Can I stay home?

Two weeks later...

Jessica's phone rings.

"Hello?" She answers in a weak voice.

"Hey baby, what's wrong?  Are you sick?"

"I just have the worst migraine in the world right now."

"Awe I'm sorry.  Is there anything I can get you?"

"No it's okay, I'm fine.  Thank you though."

"Do you want me to come over?  I feel bad that you're sick.  Is anyone at home with you?"

"They went out to eat.  I just didn't feel like going anywhere."

"Do you want me to come over?"

"No it's okay.  I'm just gonna take a nap and try to sleep it off."

"Okay.. Well call me if you need anything and I'll be right over."

"Thanks Danny."

"No problem.  I'll let you get some rest now."

"Thanks.. I'll talk to you tomorrow."

"Okay, bye beautiful."

"Bye baby."

30 minutes later...

Jessica tosses and turns in her sleep and can't get comfortable.
"Oh my gosh!" She moans and grabs her stomach.

She gets a sick feeling in her stomach and runs to the bathroom to throw up.

"Ah shit!" She groans.

She flushes the toilet then sits on the floor and leans her back on the wall.
She moans as she grabs her stomach in pain and her hair in her other fist.

She walks back to her room and lays down, hoping it'll stop.

The next morning she felt even worse.

"Jessica, come on.  You're gonna be late for school." Her mom tries waking her up.
"Mom, I'm sick!  Can't I stay home?"
"Jessica, you can't stay home!"
"Please mom!  You don't understand!  I feel horrible!  Can I PLEASE stay home?" She whines on the verge of tears.

Dorothy feels her head and says, "Well you don't feel like you have a fever."
"I know, it's my stomach!"
"Was it something you ate?"
"I don't know.."
"Do you feel like you're gonna throw up?"
"I've been throwing up since you all were at dinner last night."
"You have?!  Well, do you want me to take you to the Doctor?"
"No, it'll pass.. Just let me stay home, please!"
"Alright that's fine.  Just get some rest.  I'll make you some breakfast and bring it up to you in a little while."
"No, I can't even think about food right now!" She grabs her head.
"Well sweetie you have to eat something!" Jessica pats her back.
Jessica whines and her mom says, "Alright, just go to sleep.  But you'll have to eat something in a little while or you're just gonna make yourself worse."

Two hours later Danny calls her.

"Jessie, are you okay?  Why aren't you at school?  Are you still sick?"

"Yeah, I still feel like shit.."

"Oh I'm sorry baby, I'll stop by after practice."

"You don't have to, Danny.  I don't want to get what I have."

"I don't care about that!  You're sick and I want to see you."

"Alright..  Well, thank you.."

"Of course!  Love you, baby."

"I love you too, Danny."

A few days have past and Jessica still felt horrible but she went back to school anyway.
"Jessica!  You're back!" Sarah runs over to her.
Jessica just gives her a look and Sarah says, "You still feel sick?"
"Yes!  I can't keep anything down.. I think I'm dying, Sarah."
"Aw, Jess!" She chuckles.
"Have you gone to the doctor?"
"No."
"Well it's been a like a week, you should probably go."
"Ah I hate doctors!" She makes a face.
"Well I know you hate them, but if you're sick then you need to go!"
"I know.." She sighs as Danny spots Jessica in the hall and says, "Jessica!" He runs to her.
"Hey baby.." She says in a low voice.
"What's wrong?  Do you still feel sick?"
"Yes.. It's not going away, Danny!" She whines.
"Aw I'm sorry, sweetie.  You need to go to the doctor so they can put you on some medicine."
"Yeah, I know.." She sighs.

A week later Jessica was still as sick as a dog.

Around lunch time she felt a little better but she was incredibly moody all day.
While everyone was talking Jessica sat there with her arms crossed and her lips in a knot.
"Are you okay?" Evan asks her.
"I'm just annoyed with everything."
"Why?"
"I don't know!  Just keep talking and leave me alone!"
Danny looks at her and wraps his arm around her, "Why are you upset?"
"I'm not, okay?!  I'm fine!  Everyone just ignore me!" She yells.
"Jessica, stop yelling!" Sarah says.
"You are bugging the shit out of me, Sarah!"
"I am?!  I didn't even do anything to you!"
"You know what, I'm gonna go!"  She gets her things and stands up.
"Jessica, where are you going?" Danny asks.
"I've gotta go home, I can't take this." She walks off.

When she gets home her dad asks, "Jessica, what are you doing home already?"
"I'm too sick to be at school and everyone's bugging the shit out of me."
"Jessica!  Language!" Dorothy says in a loud voice.
"Sorry... Anyway, I'll be upstairs."

Sunday during church...

Jessica walks up to communion and starts to feel extremely dizzy, but she does her best to walk straight and to sit right down as soon as she gets back.
During the prayer she couldn't take it.  Her head was spinning, her stomach was in pain and she had a lump in her throat.

"I-I... I think I'm gonna be sick!" She says before she throws up in the middle of the pew.
"Oh my Gosh!" She gasps.
Jane looks at her in shock along with everyone else in the church, but she says, "No you didn't, Jessica!"
"Oh my gosh, this is so embarrassing!" George covers his face.
Jessica stood there in shock, with a face as pale as a ghost and just sits down and cries.

Later that day after Jessica was able to go home and change, they had to meet their family at her grandparents house.

"Mom, please don't make me go!  I'm obviously still sick!"
"Jessica, we have too!  Just promise me baby, if you have to throw up or you even feel yourself getting a little sick.. Please go to the bathroom!"
"I'll try." Jessica looks at her with an irritated expression on her face.

Okay so I'm with dance friends and I've been up for over 24 hours, so I'm sorry if this is bad!  I'll fix it later! :)
