We’re excited about collaborating with you and building a thriving partnership! These guidelines are here to ensure clarity and mutual respect.

Requirements For Affiliation

1. A follow to TEEN_FIX is quite an adequate requirement. (If you want us to follow your founder, make sure you give a follow to Sakshidevi712)

2. Announce our affiliation to your followers. Let your followers family know about our affiliation!

3. Place three of our projects (hiring book, affiliation book, any other book of your choice) into your public reading list and we'll do the same for you!

General Rules

1. Respect and Kindness:
We value positivity and mutual respect. Please treat our members, affiliates, and purpose with kindness. Disrespectful behavior or negativity will not be tolerated.

2. Community Eligibility:
Your community must be at least 3 months old and active to join our affiliate family. This ensures stability and mutual commitment.

3. No Plagiarism or Misuse:
We believe in originality. If you’re inspired by our ideas, kindly let us know beforehand. Plagiarism or misuse of our work will result in immediate termination.

4. Active Communication:
Timely responses are key to any partnership. Please keep us updated about changes like leadership shifts, hiatuses, or closures. If something comes up, just let us know!

Shout-Outs:

1. Requested shout-outs should be done within 72 hours, unless you inform us of delays.

2. Missing more than 2 consecutive shout-outs without notice may lead to termination.

3. We will give 1-3 promotions per month, depending on ongoing projects and we will do 1-3 promotions from your side as well per month.

Proof of Promotions:

We trust our affiliates to honor their commitments, so there’s no need for screenshots or proof of promotions.

Cross-Promotion Opportunities:

Collaborate with us on exciting events, campaigns, or contests! We love creating shared moments that benefit both our communities.

Activity and Hiatus Policies

1. Stay Active:
We’ll check in periodically to ensure affiliates remain active. If your community becomes inactive, we’ll reach out before taking further steps.

2. Hiatus Notification:
If you’re going on hiatus, just let us know! Hiatuses longer than 3 months will be considered a temporary termination, but you’re welcome to reapply when you’re ready.

3. Re-Affiliation:
Communities wishing to return after a hiatus or termination can reapply by showing their readiness to engage actively again.

Collaboration and Friendship

1. Building Connections:
Let’s work together to create meaningful projects and support each other’s goals. Collaborations and creative campaigns are always welcome!

2. Feedback and Suggestions:
We’re here to learn and grow with you. Share any ideas or suggestions to improve our partnership—we’re always listening!

3. No Overlap of Promotions:
To avoid overwhelming your members, we recommend spacing out promotions. Let’s coordinate schedules for the best results.

Termination Policies

While we hope for lasting partnerships, we reserve the right to terminate affiliations in these cases:

- Prolonged inactivity or failure to respond to communication

- Repeated missed shout-outs without notice

- Plagiarism or disrespectful behavior

- Hiatus longer than 3 months without communication
