Theo looks on from the crowd at the girl singing and performing on stage. Stiles Stillinski's cousin is Y/n Stillinksi. Y/n is wearing a ruby red flare skater dress with bare legs and black converse. She sings a Demi Lovato song called La La Land. She briefly meets Theo's eyes before she belts out the chorus at the end of the song.

As everyone begins to clap to the end of a fantastic performance, Theo finds himself rising to his feet and clapping like so many others. The difference between him and then is that he is the only one Y/n really looks at. She blushes cutely as the pub landlord thanks her for the evening performance.

This night, this night Theo would bring himself to speak to the girl he has liked ever since she came back home to Beacon Hills three years ago. She knows of what he's done with all the Dread Doctors and all that. The only thing is it doesn't phase Y/n. She's killed before in self defence like Stiles did with Donovan. Y/n is a vampire, or she was since she got bitten two years ago in a fight. She almost lost her life that night. Y/n being a vampire her skin is snow white and her eyes a blood red.

There's only one thing that Theo can point out as a flaw for the beautiful vampire: she drinks just a little too much. Stiles and the other knows this of course, so does Theo, so does the whole of Beacon Hills. Y/n is twenty-three though, Derek's age. They were best friends through all of their life. Y/n and Derek never fell in love because Derek is gay and is in a relationship with Stiles. Y/n helped set that one up.

"Y/n please slow down?" Stiles asks.

"Finnneee." She says holding the word too long to be completely sober, "I'm still having a J20 though."

"That's fine." Derek nods sipping his lager.

"I don't know how you could drink that sourwolf. Its disgusting." Stiles says with a grin looking up at his taller boyfriend.

"Says you with the Iron Bru." Derek chuckles.

"Stiles, lager is child's play." Y/n laughs.

Stiles puffs and Derek raises his eyebrows.

It is at this moment that Theo sweeps in.

"Hey Y/n." Theo says trying to calm.

Y/n is the only girl, only beast, that makes him lose his cool.

"Hi Theo." Y/n replies.

Meanwhile Derek has started squaring up to Theo and Stiles has choked on his Iron Bru.

"So, I-uh... I was, um, I, urh-"

"Was wondering if you'd like to go on a date with him this Friday." Malia jumps in smiling.

Malia and Theo are surprisingly close, even though Derek wants his cousin to have nothing to do with Theo.

"No she does not." Stiles states angrily.

"That's a great idea, yes." Y/n smiles getting closer to Theo at the bar.

"What? No. No way. Not him Y/n, please anyone but him, even McCall." Derek pleads nodding over to Scott.

Scott who's absolutely pissed and who's thrown up on a girl and she's slapped him one around the face.

"Oh come on guys..." Malia starts.

"Yeah listen to her." Theo says smirking.

"Listen if he messes it up or screws up Y/n then you finally have a reason that was the stick breaking the camel's back to kill him." Malia smiles with her elbow resting on Theo's shoulder.

"Gee thanks Mal." Theo says sarcastically shoving her arm off him playfully.

"No, that happens I'll take the pleasure of doing that myself." She says quietly flashing her sharp fangs then she saunts off.

"Wow."

"Wow indeed."
