Chapter 11

Starfire's Point Of View

As I lay down on my bed, I couldn't help , but feel this pain in my heart. I really do love Robin, but like Pacifica said, It was all a bet. I have heard girls talking around the city about how earth boys always hurt you in the end. Every guy is the same and today, that proved it.

I have always believed that some boys were the nice and kind. I have always thought that Robin was one of them. Oh how wrong I was to even think that!

We are just friends, nothing more then just friends. He will never love me even though I do love him. Why do boys have to play with your feelings?

I wish earth boys came with some type of manual.

"Awww cheer up Starfire." Pacifica began "He's just a guy. There's a lot in this world ya know?" She smiled. How can she be smiling when I'm hurt. unless she faked it all!

"Why are you smiling?" I asked wanting answers. It is not the normal to be smiling when there is someone is a bad situation yes?

"Okay fine! I'll just be sad like you!" She threw her hands in the air and then back down. "Happy!?" She spat.

"No! I will never be happy." I whispered/yelled.

"Get over it!" She yelled and left my room. I did not dare to go after her and say something back. Mostly because I was not in the mood and it was not worth it.

My Kanorflka has always told me that earth and the galaxy has cruel people. He also told me to never argue with the present no matter how horrible it is because that present, that action ,has a purpose in our life. Just stay calm and let the future solve your problems. It can take a few days, weeks, or even years, but the future will hopefully help you with the problems.

My thoughts were interrupted when I heard a knock on the door. "I do not wish

to do the talking to anyone" I said looking down, sadly, at my hands.

"Star, its me. Cyborg. We need to talk..."

I sighted "Come in"

The automatic doors opened and Cyborg stepped in.

"Starfire, I have to tell you something" He informed me. Judging by the look on his face it wasn't the good news.

"What do you need to tell me , friend Cyborg?"

"um....Robin doesn't really like you... It was a bet that me and beastboy made Robin do." He looked down in shame.

"Why would you do this?"

"Because I thought it wasn't a big deal and--"

"Not a big deal? "I cut him off.

He scratched the back of his head " Yeah..."

"Well Beastboy, Robin and you all have made me feel sadness! And here I was thinking you were all my friends" I said letting a few tears escape my eyelid. The tears slid down my cheek like a waterfall.

"Starfire..." He began "No!" I yelled back.

He sighted loudly and left my room. I have asked the same question over and over and I think I now know know the answer. Do I belong on earth? Perhaps not.

Raven's Point Of View

I can't believe I'm going to do this. I whispered to myself. It took me a while to finally do it, but I did. I knocked on beastboy's door and waited.

The door opened and beastboy just glared at me which frighten me a little. I have never seen beastboy this angry at me. Usually he just shrugs it off and return as his goofy self. But not today.

"What do you want Raven?" He asked in a hash cold way.

"I just want to talk"

"Well save it. There is nothing to talk about" Beastboy turned around and closed the door at my face.

I sighted and turned to walk away. I was looking down at the ground, not in front of me, so I ended up bumping into someone.

"Sorry Robin" I said looking up. It wasn't Robin, it was Terra. "Uh, sorry. I thought you were Robin since his room is really close from here" I explained.

" Its fine Raven. Just keep away from me please. I don't want to get thrown out of the tower again " She explained, backing away from me a little.

"Don't worry, it won't happen again" I assured her.

"Okay, well I better go see beastboy." She giggled when she said his name. She turned to walk away and her golden blonde hair almost hit my face. I observed as she knocked on beastboy's door. Beastboy opened it and smiled at Terra's presence. He then took a step closer and hugged her.

I felt my eyes burn a little. I ran until I bumped into someone again. I opened my eyes looking at Robin a little concerned.

"Raven? Are you okay?" I shook my head. "Why don't we talk" He suggested. At first I didn't want to, but it would make me feel better so I accepted.

"What's wrong?" He asked me.

"I- I -I" I struggled to get the words out of my mouth. I wish I could just let the words escape, but I couldn't.

"Yeah?" He encouraged me to continue.

"I think I like beastboy" I said quickly and closed my eyes.

"Liking some isn't that bad."

"What if the person you like hates you?" I spoke.

"Why does beastboy hate you?" He asked confused.

I gulped. "I kind of threw Terra off the tower..."

He chuckled.

"Why are you laughing?" I was starting to get a little mad.

"It sounds funny to me" He explained.

"Not to beastboy" I whispered.

"Its okay Raven" He tried to comfort me.

"I guess" I replied. "So how's you and Starfire? I heard you two were dating"

"She broke up with me" He looked down.

"Sorry....If you ever need anything, just ask" I smiled.

"Thanks Raven"

"Anytime, you are like a brother to me. Make that a "short" brother to me" I teased him.

"Very funny" He said sarcastically.

Okay, I forgot what happened so I'm sorry if I did the plot wrong..../.\

so much homework! :(

There was a fight in my school during lunch! :O

it was crazy because everyone literally got up to go see it and even got on top of the tables and seats to get a better view!

The teachers couldn't stop the fight so they called Security and the police.

Some weird stuff happened today that was well...weird! :P
