A few days later Jessica woke up in the most excited mood she's been in a while, because Danny was coming home.
"Daddy's coming home today!" She says in a cute voice as she rubs her hands on her stomach.
The girls start kicking and Jessica giggles.
"Aw, you're happy too, aren't you?" She smiles down at her belly.

After she showers she changes into black maternity jeans and long sleeved shirt with her black boots.

"Ooh you look pretty today!" Jane says when she comes down for breakfast.
"Well my man's coming home today, I've got to look good!"
"Mmm!  Big plans tonight?"
"Nah, I don't think so.  We'll probably just end up having sex all night." Jessica says very nonchalantly.
"Jessica!"
"What?!"
"TMI!"
"Oh who cares at this point?" She laughs and rests one hand on her stomach.
"Yeah.. Well anyway, you look like you're going somewhere."
"Well I have some last minute Christmas shopping to do, so I figured we could go when he gets here."
"Oh that's cute." She smiles.
"What's cute?" Jessica laughs.
"Well you and Danny going Christmas shopping!  It's your first Christmas together, and your last one just the two of you guys."
"I know... It's crazy.." She smiles off into the distance.
"Anyway!  What time is it?"
"9:04"
"He should almost be here!  Let me call him!" She smiles and gets her phone out.

"Hello?" He answers.

"Hi baby, how are you?"

"I'm good!  We're about forty five minutes from the house."

"Yay!  I can't wait to see you!"

"I can't wait to see you either.  I've missed you more than you could even imagine, babydoll."

"Awe, well I missed you too!  I hate not being cuddled at night!"

"I missed that too... I also missed a few other things.." He says in a deep voice.

"Danny!" She giggles.

"He's here!" Jessica runs down the stairs as best as she can with one hand on the bottom of her bump.

She runs to open the door and she him standing there.

"DANNY!" She hops up and hugs him tight.
"Oh my gosh Ive missed you so much, babydoll!"
"Oh Danny, I'm so glad you're home!" She says before giving him a long kiss.
"Oh fuck I've missed these lips!  I love you, I love you, I love you!" He says between kisses.
"I love you too, Daniel!"

"And I missed you girls too!  Daddy loves his two perfect little sugar plums!" He gets to his knees and holds her stomach in his hands before he kisses the center of it.
Jessica smiles and plays with his hair.
"Look at them kicking daddy!  You girls are so strong, aren't you?!"
"Very!" She giggles.
"Oh Jess, I have a surprise for you!" He looks up and smiles at her.
"Ooh!  A surprise?!" She gets excited.
"Yeah!  Hold on, let me get it!"
Danny runs outside, then comes back in with a small, but not too small Christmas tree.
"Awe!  Danny, it's so cute!"
"Isn't it?!  I figured we could put it in our room.  It's our first little Christmas tree." He smiles. 
"Oh Danny!  You're so sweet!" She hugs him and kisses his cheek.

Jessica wanted to quickly run to the store to buy ornaments for their tree.  They went to the closest store, then hurried back home.

They had so much fun decorating their tree together.
As she hung an ornament she noticed Danny just staring at her.
"What?" She laughs.
"You're just so beautiful!"
"Danny!" She blushes and looks down.
"It's true baby!"
"Alright enough!"
He laughs and says, "It looks good.. Although.. I think it's missing one little thing..."
He walks over to his bag and pulls out a box that had a custom made ornament of two snowmen.
It said their names on their hats and the girl had writing on her bulging belly that said, "Baby girls" and on the bottom it said "We're expecting!"

"Awe!  Danny, I love it!  Thank you so much!" She holds it in her hands and looks at it like it's made of gold.
"You're welcome, sweetie!" He says before she hugs and kisses him.

Later that day they went Christmas shopping at the mall...

"Danny look at those little girls!" She points as they walk hand in hand.
Danny looks over at the two twins that were about two years old.  One had blonde curls and the other had dark brown curls.
"Oh my gosh they're so cute!"
"That's gonna be us pretty soon."
Danny smiles at her then kisses the back of her hand and says, ".. Yeah.. Yeah it will."
She lets out the tiniest giggle and lays her head on his arm.
Suddenly they hear the two girls start to throw a tantrum.
"AHHH!  MOMMY SHE BIT ME!"
"I DIDN'T!  SHE PULLED MY HAIR!"
"NOOOO!"
"YEEEEEES!" The small brunet screamed as she punched her in the face.

Both Jessica and Danny's eyes shoot open and he says, "Let's keep walking."
"Yeah let's go!" They take off.

"Let's go into this baby store!" She smiles and drags him into the shop.

"Look at these cute little clothes!  Oh my goodness!" She says in a baby voice while holding up the tiniest little coloured leggings.
"Oh my gosh, that's small!"
"Danny, we're gonna have one of these!  We're gonna have two of these!" She smiles.
"I know... I'm terrified!" He says with a worried look in his eyes.
"Oh God so am I!" She says with the same expression as she drops the leggings.
"You are?!" He asks surprised.
"Well yeah!"
"Jessica, how are we supposed to do this?"
"I don't know!  I'm just a kid, I don't know anything!  I can't even take care of myself!"
"Neither can I, what do we do?"
"I don't know!  I want my mommy!" She pouts and cries.
"I do too!" He hugs her like he's holding on for dear life.

When they get back to the house Dorothy was sitting on the couch reading a book.

They both walked up with sad pitiful faces and said, "Mommy..."
"What's wrong with you two?"
"We can't be parents!" Jessica sits beside her and sobs into her chest.
"What?!"
"We can't do it Mrs. Dee!" Danny sits beside her.
"Oh of course you can!  It's gonna be hard, I'm not gonna lie to you.  But you can do it, I know you can."
"I don't think so." Danny nods his head.
"Yeah, I don't think we can, ma!" Jessica looks up at her with tearful eyes.
"Oh Jessie yes you can!"
"But I'm scared!"
"Sweetie, that's normal!  It's okay to be scared, it's okay to doubt yourselves, and it's okay to cry.  I did it all!  Your father too.  It's really really okay." She looks at her then looks at Danny and pats his leg.
"It is?"
"Sure it is!  I was a grown adult and it was terrifying.  I'm sure it's even scarier at your age!  But you have so many people that love you two and are willing to help to with whatever you need.  There's nothing to worry about.. Okay?"
"Yeah... Thanks mom." She says in a low voice as she wipes her face.
"You're welcome, sweetie.  Now go take a nap, you're too worked up right now."
"Okay..."

Jessica stands up and slowly walks towards the stairs, then looks back at Danny who is still sitting beside Dorothy.
"Danny!" She calls him.
"I'm still scared.. I need your mom to talk to me."
"Aw!" Dorothy rubs his back.
Jessica scoffs and rolls her eyes before she heads upstairs.
