Sam and I stand on the porch as we watch them leave. " When do you think they'll be back?" I ask looking at Sam.

He shrugs. " I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure it won't be long." says Sam.

I nod and smile. " OK well come on let's go back inside." I say.

Sam nods and starts for the door. After I walk in I go to the sink and grab a cup for some water.

"Do you want anything?" I ask him, but he doesn't respond.

" Sam do you want anything?" I ask louder.

After he doesn't respond again I turn and spot him standing in the middle of the den. He's just standing there. I stare in confusion.

I set the cup down and slowly walk to him. " Sam are you OK?" I ask.

Then just as I'm asking he stumbles to the side and falls onto the desk next to the couch breaking the glass and knocking the lamp over.

There he laid in the shards of the desk. I stare in horror. What had just happened?  Before I could even finish that thought I'm running towards him.

" SAM!!" I cry as I get down by him. His eyes are open. He's alive but he's not responding to me. I shake him.

" Sam look at me please?" I beg him trying to keep the alarm out of my voice.

" Please Sam let me know your OK?" And still no response. I panic, I don't know what to do.

I slide my arms under his and use all the strength I have and manage to move him to the middle of the den.

He's bleeding and there are glass shards in his right arm. I run to the back room and grab the first aid kit my mom used and run right back to Sam's side. I search around till I find tweezers and start to get the glass out.             

( Sam's POV.)       

I can't feel anything. My sight goes white and I suddenly feel dizzy and light headed. I stumbled to the side and fell over onto the desk. Then I'm on the floor.

I can hear Lucy crying my name, beging me to respond, to let her know I'm OK, but my body won't move,

I can't get it to move no matter how hard I try. Then the white clouding my vision is replaced with a new scene. The Headmaster is siting at his desk.

His lip is swollen and he has a few cuts. Then the door opens and Jane walks in.

" You called me?" asks Jane.

The Headmaster looks up at her and nods. " Yes I did. Sam, Lucy, Drew, and Tyler have escaped my university. I have six teams of 24 men out searching for them. " says the Headmaster.

" Forgive me Sir,but what does this have to do with me?" asks Jane.

The Headmaster smiles. " It has everything to do with you." says the Headmaster.

Jane looks confused. " I'm sorry Sir.  I don't know what you mean."says Jane.

" They will be coming back here to get someone, and that someone is you."says the Headmaster.

Jane looks startled by what he said. " Me? Why would they come back for me?" says Jane.

The Headmaster chuckles and leans back in his chair. " Because my dear Jane. You are Sam's sister."says the Headmaster.

" What? No I don't have a brother." says Jane.

" Oh but you do. You just don't remember. Now when they come for you I need to make sure your where they can't find you." says the Headmaster.

" And where would that be?"says Jane.

" Somewhere secret." says the Headmaster.

Then he sanps and two huge men walk in and grab Jane's arms and yank her up.

" Now now don't be to ruff she is a woman after all." says the Headmaster. They nod.

" Good now take her to our secret place and lock her up." says the Headmaster.

Now Jane looks scared and afraid. "What are you doing? You can't lock me up. That would be keeping me here against my will. That's kidnaping." says Jane. Panic clear in her voice.

The Headmaster just smiles and watches as they take her away screaming.  Then my sight comes back and I see Lucy's worried face staring at me.

" Lucy?" I say.         

( Lucy's POV).        

I work on his arm for a while till I finally wrap it up and stare at his beautiful blue eyes. After a while he moves. His eyes find mine, and he says my name.

" Lucy?" says Sam, all I feel the. is relief.

" Sam thank goodness your OK." I say.

" Lucy I... I think I know the Headmasters plan." says Sam and that confuses me.

" What do you mean?" I ask.

He tells me everything. I just nod. " Do you think it was real?" I ask.

He just shakes his head. " I don't know, but if it is he has my sister captive." says Sam.

" Don't worry Sam. No matter if it was real or not. We will go back and we will find her. And we will make it out of there alive. OK?" I say.

He just nods but the worry doesn't leave his eyes. I will help him find his sister. I promise him then and there I will and finally he relaxes some and I help him stand and we go and sit on the couch.
