I'm sorry
Albert closes the door and Dorothy sighs.
"Well.. at least we don't have to worry about her getting pregnant, or doing drugs and getting drunk."
"That's true.
.. Dot... our little girl is one week away from her due date.. and we just sent her off to prom.. where she'll be dancing.. and sweating.. and-"
"Working those babies out!" Her eyes widen.
"Jessie, I'm coming!" She runs to the door.
"Dee, what are you doing?"
"Al, what if she goes into labor?! She'll be so scared, honey I have to go!"
"Dorothy, you're gonna embarrass her!"
"No I won't! I'll just say they called me to be a chaperone. Al, if she does go into labor, she'll thank me for going over there!"
Albert chuckles and Dorothy runs upstairs.
"What are you doing?"
"I've never been to prom, I don't know what to wear!"
Albert laughs and follows her upstairs.

Meanwhile, outside.
Danny!! A limo?! You boys are too much!"
"Yeah! Aw, look at you being sweet!" Sarah wraps her arms around Evan's neck.
He kisses her and Jessica says, "Alright you two, stop it! Let's go!"
On the way Danny wouldn't stop talking to the twins.
"Elaina! Are you punching your sister? Emilia fight back child!"
"Heh! She's a little calmer.. I think she's more like me and Elaina is gonna be more like you."
"Why do you say that?"
"Because you're always hyper and I'd rather just stay in bed all day and watch movies."
"Well I like staying in bed all day, but not to watch movies.." He says in a deep voice as he inches his way to her neck.
"Danny!" She giggles.
He kisses her over and over again, then moves back down to her belly.
"I can't believe you two are still in there! Your due date is next week, babe! You ready?"
"Yep! I just wanna see their little faces!" She smiles.
"Me too!"
"They're identical, but hopefully one has blonde hair and the other has brown, because my biggest fear is mixing them up!"
They laugh and Jessica says, "It's true! I'm terrified!" She laughs.

Later on once they get to prom, Danny and Jessica danced.
"Maybe we can dance these girls out of you!" He shakes her stomach.
"Heh! I wish. I don't think they're coming anytime soon. Look how high they are!"
"What do you mean?"
"They have to drop further down before they come. Or they won't and my labor will just be longer."
"There's so much I don't know!"
*Giggles* "That's okay, baby!" She smiles and plays with his hair.
"Can we sit for a little while?"
"Of course!"
Danny sissy her down, then kisses her hand and says, "Let me go get you some water, Princess."
"Thanks, baby."
When Danny turned around, he saw Jessica's parents.
"Dorothy! Al! What are you doing here?" He asks.
"Hey!" Dorothy runs over.
"Mom?!" Jessica says in a slightly annoyed voice.
"Hey honey!"
"Why are you here?"
"Chaperoning! Someone called and said they couldn't make it, so they called us!" She smiles.
"Why?"
"Don't be like that! I'll stay far away from you two, just let me know if you need anything."
"Why are you standing here with me? People already talk about me, I don't want them seeing me with you!"
"Sorry! Geez!"
"Come on, Dorothy... Let's go uh.. chaperone..." Albert grabs her hand and walks her to the opposite side of the room.
While Danny gone, Jessica looked around at everyone having fun and dancing.
In just a few months all her friends would be going off to college, and Danny's teammates would be going to the school he wanted so badly to go to.
She felt bad because she knew how much football meant to him. He'd be able to play in Minnesota, but the college he wanted to go to would have been so much better for him.
Danny brought her her water and sat down beside her.
"You okay?" He holds her chin in his hand.
"I'm okay." She fakes a smile.
"You sure?"
"Yeah.. I'm gonna take a walk."
Danny watches her stand up and go out to the hall.
Dorothy kept a close eye on her and ran over to the other side where Danny was.
"Where is she going? Is she okay?!"
"I don't know, I'm gonna go check on her."
"Alright, let me know something's wrong."
"Will do, Ms. D."
Albert stood in the corner with his hand on his face.
He was like Jessica and would rather stay away from any attention at all, but Dorothy wasn't.
"Come on, dance with me!" She smiled and grabbed his hands.
"No thanks."
"Come on!"
"Dorothy, No!"
"You're no fun!" She rolls her eyes and walks away.
"I just wanna know why they asked Jessica Lange, or Huston, whatever her name is now! Why in the world they asked them to chaperone! I mean, they let their daughter get pregnant! They're not gonna do a good job at chaperoning!" A bratty teen says.
"Maybe they're here to make sure she doesn't explode right in the middle of the dance floor. Did you see her?! She's fucking huge!"
"Well hello, Stacy." Albert walks over to the girl.
"Oh.. hi, Mr. Lange." Her eyes widen.
"I heard you talking about my daughter. Heh! I just want to know.. why the fuck do you think your opinion matters?" He smiles.
"I uh.."
"Uh uh- What?! Shut your mouth right now! I went to school with your parents, I know everything they did! Don't act your family is perfect, because they are far from it! You're just like your mother. A rich bratty snob!"
Dorothy walks over and says, "Al, what are you doing?"
"I'm sorry, Dee, but NO ONE is gonna talk about my daughter!"
Dorothy looks at the girl and Albert walks off.
She follows him and he says, "I'm sorry, I just hate hearing people talk about her.
She's a sweet girl and doesn't deserve that. Why is this her fault?"
"It's not!"
"I know that, You know that and Jessica knows that, but everyone else is always ready to blame her! It's babies! It's not like she's a criminal, she's pregnant! Get over it!"
Dorothy smiles and holds his arm.
"You're a good daddy, Al."
"Yes I am!" He chuckles.
**
Out in the hall.
"Jess! Jess, what's wrong?"
"Nothing, Danny." She says as she continues walking.
Danny catches up to her and grabs her hand to stop her.
"Tell me! What's going on?"
"I'm sorry."
"For what?"
"For ruining your career!"
"What are you talking about?"
"Danny, when I first found out I was pregnant, that was when those football people were coming to watch you play.. they wanted you! You're so good, baby and you could've gone to that school! I ruined it and I'm so sorry, sweetie!"
"Jessica stop it! You didn't ruin anything! Don't ever say that again!
I love you and my girls! You three are my life now and I wouldn't change it for the world. I can still play football here, and we'll be with family so that our girls will be surrounded by people hat love them! Everything's gonna be okay, sweetie! I promise to work hard and give all three of you an amazing life! We deserve it." He smiles.
"You're not upset?"
"No! Honey, I can't wait to be a dad! I would rather be here with you and our girls, than out of state.. parties every night.. barely seeing each other.. No... I don't want that.
I wanna stay right here in Minnesota with my two baby girls and my beautiful wife."
"Aw Danny." She smiles and lightly runs the back of her fingers on his cheek.
"I love you, baby."
"I love you more, Princess." He holds her hand, then pulls her closer for a kiss.
Sarah runs out and screams, "DANNY! JESSICA! GET THE FUCK IN HERE!"
"What?!" Jessica panics.
"You just got prom king and queen!"
"What?!" Her eyes widen.
"Are you serious?" Danny smiles.
"Yes! Get in here!"
"Hah! How the hell did that happen?" Jessica looks up at Danny.
"We're popular, babe." He smirks.
"Yeah right!" She laughs.
"We are!
Hey babe.." He holds her waist.
"What?"
"Ever fuck a King?" Danny raises one eyebrow.
"Oh God!" She rolls her eyes and hits his chest.
"Let's go, my Queen!" He takes her hand and walks through the doors.
