Jessica, breakfast is ready." Her mom comes into her room.
"I can't eat, mom. I'm so sick it's not even funny!"
"Still?! I thought those pills would have worked By now."
"Well they haven't."
"Your sister is sick too... Just stay in your room, your father should be leaving for work shortly."
"Alright." She says as she's gets up and runs to the bathroom.
Dorothy follows her to make sure she's okay.
"My poor baby!" She rubs her back then kisses the back of her head and says, "You see? Momma always told you, sex is bad!"
"Mom! Get out!"

"Where are your sisters?" Albert asks Jane when she and George come down for breakfast.
"Uh, I don't know.."
"What do you mean?"
"They're still asleep." George says.
"Jessica's gonna be late for school!" He looks at his watch.
"I better go wake her up."
"No!  I-I've got her!" Jane stops him.

"Jessica, are you okay?  Dad was wondering where you were."
"I can't take this anymore!" She says laying over the toilet.
"Oh Jess!  Those pills didn't help?"
"No!  Jane, I feel so sick!  I can't do it anymore!" She cries.
"I'm sorry sweetie!" She rubs her back.
"Dads gonna know!  I've been sick for too long!"
"Dad suspects nothing, Jessica!"
"Well I can't do this anymore, I have to tell him." She gets up.
"No Jess, Danny needs to be here when you tell him!" She stops her.
"It's fine, it'll be better if I just tell him by myself. If Danny's here, he'll kill him!"
"Jessica, don't do it!"
"I have to!"
As she walks down the stairs, she hears Anne.

"Dad I have something to tell you."
"No! Don't do it!"
"I'm getting married.... And I'm pregnant."
"You shouldn't have done it!"

"You're what?" Albert raises his voice.
"I'm sorry."

Jessica hears Albert lose it, so she sits on the floor at the top of the stairs and continues to listen.

"Why the hell would she just blurt it out like that?!"

"What about school? You were going to be a doctor! How are you going to do that with a baby?"
"Dad, I'm still gonna be a doctor! It's just gonna be a little harder. Zach is a really great guy and I know you'll like him... I mean, he's no Danny Huston, but he's still good." She chuckles.
Albert just stares at her and doesn't say a word.

"If you bring me into this, you bitch!  I will fucking kill you!" Jessica mumbles to herself.

"Zach?  He sounds like a loser!" Albert tells Anne.
"Well he's not, dad!  I'm happy with him and that's all that matters!  I want you to be okay with this.  I want my daddy to walk me down the isle."
"Where is this Zach?"
"He's not here.. But I'll bring him over soon, so you all can meet him!"
"Yeah.  I wanna meet the man who knocked my daughter up, so I can kick his ass!"
"Oh dad, calm down!"
"No!  No, I will not calm down, Anne!  I can't believe this!  Are you sure you're pregnant?"
"I'm positive.. And I'm sorry.  But it happened and there's noting we can do about it."
"I can kill him." He says with a straight face.
"Yeah?  And what's that gonna solve?  Huh?  My baby won't have a dad.. I'll raise him or her by myself!  You want me to be alone?  Is that what you want?!"
"Oh Anne, your father isn't really gonna kill him." Dorothy says.
"Hah!  Wanna bet?" He turns to Dorothy, then asks, "You knew about this?"
"A little bit.."
"A little bit?  How long have you known?!"
"Since last night."
"Wow... I can't deal with this right now... I-I.."
"Honey just sit down and relax.. Watch some tv..." Dorothy tells him.
"Watch some tv?  Sit down?  I can't even think right now!  I... I just.. Oh my God, I'm gonna be a grandfather.." He says pacing back and forth.

"Great!  How am I gonna tell him now?!  I'm gonna give the man a freaking heart attack!  Plus, if he's upset over her, then he's gonna be fucking heartbroken over me!  I'm his favorite!" Jessica thinks to herself.

Jessica went upstairs to get ready for school, and when she came down Danny was at the door to pick her up.
She tip toes past them and whispers, "I'm going to school, I'll talk to you guys later.."
"Jessica wait!  Did you know?"
"Know what?" She lies.
"About your sister."
"Oh, um.. Yeah.."
"So everyone knew last night and didn't tell me?"
"Al, we had to let Anne do it in her own time."
"... Uh.. Can I go now?" Jessica asks in a low voice.
"Sure.  Go to school.. Go to school, get a good education and don't get pregnant!" Her dad hugs her and kisses her forehead.
"I'll try!" She says with a nervous laugh.
"Oh dad, it would be impossible to get pregnant right now.  Right Jess?" Anne says.
"Huh?" Jessica's eyes widen.
"Anne, shut up!  Go to school, Jessie!" Dorothy tells them.

When she opens the door Danny grabs her bag and says, "Babe, you shouldn't be carrying this heavy thing!"
Jessica's eyes shoot open and she says, "Oh there's no reason why I wouldn't be able to!" She laughs nervously.
"Huh?  Oh!" Danny stops when she motions over to her dad.
"Well I'm just saying, that no beautiful girlfriend of mine will ever have to lift a finger!"
"Aw!  Thank you!" She smiles then says, "See you guys later!"
"Bye, Princess."
"Bye daddy!"
"Oh god!" Anne says under her breath.

During a class Jessica starts to get a sick feeling in her stomach.
"You okay?" Danny whispers.
"Yeah, I'm fine.." She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath.
"What's wrong with Jessica?" Evan asks Sarah.
"She doesn't feel well.."
"No.. I'm okay.." She moves in her seat.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah.. I-I.. No.. No I'm not.." She stands up and goes over to the teacher.
"I'm sick, I've gotta go!"

She runs to the bathroom and barely makes it in time.

When she's finished, she goes to rinse her mouth out in the sink, then looks at herself in the mirror.
Her eyes were puffy from lack of sleep, she had lost weight from being so sick, yet her belly seemed to poke out more and more each day.
She ran her hand over her tiny bump and sighed.
"I love you, but it would have been so much easier if you came after I graduated high school!"

An hour later she walked with Sarah, Evan and Danny to her next class.
Danny wrapped his arm around her and said, "Jessica, you need to go home.  I can tell that you really don't feel well."
"I can't leave.  People will start to talk, and besides, I can't just miss or leave school just because I'm pregnant."
"Shhh!" Danny looks around to make sure no one heard her.
"What?  Are you ashamed of your babies?"
"No!  Of course I'm not!  I just haven't even told my family yet, well besides my sister!  I just don't want them finding out through someone else."
"Oh.. Well that makes sense."
"Hold the fuck up!" Evan stops them.
"You're pregnant?" He looks at Jessica.
"Yeah.. I was gonna tell you at lunch today." She smiles.
"And you two both knew and you didn't tell me?!" He look at Sarah and Danny.
"She's my best friend, I promised her I wouldn't say a word.
"But your boyfriend is an exception!"
"No!  Jess and I are like sisters, and you can't break that!"
"That's right." Jessica smiles.
"Well what about you, Danny?!"
"I was still in shock!"
"Yeah okay, fine!  But you find out what the kid is and I wanna be the first to know!" He points to himself.
"Oh and it's not just one." Jessica smiles.
"Excuse me?" He cocks his head.
"We're having twins, man." Danny tells him as Evan's face freezes.
"Twi- twi- Twins?!" His eyes widen.
"Yep!" Jessica nods and let's out a small chuckle.
"Holy fuck!"
"That's what we said." She and Danny both say with a laugh.
